This is a top notch first class tire shop. No appointment walked in had a bent rim replaced out the door in 25 minutes. This is my only tire shop.Sure beats Les Shwab who rotated and balanced my bent rim put in on the front and never mentioned the rim wouldnt balance correctly because it was in fact damaged.

Absolutely the best experience. While on a road trip we picked up a nail in Big Sky. The front desk person was extremely friendly and our mechanic, Bill, couldn’t have been kinder. They had us in and out in 20 minutes despite being super busy. A well-organized, well-run business with no fee for the repair! We couldn’t be happier!

Got a leveling kit installed and couldnt be happier. Had it done before the estimated time, and looks great. Will be coming back for wheels and tires.

Better prices and super fast service compared to Costco. Costco prices look cheaper but they don’t include the install fee which adds $80 to your final bill. Interwest gets tires faster and includes the install in their price. I won’t go anywhere else.

If youve never bought tires here you dont know how fast, easy and affordable it can be! Free rotations and flat repairs too! They fixed a flat for my parents for free and they had never even bought tires from them. They bought their next set from them though because of the amazing customer service!

This place is awesome. We were traveling through town when we blew a trailer tire. They were so cool, so efficient and such hard workers. The customer service was phenomenal and I would highly recommend this business to anyone in need. They went above and beyond!!!

This place has excellent customer service. After getting a nail stuck in my tire, I initially went to Costco. I had terrible customer service at Costco (they took off our tire caps for checking the pressure and lost them and also got our floor mats filthy) and was told they couldnt help me because my tires werent Costco tires. As a side note, Ive bought Costco tires for decades and this was a new car -but alas Costco policy, blah, blah, blah... Thankfully, one of their employees told us to go to Interwest, explaining cryptically that, They can be more helpful in situations like this... (Perhaps he meant less exploitative?). After arriving and being helped by a very friendly customer service rep, we were told it would take 20 to 30 minutes. After only 10 minutes, and stress eating handfuls of complimentary popcorn, they removed the nail and patched it for free! I am so grateful! Theyre awesome!

Ive been meaning to do this for awhile.. Hands down greatest tire shop in Gallatin County. Its worth the trip if your not in Belgrade. The customer service is unmatched, quality products with affordable mid level options if your on a budget. Ask them about seasonal deals as well. These guys and gals know what they are doing.

Interwest tire shop saved the day and our trip! We were traveling across country in our renovated shuttle bus with my husband and our 5 year old son. We noticed we had a flat tire when trying to repair a broken exhaust pipe. T.J. Electric recommended we stop at inter west as they always take care of their customers and get them taken care of quickly and on their way. We only had 25 mins until they closed and it was a 12 min drive from where we were at. We called and spoke with Barbara to explain the problem and asked if they could please help us out. We arrived and Brandon and a few others came out and jumped right in. They had the tire off and repaired within 30 mins. Our son was in awe of their work and watching them from inside the bus. They gave a friendly smile and wave to him. We were expecting the worst and having to stay the night and or pay a heavy bill. They did not charge us for their work/time. We couldn’t believe the professionalism of this business and values. It is so nice to know there are good people and businesses still out there. You made our day and our trip. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. When we tried to give Brandon some money as a thank you and to pay for some dinner/drinks he said no and replied with a kind “welcome to Montana”. What a guy, shop and town. We will be back!!

This time of year this place is crazy busy. Still the staff is always very friendly and are trying to do their very best. They operate like a well oil machine. Impressive !

I worked with Josh in mid July 2020 when my car blew a tire as I was passing through. Josh was super helpful! He helped me navigate my options of finding a used replacement tire vs 4 new tires. He was more interested in helping me than he was with a quick prophet. Ultimately I had to go elsewhere because this shop did not have what I needed right away. Nonetheless, Joshs help and guidance helped to get me back on the road within a few hours.

Always offer great and honest advice. Have gotten a few wheel and tire packages from these folks. My last set they mocked them up on my truck before mounting them to make sure it was what I wanted. They can be busy at times, but if you plan it right it isnt an issue.

This is one well oiled machine here in Belgrade. They get you in and out and do great work. Theres a reason it is standing room only in the mornings, especially, Saturdays! They do appointments for stuff like brakes and suspension work though. It is really the only place to get Nokian tyres as well, which is why they are my go to.

Great service and knowledgeable employees. I called to get a set of winter tires for my truck and spoke with Bill and he divulged a bounty of wisdom on tires and he helped narrow it down to a few options and ultimately I asked him what tires he would put on if it was his truck. He immediately had a response and I said let’s do that. I dropped off an extra set of wheels a couple days before the tires we’re supposed to be in. I picked up the new mounted tires and Bill was there and said would you like us to put them on the truck? They did, it was like nascar for the switch out...I drove the new winter tires on snow and ice the same day. They work great. Thanks to everybody there!

Im a car guy, and I really care about tires -- I see them as the single most important thing you can do to improve your car. So, I pay attention to tire stores, and have for many years. Interwest Tire Factory is the best store I have ever come across -- thoughful advice about subtle tire questions like, most recently, whether the traditional advice to reduce rim size one inch when getting winter snow tires still applies when you are getting the new studded snow tires with their high traction.Just a pleasure on other levels as well -- fast, friendly, all that sort of thing. Ive now stopped buying from Tire Rack, good as it also is.

Always a good experience from purchase to mounting and snow tire installation. Yesterday they offered an appointment that day and then the technician discovered a valve stem leak after the installation it was repaired immediately.

I bought my tires there Many years ago and they still warranted them without my paper work. Just took my vehicle in because my tires wear going flat and they got the 2 tires with the nail and screw in them without charging me. I highly recommend them because tires are an investment and they will always take care of you.

We worked with Beau and he was so very helpful and knowledgeable. He didnt try to sell us on more than we needed, in fact he saved us money with his honesty. We went in prepared to buy 4 new tires and he told us that only two were necessary according to the wear. As for the store as a whole, the staff was friendly and super quick to get my tires on and the place was very clean. I highly recommend them.

Best experience I’ve had buying tires and at a great price. I also had a great experience yesterday getting my tire patched after running over a screw. I was in and out in 20 minutes! As far as I’m concerned this is the only place to go in town!

I’ve been going to inter west for a handful of years and I think I’m done. The first time I went they did me a solid. I was in the middle of replacing the suspension in my Jeep when my appendix burst. When I told the young man the story, he agreed to finish the job for me using my parts. I’ve been a regular there ever since. But every single time I’ve gone there has been a handful of simple mistakes. From serious stuff like leaving a clamp on my rear brake lines so I have no rear brakes after service. Never consistently replacing tire valve stems when I request. I think I still have one original valve stem on each of my cars. Damaging my solid steel chrome lugnuts. The final straw is not respecting their customers enough to wear a mask during a pandemic. I only saw one or two of their staff wearing masks. I can forgive little mistakes, that’s why I check people’s work. However the lack of consideration and respect means I won’t be back.

Been coming here for years now. Bought several sets of both used and new tires from them and always impressed by their knowledge, service, and prices. Reception is very fast, efficient, and personable. Even when busy, they take time to come out and answer your questions. They offer free flat repair and rotations if you purchased tires from them, but also offer very fair prices for tires not from them. Ill continue to come here whenever humanly possible! I do recommend to friends and family.

WOW! Best customer service, period. I got a flat, took the tire in, hour and a half later it was fixed. Super fast with how many customers they had! I then went to pay, was told no charge. Say what?! No charge, it was an easy fix. I understand it was an easy fix, but the time spent, the que in all the jobs that needed to be done, I was shocked! I am normally a Costco tire person, I found a new place! I highly recommend!

The best tire buying experience I have ever had. Called them up reserved tires, showed up and they unhooked the trailer for us and they had tires coming off the trailer before we cleared the parking lot. They called 20 minutes later to let me know they were all wrapped up. They were everything I could ask for in a service shop; professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.

These guys are amazing. We traveled 3 weeks thru the US, and we got some problems with one off our tires (nail in the wheel). A guy at the gas station gave us the tip, to ask at the Tire Factory. They picked our car and 30 minutes later, everything was fine. And no bill. You will never get such great service in Germany. Thank you so much. We will never forget this and told a lot of friends about this.

Had a slow leak. They fixed rally quick. Less than 45 mins and I was back on the road, and they didnt charge for flat repair. Amazing!

Interwest really helped me out today. Blew out the tread on a tire and they found a used tire that matched my set so I did not have to buy 2 new tires. I am on vacation and they fixed me up in half hour time at a VERY reasonable rate. Highest of compliments to all their staff

I always go to Interest for tires. They are fast, efficient and do a great job. They almost always have the tires you need in stock and will get you in and out in 30-45 minutes. In addition, they have better quality tires for around the same price as Walmart.
