I have never experienced long wait or extended periods waiting on a call back. I had some minor issues that resulted from incorrect input on our end. Very frustrating experience. The only finding that they found, and commission they demanded, was the one issue I asked them not to chase. They invoiced us, and hit us with late charges before we ever got proof from the Telecom that we would get a credit. The story gets worse from there. The time we wasted with Espy would have been better spent talking to our Telecom about our own findings.

What a great service with outstanding staff. We are a critical access hospital in northern NH and like many other healthcare organizations we have a very tight budget and ever increasing demand for IT and telecom services. Espy services was able to save us a tremendous amount of money. I struggled with understanding all the regulatory requirements, workflows, and indecipherable paper work required. Espy services took care of all the onboarding and maintenance. There is no effort on my part to manage the service.
