I have known Cale for a long time now. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He gets things done fast! And he knows his stuff. He is fair when it comes to trades and purchases. You never walk away thinking you got the bad end of the deal.

I have taken three tablets over the past couple of years here for repair- water damage, cracked screens. All three times they were fixed easily. If they have the parts in stock turn around time was very quick for repairs.

I took my computer to the Tech Factory to get my h key fixed which they did. However in the process of fixing my h key they broke the wire that makes my touch screen work. When I was talking to a guy named “B” at the Tech factory he told me my wire was burned because of dust bunnies in my house and said it was “unrepairable” which was not true. I took it to a reputable computer repair shop who told me it was ripped apart and they did fix it. Thanks to the Tech Factory and B for costing me $180.00. Do yourself a favor and save time and money and DO NOT go to the tech factory which is a chop shop of a computer and console repair place.
