I went in with my daughter I got a fill and she got a full set. It is a cute place, very clean.Unfortunately they rushed during both hers and mine. My nails are square and all of the edges are very pointy and sharp. Also I got dip color and the sides of my nails have no color on them. They seemed very nice I just unfortunately did not have good service here.

This has been my spa of choice for about a decade now. Calvin is incredible in his customer service, extraordinary skill and meticulous attention to detail. He is always on time and provides a relaxing and positive atmosphere filled with cheer and warmth. The staff is courteous and very friendly as well as accommodating with any schedule changes. We came to Bedford Nail Spa to prepare for a wedding, and they were so accommodating! We were late for our appointment but they squeezed us in around other customers and were so kind about the situation. I had a pedicure and gel manicure done and both were beautiful! Also the decor was tasteful and very clean - great atmosphere.

Good manicures and pedicures. Massage chairs are AWESOME. Staff is friendly and fun. Calvin is da boss!

Online appointment scheduled by mother-in-law. On arriving, I dont look at that , didnt offer to schedule/reschedule, should have called , then why have online scheduling. Didnt want a new customer either.

The customer service was great and the staff was very friendly. My nails came out great! They took their time and made sure everything was good looking. But they did make my acrylics very thin, I broke one the first day and three days later I broke 2 more, but that’s the only thing I was upset about, besides that I loved it

Got dip done and it was poorly taken off then re-done. Then painted over. Went there before was great, then went again had the guy do them and would never go back after this time.

Absolutely LOVE my dip nails! The staff was friendly and the service was quick but thorough, well done and professional. The salon nice and clean, the only thing is when I was there there was no music for ambiance. Not sure if it’s like that all the time. But despite that I had an overall good experience! The price is great for my end result 👌🏼

Three words. Best. Manicure. Ever. I have been searching for a local salon that can do a simple acrylic set with good shape. I walked in and Monique did an amazing job. I didn’t need to even ask for anything. She just did so good and even the paint job is flawless!

I was in the area for work and needed to get my nails done. I checked google and was surprised to see such a high rating with plenty of positive reviews. Must be a great place, or so I thought. I was quite surprised with the actual product. Aside from the overall salon appearance (which is in a really cute little shopping center) the salon had a limited color selection for matching dip/ polish and some of the techniques used were questionable. Two days later and I have a bruised back from the pedicure chair, two sore toes from my skin being cut and a dip manicure that is flaking. The staff was pleasant, but made no effort to interact with myself or the other customer that was there.

I have been seeing Monique for 6 years now and I will not go anywhere else for my nails! She is fast, friendly and does the best shaping!! I don’t even have to tell her what I want she’s that good! I have recommended several friends and family and they all love her and Calvin they do a great job!

I have yet to find another nail salon that gives you a really good pedicure. I always have very happy feet when I leave.

Amazing service, did exactly what I wanted and not bad price. It is $40 for gel or dip which is fair considering these methods last.
