My laptop would not turn on, so I brought it here and Bob was my technician. It was a motherboard issue that needed to be replaced and it would cost almost the same amount as the price I paid for the laptop for a new motherboard + cost of labor. I appreciate their honesty and not putting in more time into something that wasnt worth the money or time. He backed up my files and transferred it over to a thumb drive. It took a few days (3) from the day I dropped it off to the day I picked up the laptop, but the important thing is I have the data recovered.These guys are straightforward and honest. They were professional and friendly. They treated the other customers that entered their store the same way they treated me. Prices were reasonable as I researched average costs for computer diagnostics and repair. I definitely recommend this business.

Amazing work! I was able to bring in my own replacement part and my cracked laptop was fixed and returned within a couple of hours. Professional and reasonably priced, definitely coming back if my laptop ever breaks again.

Jamal is a real Tech. I went too many places before I come to this one. The guy just opened my laptop while I am waiting and told me exactly what was wrong and how much it will cost to fix it. I couldnt believe the price as I went to other places before I came here for the same problem and they asked me way high price. I immediately gave him the OK to fix it. I have issue with my iPhone no power then call the 911 computer repair and i explain to Bob the problem i have and he asked me couple equation about the problem and he told me he need to look at the phone to do diagnostic first , then i go there to store after one hour he fixed my iPhone and the cost is cheap than any store and he dont charge me so much and im happy to return back my phone working again i highly recommended the technician there and good service , honest thank you Bob

Cheap is not always better and you definitely get what you pay for. I found this place off yelp and since it was close I decided to give them a try. So my iPad mini cracked. Jamal said hed charge $75 to replace the screen. But oh my goodness it was AWFUL. The screen has bright marks that are getting worse. The lock button doesnt work. Its like the screen was placed on crooked because the home button is off. He seems really nice so I felt bad arguing. I did ask him what was up with the bright spots and the lock and home button. He just gave excuses that I didnt understand. Hes probably good at computers but definitely not Apple products... Oh well, I am so dumb for not paying the extra $$$ and taking the iPad to someone who specializes in that. I guess Ill take the loss, just make sure you dont.

I took my iMac to get diagnosed for $20. The tech right away told me what was wrong with it... Very honest man, didnt try to over sell me

Ruined my daughters computer! Went in to get a clean sweep on her computer now it shuts off on its own. He had no clue what he did wrong and started saying why he thinks powering off on its own. Unsatisfied customer will never go back!.

No customer service at all with customers calling in. First go around he hung up on me and I didnt know until I saw my phone screen on. Second call no better but, yeah yeah we can upgrade for you. With blaring music this go around in my ear while Im asking a question. I wouldnt do any kind of business with this jack leg. Just no customer service skills at all.

I was referred to Jamal by a family member and I can say that Im extremely happy that I took my laptop to him. I had accidentally spilled water all over my MacBook Air while studying for finals and I first took my laptop to a different place. The other guys quoted me $700, and it was clear that they hadnt even opened my laptop up to fully inspect it, and were just quoting things as damaged that were working perfectly fine! Jamal was honest and confident that he could get my laptop up and running in no time, and the best part was that it was at a much cheaper price!! The repairs were quick, and my laptop honestly works much better than it did before. He was very helpful and gave me some great tips! I will continue to use Jamal in any repairs that I need to be done! Its very hard to find someone who is honest, but he is definitely someone you can trust with your repairs!

Wow where do I begin. Jamal for one is a very good and honest man. I took my Mac book pro in the shop to get the mouse repaired, and a software wipe out. Dropped my Mac off on a Monday. It had several problems, battery replaced, keyboard, power button, touch-pad mouse would not right or left click. I said I would be back at the end of the week to pick it up and on Friday, it was ready. Check out the buttons and all over issue that I stated above, seems everything is working just fine. The pricing was not too bad either. Overall this was a good experience, and Im the type thats very careful about place I can take my Mac to get it repair, due to the fact they are expensive computers to replace. I would recommend this shop to some friends and if I have issue I will return.

I was hesitating to take my computer to this place because of the last review but I know sometimes not everyone is honest . So I decided to take my laptop over there . The technician was really a Professional and know a lot about what he is doing. The price to fix my laptop was very reasonable lower than other stores. The main thing was timing ... I got my laptop fixed at the same day.I highly recommended this place and Ill use this place for all my computer problems. Its really hard to find an honest technician these days and I just found one and I am going to stick to it.

Took my laptop in to get the hinges fixed. He looked at the laptop for the serial number, also looked at the serial number on my phone. Ordered the part said it would be in by Saturday and he would call me. I called him on Friday, oh yeah the part came in yesterday. So I took my laptop up there, left it there, went back to work, got a call from him and he said the part was the wrong one and then blamed me for the wrong part. Dont waste your time.

I took my laptop in because the screen wasnt turning on. After being reassured that I would have no data loss, I was charged an admittedly reasonable price. My laptop was returned to me having lost all of my data. And on top of that, while it once had 500gb of storage as an ssd, now I have no storage. When I confronted him about my storage problem, he made a bunch of excuses and tried to explain his way out of it.

Today I went to 911 Computer Repair for help on my laptop. I was able to get the laptop back in 5 hrs and the cost was only $65. I would be going back in the future if I have any other problems with my laptop.

Went in to have my MacBook Pro “N” let out bank on!! He said something was broken on key and he could glue it! I said fine! Then he takes laptop in back to “glue” it and when I turn it on at the store now my “b” I’d mot working! He blames me and says it was not working when I use this laptop every single day and never had an issue with any keys not working!!! He then sti wanted me to pay for him using some supper glue to glue the key on even now I have a new problem with my “B” key not working which he decided to pop off to lol underneath!!! Then he says he can replace the whole keyboard, when I just wanted my”n” put bank on!!! Do NOT go here he is out to screw you when he himself breaks something on your computer!!! Then he proceeded to follow me to my truck out side and call me a Bit** in front of my kids and his own!! Do NOT TAKE YOUR COMPUTER HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LEAVE WITH MORE PROBLEMS THEN U CAME IN WITH!!
