These guys are the best- Our vehicle broke down with transmission problems and was towed here 60miles by the recommendation of the tow company. What a great day that was. Ive never had a go to repair shop before but I have one now. Price was good and the work was done right and quickly. I have an extended warranty on my truck and these guys worked with that company to get the work authorized. Saved me the stress I was anticipating with making a claim. Very friendly and professional as well.

These guys are awesome! I was stuck in a parking lot with a broken down vehicle and they helped me over the phone to give me an idea of what was wrong, got me in the next day, and stayed late to finish my pickup before the weekend. These guys have been my mechanics for about 7 years. Ive gone to them for various repairs and routine maintenance and I have nothing but positive experiences to share. They are kind, polite, efficient, organized, clean (its the cleanest garage office Ive ever seen), and mostly, they do good work! Even as a woman who doesnt know much about cars, I never feel like they are trying to make an extra buck off of me or have me fix things that dont need to be fixed. I trust them and will continue to use them as long as I live in the area. They have recently expanded their garage space and they are never short on customers, which is a great testimony to how many people feel the same way I do!

Took car to shop. They couldn’t find anything wrong with it. Drive off the lot and it overheats and sprays coolant everywhere within 10 minutes. Take it back to shop. Gets repaired. Very friendly staff.

Very friendly and professional. We were traveling through and needed to have a wobble checked out. They were willing to fit us in. As it turned out, a pin for the emergency brake had come loose and affected the brake pads. Price was reasonable. Great guys

These guys were able to look at our van quickly and settle my fear that the transmission was going bad. Two days later it was back to firing on all cylinders and they knew we were planning a trip so suggested a belt change as well. Very happy with the service we received.

We had trouble with our throttle on our trip and they were able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed by the next afternoon. (The local Ford garage cold not even get us in to look at the car.) Paul even helped us get a reasonable rental car and drove us to pick it up. They do the best they can to help people. what a great shop!

I wish Belgrade Garage was in my city in Ohio!! Belgrade Garage is HONEST and their charges were very REASONABLE!!! My college-aged son (19 yrs old) had his 2003 Avalanche out West while working at Yellowstone and adventuring to Glacier National Park for the summer. Our son had engine problems and Rick went out of his way to help! My son needed a repair center that he could trust ~ without us physically there to understand the issues. The advice Rick gave him about the truck was excellent - Rick told him what needed fixed now to successfully make the 1700 mile drive home ~ and what could wait to be fixed later. I cant say enough great things about this garage! I wish they were close by our home in Ohio! I would take all of my vehicle repairs and concerns to them!!5+ stars!!, without a doubt!!! These guys are amazing! I was having problems with my car misfiring, they took care of me! Found out that my car never had the wires changed on my tune-up, they replaced the wires, fixed the ignition coils and I was done in 1 hour. This is my new mechanic shop. Rick, Paul, and Steve are such great honest people! I was also very impressed that Rick took my car for a test drive after he was done putting in the parts! Impressive. Most service at dealerships never test drive my car, they fix it, it takes weeks, and then they call me. What a great mechanic shop!

As a mechanic that can no longer work on vehicles due to medical issues, I appreciate mechanics who dont B.S. you by doing work you dont need done, yet still make sure your vehicle is taken care of. These guys are great.Most shops make extra money by marking parts up but these guys dont. Their labor rate is affordable, they do great work, they are fast, and their quotes are reasonable, yet the bill is usually less.To top it off, they are very nice guys.

Rick, Paul and everyone here are great. I always know how much my repairs will be and they never do any uneccesary work. I have the utmost faith in all of them to take care of my vehicle and not overcharge me. Other places I have been to ended up doing extra work with out discussing it with me and then shocking me with a large bill at the end. I have never experienced that with these guys.

I have been going to the Belgrade Garage for all of my repairs for at least ten years. I have always found them to be professional in the work that they do and to be fair in what they charge.I know for a fact there have been times when they have done work for free. One case was a young woman with a suspension problem. She said she did not have the money to pay for what needed to be done. Since Rick, the owner, did not want to see her driving her car in a dangerous condition because of the risk of possible injury he did the necessary repair for no charge.I will tell you that you wont find anyone else who is more conscientious about treating his customers right. Dont believe the one star rating by Andy Andy. Whatever happened has another side and I have no doubt that Rick will go out of his way to make it right. When he does I hope Andy Andy comes back here and corrects his review.I will continue to take my car there and recommend the Belgrade Garage to other people. I know you wont find a better place to take your car.

These guys go above and beyond in every way! Three days before we were supposed to move, my mini van broke down. After having to wait two days for an ordered part, they stayed late to finish it so we could have it in time for the move. Belgrade Garage is always straight forward and most of all honest in all their dealings.I wouldnt take my car anywhere else!

These guys were awesome and got us back on the road after the alternator went out on our truck. Not only did they take care of us but were also friendly and went the extra mile by driving us to Bozeman for our meeting while truck was fixed. Awesome job... not many people go out of there way anymore with this kind of service .

Very friendly and helpful but the price I was charged was higher than what I was given verbally and I was charged for refilling my windshield washer fluid without being asked, which annoyed me because I had some more fluid in my trunk and would have refused the refill. The work they do is good but I was also given the impression that they didnt want my business because I initially wanted two things fixed including an oil leak and only got one fixed and when I asked about scheduling to get the leak fixed I was told it might be expensive and I would be better off doing it some other time. Never did get that fixed.

The best auto shop in the valley! Probably the best one Ive ever been to! Nicest guys in the world, willing to do whatever it takes to help you out.

They did what I asked them to do. Needed old rear wheel bearings pulled off and new ones pressed on. Charged me almost $500 and Im 90% sure they didnt bleed my brakes when they put everything back together because I did it myself a couple weeks later and had a LOT of air in the brake line.

If the was a rating of 10 stars Belgrade Garage would get all 10. We have been going to Belgrade Garage for over 10 years now and have always received great service. Rick, Paul and the gang are very friendly and will get the job done right. We have been out of state and had issues on the road and called Rick for help on what could be going on, hes has always given us good advice on what needed to be done. Last month we were in the middle of nowhere when our vehicle shut down. Rick helped my husband to find the short and was up and running, in no time with no tow bill. We live 90 miles away from Belgrade now and we still take our vehicles there for repairs. Our friends here also take their vehicles there now, because they love the great service too.

I was having problems with a miss in my engine on my way home from a trip one day. The next day I called and explained my issues, Doug told me to bring it in right away and so I did and they had diagnosed the problem and fixed my car by 3 pm that afternoon. I need to THANK Rick, Paul and the crew for all their great honest work! I have always had anxiety as a female dealing with mechanics thinking they would just screw me over as soon as they seen me walk in the shop. I have used the Belgrade Garage now for 3 years and I have never been disappointed by the work performed on my vehicles nor the price. Trust me I have called around and compared their price to other shops in the surrounding area and I always end up making my appointments with them. The job they do whether big or small has always fixed my problem and I have never been disappointed by their work and the friendly service. They got my car done a day early and $100.50 less than I thought I was going to pay...and on top of that, the guys from the shop have a friend who shot a whitetail deer and donated it to my freezer!...and there friend at Bridger Meats who is also a local business, processed it as a gift also!..they saw I was in a wheelchair and unable to hunt myself anymore..very hard to find folks like that these days ..Im stoked!!!

I brought my car in once and received good service at a fair price for a minor repair and talked them up to one of my employees. My employee took his car in to see these guys.Experience 1 (800.00): employee took his truck in and 800.00 later they broke more than they fixed. They refused to fix what they had broken and said sorry we cant help you. Now his truck has no working gauges (which worked before he took it in) but at least runs now. Bad service when they fix one thing ,break another and then refuse to fix what they broke.Experience 2 (800.00): I took my wifes car in to have some leaks taken care of. We got the car back and the car was still leaking in the same spots on the floor. I talked to Paul and he said bring it in, we will look at it and see whats going on.Experience 3 (800.00): I took my wifes car back in and apparently none of the things that they previously fixed were broken. Now we needed a major overhaul of the transfer case, transmission pan was bent and leaking, thermostat was bad, thermostat housing was leaking, water pump was leaking, etc... We paid to have these leaks fixed (accept the water pump) and when we got it home it was still leaking.Experience 4 (400.00): I took my truck in to have a connector fixed under the valve cover. They fixed that but broke the connector to my A/C compressor. A/C did not work. I took it back in and asked them to have a look at it ( at this point I had no idea the plug was broken) They / I found the broken plug and his response was So do I owe you a new plug? This is after a recommendation to use super glue to fix it. I super glued it because they were not going to fix anything on my truck again. You have to replace the compressor side (the compressor) of the plug to fix what they damaged.After Experience 3 we took the Jeep to the Jeep dealership to get a second opinion. We did not mention anything about having certain things fixed previously. Apparently Belgrade Garage missed a leaking trans cooler at the core. The transfer case did not need a major overhaul, The transmission pan we had replaced (because of a leak) was not the problem. Keep in mind that we also paid for a flush and fill (again not necessary). They missed the fact that on top of the transmission there was a sensor and a bushing with two O rings that needed to be replaced. That was the source of the leak, not what they fixed.So we paid 1,600.00 bucks for them to hit or miss diagnose and repair things. I am sure that some of them needed to be fixed but I am also sure that some of them did not and three visits to have what should have been done the first time is one too many. Sounds a lot like my employees experience so I have no faith that they will refund any money and make it right.I would stay away from these guys. We are now paying the dealership another 800.00 to fix the actual problems or in all fairness what they missed
