I cant recommend April highly enough. Shes helped so much with the tools I didnt know I needed. If you need therapy or some kind of support but want something different that talk therapy in which you have to relive your trauma, try this. Its different, and it is highly effective. Not only that, April has given me the tools to support myself on my own for the rest of my life. I would also highly recommend if you are empathic, and struggling with the heaviness of the world. I first became a client of Aprils due to a desire to simply learn more about meditation. Over the years since she has served as therapist, guide, and friend. The beautiful, tranquil layout of the The Retreat on Elm alone will help one to feel increasingly relaxed. From there April guides one through any number of relaxation and/or healing techniques. As someone who is very analytical and logic driven, and therefore enjoys a cognitive approach in addition to other modalities, I can attest that April is fully capable of tailoring sessions to the needs of any individual. Regardless of whether one is simply curious about how to truly relax, interested in furthering the capabilities of ones mind, seeking guidance on a short term hurdle, or looking to work through a life long issue such as negative thoughts or self doubt, I give April my highest recommendation.

I know April online and have also had a session with her...She is very gifted at what she does and very sensitive to everyone she works with. More than once I have seen something she posts online to be just what I have needed that day. Her words have filled me up and helped heal me. A VERY powerful healer.

Ive been to see April twice so far and have another appointment scheduled for this week. Ive always loved her energy. I get massages pretty often (as a licensed massage therapist, myself) but Ive found that her work truly help to relax me like nothing else. I look forward to our sessions for the relaxation and help in letting go of some stored up stuff.

It would be a gross understatement to say that April is an amazing healer. I have worked with a number of Reiki practitioners and healers, and being a Reiki master myself, I am very discerning with whom I choose to work with.Aprils space is a true sanctuary - warm, calm, and healing. Being in her presence is healing in itself, and her channels are potent and powerful medicine.I have referred my friends and family to her, and will continue to recommend April. I highly recommend April for energy work, and if youre going through a transition, or are seeking help to get in touch with your intuition.

I often describe Reiki, to those unfamiliar with it, as a massage for the soul, and April is by far the best Ive worked with. From time to time over the decades, Ive worked with various types of therapists as well, and here too April excels. Theres no better person to set your mind at ease and boost your energy!
