I have been going to Med spa in Bedford for over 10 years. They feel like family. I feel completely comfortable recommending them to anyone. My mother, daughter, leadership team and friends have all gone with me and enjoyed the experience.

Great service! I was there this afternoon with my daughter to get manicures for both of us! Both ladies who did our nails did a great job and were very nice. The place was very clean. They had ahuge variety of colors to choose from.

This was the worst service I ever received I asked for the basic pedicure it took almost two hours I do not like my toes I kept telling them square an they gave me oval an on top of that the charged me 20 extra without notifying me do not go here

I love coming here and totally recommend them but a regular manicure never lasts longer than 2 days or so on me. :( I guess when I can I will stick with the dip.

Super clean and relaxing atmosphere. The owner did my hands, very detailed and took her time. We had nice time chatting too.My pedi was awesome (done by a second person). Live in Plano and happen to be in the area. Definetly would make a trip back this way anytime. Oh, everyone around (custotmers) looked very pleased and relaxed. This place is clean and very welcoming. They make sure you’re attended to right away and that you’re comfortable. If you go for the first time ask for Lisa. She is amazing!! I don’t trust anyone else to do my eyebrows or nails.

This salon is gorgeous in the inside & very clean which is always good!!! My very first time going Heather did my nails & pedicure. Every since then she’s the one I make an appointment with every 2 weeks. She’s awesome, she takes her time & make you feel more like a friend then just a customer. All the other people there also do a good job, I haven’t seen any bad work yet. I would definitely recommend this place!

I have been coming here since they opened. It is always very clean and has a great atmosphere. I have never had a bad experience and Ive had my nails done by almost all of the technicians there. They follow your lead and either make polite conversation or let you relax depending on how you feel that day. Definitely recommend.

Disappointing.Packed space inside. Chairs are to close to walls so you cant recline. Chairs are not comfortable.Easy to pick nail color. Method here is better than Ive seen anywhere else. Samples are on a ring and you can see them all. Very easy.Prices are close to other places of this class service. A bit more here. Not as many options either. No gel or heated neck warmers were offered.Details on the nail work were spot on. No issues technically.Leg messages were brief and not deep.

I had made this my reoccurring nail salon for a couple months now. I have never been offered a drink as someone else stated too. The first time was pleasant, second time I had a woman try to up sell me over and over then told me the gel would be better so I tried it, the color looked nothing like the sample nail I chose and it became an ordeal with managers and misunderstandings just to have her restart with the powder color I originally wanted. Then the next visit for a FILL was okay besides the fact that the man didnt say anything to me the entire time. When I went to pay they told me $30! For a fill....and it wasnt even done well. I could still see the original area that needed a fill. You pay for atmosphere not the quality of work. Im trying g nails on industrial now. They did a good job before.

They are excellent, efficient, they take appointments, they serve various drinks, theyre polite and nice...wow

Very nice decor, relaxing atmosphere. Had a Mani & pedi today with a design. Price was 44. Very clean. They take clean sanitized implements out of a packet. Interior has high ceilings, lovely colors.

Ive been going to Med Spa for nail and massage services for about 5 years. Julie the owner and all of her staff are very accommodating and make sure each visit is like your first time there. The spa is always very clean, no odors from the nail products, and they seem to improve their amenities often. Recently they got new massage chairs that are even fancier than before as well as new sanitary bowl covers. They also use LED lights instead of UV for their acrylic nail process which is better for your skin. Jeannie is an excellent Massage Therapist and even specializes in prenatal massage. I do recommend making an appointment if you are trying to get in after work or on a weekend. Its hard to find a spa/salon that you never want to leave...but Med Spa is that place for me!

My daughter got her nails done here she showed a picture when she first got there of what she wanted. The guy said that he could do it then he turned around and decided it was too much work and made her settle for what she got. She asked for coffin nails and he didnt even do that right he gave her a little bit less than square nails

Were very accommodating to a large bachelorette party. They did take a while getting someone to do two of the girls nails and they were waiting a long time. They also took drink orders and didnt bring them until some of the girls were almost done with their pedicures. They didnt clean up my cuticles at all and painted with a gap on my nail because of the cuticle they didnt remove. the paint chipped badly and i had to remove it myself within two days. Conflicted review, i might go again but its a lot of money to not get an adequate manicure.

I wish I could say more for this salon. The inside is beautiful and there are definitely some talented artists, but my visits are hit or miss. Sometimes my nails are beautiful, and sometimes I walk out full of regret. Ive had some beautiful manicures, and after a re-visit from a horrible gel ombré set, the lady that did my nails next discounted my current manicure to make up for the last, and she did a perfect job. I went for a pedi recently and I might as well have stayed home. The second coat of color was slapped on halfway on ALL of my nails (not covering the entire base) leaving the entire set looking horrible. There are only a few of the staff I really trust to get the job done, and for what they charge, Im not sure if Ill be back or not.

Don’t go very bad. They just do racism. Whenever I go whoever is the new technician they treat me. Good technician always do white people more. They give more tip but dear if u give us same attention and treatment will also give u same tip. And none earns just money for you guys. Charging same money as other people than why give bad service. I’m asking you guys how much tip do you give when you guys go out for any service.Generally, they said come on weekdays we can give you more time when I go they said different charges.BadddddddddddddddDon’t goooooooooooo

They were okay. I loved the color choices and the paraffin wax, but they made my friend feel uncomfortable for not shaving her legs. The nail tech trimmed my cuticles waaay too close, and rushed me out of my seat.Ive been here 3 times because I wanted to give them a chance, but everytime Ive received the same treatment. The whole atmosphere feels like everyone is judging you, and they are better than you. Its disappointing because it is a BEAUTIFUL salon and I liked the different services they provide.

Fantastic all around. Just two things: gel/shellac polish colors havent been updated or added to in a while. And yes you will almost always feel like the ladies are taking about you in a foreign tounge while they take sharp tools to your nails.BUT all that being said, Ive been a happy customer here for years. Tweety is the best at designs!

Dont let the pretty building fool you.I wish i could give it NO stars! My daughter kept asking to get nail cut shorter & the lady couldnt understand. Another lady came to see what she was telling her & still didnt get it right. Got charged $37 for a $27 pedicure that wasnt worth it at all! Very disappointed, will not come here again. The lady looked like she was scared to touch the feet.

Took a team of seven. Very nice staff and accommodating! The pedi lack detail, slap u mama and done 35 minutes later for $32. I have had pedis for $20, hour and much more detail trimming dead skin!! U can get a color change for 10 at most salons for the same experience.

Great place to have your finger nails or toe nails done. The staff is friendly and seem to care about you. My wife treated me to both a manicure and pedicure during a recent day off from work. It was a nice unexpected treat as we both went together. Enjoy a glass of wine as you relax while your feet and hands are messaged and manicured. This place is located near Highway 121 and Cheeksbarger on the Bedford and Colleyville boarder.

While I have only had a handful of pedicures (man card is intact because I always to with my wife) We come here most and she comes here to get manicures done. They do consistently good work at a reasonable price in an upscale environment.

The salon is clean, the polish choices are extensive, the prices are consistent, and the staff is amazing! I never see the same person, but I always receive wonderful treatment!

They always do such a wonderful job! And the environment is perfectly relaxing! Free drink:)

I cant tell you how many nail places I started at and then left. Usually various disappointments. Ive finally found one Im sticking with! I get the dip nails and sometimes gel nails but always with Heather. Shes fantastic. She knows what shes doing & up on the latest trends and technologies. Ive also had several pedicures, along with my husband from various techs and theyre all fabulous. I love that I can have a glass of wine while Im waiting. Im considering a massage in the near future as well. As other reviews said, theyre always super packed (a good sign), brand new massage chairs and newly renovated. Love.

Came here for the first time yesterday for a mani/pedi. I got the Smooth Pedi ($32) and a regular mani ($15). Overall, they did a great job. Im pretty picky and judgemental when it comes to nail spas. They have 14 pedi chairs and they were full the whole time. Nice, clean, aesthetically pleasing place. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars was bc I thought i shouldve had a little more leg and foot massage and the lady commented 3 times on how short my nails are. I know theyre short, I bite them. Hence, thats why i was there for a mani to make them look better and encourage me not to bite them. Also, they offer water, magarita, or wine but I wasnt offered any. Other than than that, i was very pleased and will come back.

I go here for all my manis and pedis. I usually go for the delux pedicure, the one called In the land of milk and honey, as I love the parrafin dip and hot stone massage. Last time I went, I had spent all wekk working 20 hour days, and hadnt had a day off in two months. I was in need of some serious relaxation. Rachel did such a good job, I just about fell asleep in my chair! Even on a busy Saturday, Ive never had to wait to get started. I also usually get the deluxe manicure, since I enjoy being pampered. They do the manicure right there in the pedicure chair, so I never have to leave the comfort.This is the only salon I will go to, and its the place that I bring ALL of my friends and family.

Charged my friend for terrible acrylics and then charged her for their removal in the same visit! Her nails looked like tic tacs!

Worst experience ever. Avoid this salon if you can. You have been warned!!!!
