Not clean wash, my windows were the same as it was before the car wash. The vacuums are very slow and have to move the car from one side to another to get the vacuum. They definitely need to remodel and add some new equipments to enhance their business. The location is very good but you expect better in such location. Also the basic wash $7.99 more than any other new car wash locations.

I used to love this place! Went here for about 10 years before it got bought out! Now they don’t have any guys on site to detail outside and/or in. Definitely not good for business and will be finding somewhere new! :(

I love this place. Close, convenient, and my car is always sparkling when Im finished. The free vacuums, under a covered awning, are a beautiful touch. Lots of wash options, and a monthly club available for those who love to stay clean.

Pretty good wash except for your tires. They dry your car and vacuums usually working and have smaller nozzles to reach those hard to reach areas easier. Also have towels and spray cleaner to use at vacuum area. I recommend them.

Just bought a new car and wanted to celebrate by making it clean and spotless. If you car about your cars paint DO NOT take it here. After the car wash I noticed that my new car had scratches! Looking for the corporate number to try and fix these scratches. This is ridiculous.

The system kept stopping When the vehicle got to the towel drying station, the back was covered with soap. I had paid for the ultimate but it never received any wax. I was very disappointed. The only great thing about the place is the loaner towels to do your own detailing.

Was in the area and happened to find this car wash. Very pleasantly surprised! The complimentary towels in the vacuum area were a very nice touch.

Very disorganized place, not enough staff to keep the flowing going. The car wash shut down while we were in it. The had to restart the wash so we could get out. No customer service, the employees act like they can’t communicate with customers.. We paid for our tires to get cleaned and it was blocked up no one could get around. Employee throws his hands up for us to vacuum, but we don’t need a vacuum we need our tires cleaned. So he kept walking and ignored us. Finally got to the end to get our tires cleaned and theirs no employees for that service. So we paid for that for no reason and cleaning them ourselves. Where’s the manager?? No one knows... never coming back to this location.

Purchase a monthly passthe first 3 week a service attendant would apply tire shine after carwash, then all of a sudden in the 4th week , Andrew!-dont have any one capable of applying TIRE SHINE...🤔🤨MEMBERSHIP WILL BE CANCELLED for sure!

I really enjoy coming here. Ive been an occasional customer for several years. They have the strongest vacuums in the area and offer the hand dry at the end of the wash which is a super nice touch. I also like the availability of (good quality) damp mico fiber hand towels for touch-ups once done. Prices are average but reasonable. Worth the stop!

Went there and purchased the darlington expecting my tires to shine as well as my car. When i left the wash my car was still dirty looking and the tires were not shining at all as well as my paint. Its like i purchased the lowest wash.

Very thorough car wash. I also like that they towel dry your car afterwards. Several free vacuums, sprays, and towels available to clean the inside of your car. Worth the premium.

Need proper signage to denote exterior car only washes from complete washes.

Always wash my truck there, lots of places to vacuum and clean the inside too.

Decent self service drive through car wash. Hoses have great suction which is rare. Car comes out completely clean with barely any missed spots. Prices are similar to others around town.

Im getting tired of coming here and being rushed to have my car only be a foot behind the other. everybody knows your supposed to give at least a car length between cars before letting the next go in. Are you guys just looking to have people hit each other when they break to switch from Neutral to Drive? I already had one incident in your car wash, I gave you another chance due to location. But if your guys keep forcing me behind cars and have cars bumping up right behind me. Im out.

First time there to vacuum my suv not needing a wash and it was free. They have great vacuums and free mat scrubbers, free window cleaner fluid with usable towels. I will for sure be back for the monthly car wash deals. Very impressed that they not trying to nickel and dime you. Best Car Wash I have been to.

Awesome place to wash your. Its best to buy the monthly wash. I am not sure why the new owners dont take better care of the car wash. I see trash all over and the machines that take your card or money are broken alot. So far its still a good car wash.

On 6/20/20Had THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I had to call the BPD on the General Manager Jeremiah Ramirez. I asked if they were open before paying my money and the worker said yes. I pulled up to the drying/vacuum area and then I ask Jeremiah for towels as he was turning off the lights and equipment ..slamming doors and having a nasty attitude...yes GENERAL manager... He turned off the vacuums and I asked for my money back and he refused...well I am in the process of filing a state grievance in a complaint with the BBB! Do not go here! The owners have changed and they now have drug heads in charge !!!

Keep a check on your monthly charge. Ive used this place for years, but randomly one day was told that my card that I had it sat up with was declined and asked if I could give another card. I did. That same night, we had a $4,000 charge on that card. The package was sent to Walgreens across the street. Called Amazon and they said we signed for it. So, Merry Christmas to whomever did that!!

Not A favorite the wash doesnt get your car clean.

I’ve been a member here for several years, and the monthly membership used to be pretty useful. Regular price is $6.99, so if you wash once a week or so, it’s a better deal to have the monthly pass. However..... the place has gone slowly downhill to the point that I’ve stopped renewing as of today. I’m going somewhere else. I’ve visited with the manager a few times, made recommendations, and they just don’t care. The place is nasty. I mean filthy. If you get out of your car to vacuum, your shoes will be so dirty on the bottoms, you don’t want to get back in the car and dirty it up again. There’s trash everywhere, caked up debris, and don’t even think you’d use the restroom! The past several weeks they have closed early, and one day last week the towel-dry employee ran out to put the cone out in front of my car- 15 minutes before closing time- as I was pulling up. When I discussed these things with the manager he just made excuses- they’re understaffed, they don’t have a broom to use to sweep the lot (really?), made no apologies whatsoever and has no intention of cleaning the place up. The wash is barely adequate- you need to run through twice to get a decent wash- I’m sure there is somewhere better than this. I’m not going back.

Horrible....left my car half dirty...they dont dry it off either..they have huge sign for $6.99 regular wash but I got the upgraded wash.. thinking it would be better...tires not shiny waste of money

I dont hate this place but just its good if you are looking to clean your car by just looks. They offer vacuum but I think they just get the line going in a hurry mood. I even went when it was only a few cars still they didnt vacuumed in detail. They made me purchase my own car vacuum

Sometimes vacuums dont work. They will also close the car wash if bad weather is forecasted. Besides that, I have not had any problem.

Cleans the car nice and runs though wash tunnel quickly. Upholstery on console picked up light stain from wet rag when guys cleaned the interior. No one answered phones when I called.

Beyond the service experience, I have moved and tried to contact to cancel. The phone goes straight to mailbox is full and nothing happened after leaving a request to cancel via the contact us box on the website. Have been charged $120 for services not rendered.

Good car wash, mechanically speaking. Tire shine only shines passenger side of the car tires. Kids drying the car at end of it could give a two about doing their job correctly. I understand the whole system is an assembly line, but still. Just remove them it would be the same as far as I am concerned.

Paid 23 dollars for the brickyard and Xtremme , got no tire shine all Windows and mirror not dried worst car wash ever needs to get shut down immediately armor all deluded Windex deluded and customer service on the low end

The inside of the car wash smells like sewage water. Usually the smell of the soap will take that smell away but not at this car wash. Also the vacuum cleaners half the time dont even work or they barely have any suction power. I would not recommend this car wash.

I took my car today during work to get it detailed and they did an amazing job! My car looks and smells brand new! They did such an awesome job and I am so happy with them! I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be coming back!

Excellent car wash

The water smells like sewer. And the attendants round up and take your change without asking. Weve come here since it opened but at this point we wont be back. Taking even a penny without asking is theft. We save change and every year turn it in for a couple hundred bucks. Imagine how much they make if the keep 1 penny from every customer, every day. Deplorable.

Very easy to use

I really like this car wash. Their monthly club gets you 10 washes a month and the pricing is very reasonable. Their vacuum area is great too. You have drying towels to get those pesky details in between door jams, etc. They have an automatic floor mat cleaner, window cleaners, its in the shade, and you can take as long as you like! I feel this is one of the better automatic car washing facilities around!

Too tight of turns for big trucks. Often only have 1 lane open and the packages are overpriced. I do like that they wipe the water drops off at the end, though.

I drive 20 minutes to get my car washed here. The only place Ive found that does an amazing job, and also has free vacuums, free towels, free cleaning sprays and free rug beaters. The men who do the detailing always do an amazing job if you dont feel like vacuuming yourself, totally recommend!

My dad was vacuuming his car an employee came and told him to leave the facility and he asked why and he said because you’re using our chemicals or something like that since my dad don’t have good communication skills so he just drove off without arguing but he’s been so upset and told me the incident and this is very disrespectful and sad.

Reasonably priced car wash. Could go through a second time for cleaner wash. Vacuums are weak.The gentleman at booth has been very polite & pleasant, nice young man . Manager is polite. Would have been 4 stars if I didnt have to deal with detail guys, they dont exactly go out of their way.

Didnt wipe down the entire backside of my SUV. Big disappointment because I have ALWAYS loved Speedway. Also. paid right at $30 for it. Bummer but cant be perfect all the time.

Great place for washing your car

The attendant was visibly angry with me when I asked him to remove the antenna before I drive my truck into the tunnel. There were still some dirty areas afterward. Good price but a poor wash.

It would be change everything if you would put a note on your automated machine that says press help for interior wash or if you make interior wash an option on the automated machine. Especially since theres often no attendant in the booth. Also, your employees could use a few basic customer service skills.

Well...its affordable...This place is totally a hit or miss, but I have a membership out of necessity. It can be really frustrating when they towel dry only half of my car or truck, literally as in either the driver or passenger side only ...why bother at that point? Or when the person who swipes the brush just sorta swipes it haphazardly once or twice not even leaving soapy brush strokes behind...Also depending on whos working, they may not give you direction on lining up with the track, and my car, that is low profile, has had the plastic on the bottom cracked as a result. But I shouldve known better.Again I must say, its affordable, they were much better a couple years ago, but its still decent. I think the turnover rate probably had allot to do with it, the people that have been there for awhile are the best.

The tire shine process while in-wash doesnt really work well. They will let you get a manual service done on this, but youll probably have to wait for it. Spray shine is cheap: do it at home.

It was great when it was Speedway Carwash. Now Bedford Carwash: no customer service, horrible wash. I just paid $15.99 and the back of my car still has a band of dirt the width of the license plate, going down from the license plate to the undercarriage. Even cheap washes from gas stations are better than that.

There wasnt a package that had exactly what I needed (wash, wipe down, carpet shampoo). At other places, I was expected to pay for the most expensive and all inclusive package just to get what I wanted. At Speedway, they worked with me to get exactly what I needed at a reasonable price! No paying extra for things I dont want. Thats service and Ill keep coming back because of things like that.
