I have 3 boys who have attended Premier Marital Arts for the past few years (with a huge break from the pandemic because of a child that needed to stay home) and after we were vaccinated and ready to return, they welcomed all 3 back and their relationships are beautiful to watch. The entire staff, instructors, and owner pour their heart and life into training the kids, connecting with them on a personal level, and encouraging them to strive to be better. They don’t just strive for excellence in technique or physical ability (which they do well), but they focus just as much on character. At home, my boys prefer video games, but somehow, they have come home excited that they “got to clean windows” or help lead a class at martial arts. They are truly inspired to do more and be more. We have attended this school for 5 years. My son has earned his black belt and loves it so much he is working towards his next degree. You can expect your student to improve on respect, focus, responsibility, self esteem and so much more than their physical ability. This school exceeds expectations across the board with an office staff that is over and beyond friendly and helpful and a coaching staff that lovingly pours everything they have into their class and WILL bring out the best in your child. You can not go wrong with an entire team that is passionate about what they do.

I cant praise enough about everything my daughter is absorbing through every class. We have much growth to make as human beings & we can learn so much through martial arts and its fundamental principles.

We drop off our grandchildren here. The staff offer a safe alternative for afterschool care. We have seen a change in their focus and self confidence. Knowing where they are and that they are safe in a family type atmosphere is a blessing. The staff are amazing and always are looking out for the best interests of the children. My friend was scared to post this, and I will not be bullied by any business.My kids attended here, but left do to Bryce who was very nice meeting, and saw a bi-polar on class.My good friend Andy a Proscutor in Dallas informed me what happened. His family which includes 2 children, were very uncomfortable.I saw the video of Brice who is an instructor, and believe is the owner scalding, yelling, or berating after school children.I saw the same when my kids were attended and unfortunately was scared since this bully had my address.Scary institute where a school always children to stay.I want all not to allow this as a parent.

My daughter has been going there for 3 years now, not only does she learn physical self defense tactics but also character development, self esteem, self control and focus. Summer camps and after school program, she has so much fun and makes so many friend. I cannot say enough good about this place and the positive impact they have had on my children--true to their word, PMA lives its moto: One team, one family.

Just talked to the owner about something that was going on with one of his members and the ppl on social media. This guy was a total class act and he has nothing to do with any hatred or bigotry. This man and his business repersents what America really needs and that is class... Please do not be deterred by the bad reviews this incident had nothing to do with the actual business. My 8 year old daughter and I came to this school just after moving to Texas to start a new life. We came here with no family here to rely on. As a single mother and as a parent who believes that learning to defend yourself is more than just a life skill, PMA’s marketing approach of “one team, one family” lead us to believe that we were actually a part of their family, but their actions have proven to be quite the opposite. As a paying customer, our contract was suddenly terminated by the manager at the front desk, after more than a year of coming to this school. One of the instructors became my significant other and step father to my daughter and when they decided to fire him because he wanted to take his paid sick day (for actually being sick)he was notified of his termination via email the following day. After almost 4 years of dedication to this school, he wasn’t even given the decency of being fired in person and wasn’t even paid for the sick day he was told he was allowed to take. Two days before my daughter was to be awarded her orange belt, which she had worked so hard to earn, we were told that we were barred from graduation, that our contract was terminated and that we were no longer welcome at their school. This is how the owner, Bryce Ligeti, treats paying customers, the innocent children that go there to learn and the people that work so hard to keep his pockets full. “Master” Bryce doesn’t care about your family. He sure as hell didn’t care about mine. If you are looking for a martial arts school that stands by the principals of respect, honesty, integrity and loyalty and who really has your back, this is not the place.

My kids have been attending Premier Martial Arts for a couple years and love the practices they are learning and the instructors that are teaching them. We are made to feel not only like students but family. We plan on being part of this family for a long time.

I have 2 kids who have been a part of the PMA family for 2 years. PMA has always treated my children and myself with the utmost respect. My younger daughter was hospitalized earlier this year and everyone at the school was so supportive and praying for her return. They went out of their way to even make a care package for me during this ordeal. That says a lot about the company. I always felt comfortable speaking with Ms. Tiffany (manager) about anything that could help my kids continued progress. My kids love their instructors, and always look forward to going to class.

You know it’s a McDojo when there are advertisements all around the school for “the road to black belt”. They offer karate for kids, and Krav Maga and BJJ for adults. Their main focus is the kids karate classes; they get most of their business from parents wanting to enroll their kids in karate. If you’re an adult who wants to learn Krav Maga there are better options in DFW. I’m not even sure which branch of Krav Maga they are affiliated with. I kid you not, look on one of the certificates students receive when they’re promoted and you won’t see the name of any Krav Maga organization on there. This leads me to question the authenticity of what they’re teaching. I recommend checking out an IKMF or Kravolution affiliated school instead. Evening class schedules change all the time which gets annoying. Membership rates go up and down. The turnover rate for instructors is pretty high.Teens and adults are mixed in some classes which is a bad idea given the intense/violent nature of Krav Maga. Same thing happens with the BJJ classes. Beware of the school owner, Bryce Ligeti. He arbitrarily cancels people’s contracts and fires instructors for stupid reasons. I know all this because I used to be a student there and saw it happen. Moving from PMA to where I’m at now was the best decision I’ve made for Krav Maga training. I strongly suggest that people who want to learn serious Krav Maga stay away from here.

My son has had trouble finding an interest outside of school and Premier has been the answer. The supportive instruction makes him always want to go back to the next class.

I had a terrific training experience during my time here from the various instructors in krav maga! I learned quite a lot in a short amount of time.The instructors will guide you through various drills, techniques, and the fundamental understanding of human psychology - understand the situation you are in, what the attacker may be thinking, how to stay safe, and stay alive.Unfortunately, my new schedule has conflicted with all of the current class times, but I look forward to the day I can join everyone again! Until then, Ill continue honing what Ive learned from Mr. Bryce and the other instructors.
