I have struggled with ADD and Anxiety for as long as I can remember. I have heard about Mindfulness before and have even been recommended to try it by a doctor for my ADD. Terri is patent and kind and creates a great atmosphere, she is a great teacher and takes her time to help me in more ways than I can ever thank her for! I highly recommend Terri to anyone who is slightly interested in making positive changes in there life.

Terri is amazing. I really needed help with being in the moment and not be distracted by my to do list or the next thing to worry about (think Pez dispenser). Terri really listens and is such a great person to have in your corner. Just being around her is calming and affirming.
