I paid $50 I was in and out in like 15 minutes. They didn’t clean or polish everything. I came home and finished the rest. I was disappointed because this place has high reviews and was hoping to continue to do business here. I will not be coming back.

This place is going through a new management system from the new owners and previous employees who used to work here with bad reputation are all gone. The pricing is very affordable compared to other car wash. They took time to really clean my car and customer service was outstanding. It’s hard to find places like this nowadays. I totally recommend place because this is the best one I’ve been to so far!!

I wish I could leave 0 stars. They damaged my husbands truck! We just moved to the area and figured wed go ahead and find somewhere we can take our vehicles to be cleaned! We took our truck here because of the good reviews, etc. Well let me tell you, Im not sure who is leaving the good reviews, but our experience was AWFUL. They took my husbands truck through the tunnel, got it stuck on the machinery and then FORCED it out while it was still stuck. They messed up the side of my husbands trucks and tore up his NEW rims. The manager told him it wasnt his problem since it was the machinery and gave him a piece of paper with the owners info. My husband spoke to the owner who asked him to come the following day (Sunday) at 11am so he could see the damage. We showed up and waited, and waited. He never showed and stopped answering our calls. I drove by and stopped randomly a couple days after that and caught him there, he straight up told me he had no intention of coming to meet with us that Sunday and had me send him pictures of my husbands truck and promised to get back with me after looking at the tunnel, etc. He never did, and now wont answer my calls yet again.Save your money! Take your vehicle elsewhere.

Paid for a number 6. Waited over 20 minutes for them to come tell me the couldn’t do it because they were short staffed. Will never go back.

Worst car wash ever. Didn’t even touch back doors and only armoraled one front door. Windshield not cleaned. 69.00 and have to come home and clean my own truck. Never again.

Husband takes my car there ever since we moved to Bedford. Always impressed with how he brings it home. Went there myself a few months back and there’s windows and everything so you can see what’s going on with your car. They do a great job for a great price. worth every penny in my opinion!

These young fellas did a great job on my truck and my wife’s civic. Got the 4 for my truck paid $34 and wife got the 2 for $20 and I have to say both deals are worth the money!! Fantastic job. The place is a typical small family business that gets the job done. Been a customer for 2 years now and never been disappointed.

I got my daughters car washed and Detailed inside and out . 34.99 special ..they did a really good job.. the inside was really dirty and it looks pretty good.. and the attendant was nice..very happy..

Let me list my issues in orderI call the business because someone I know recommended it. I call to get pricing and to see if I need to make an appointment to get my car detailed. No one answered.Next I figure I’ll just drive over there. So I arrive around 3:45pm or so and ask about detailing. They tell me that it’s too late to do such a big service since they close around 6pm. That’s fine. I understood that. So they get their detailer on the phone and I set up an appointment for the following day at 3:30.So I arrive at 3:30 which is the time that was agreed upon. The first couple of people I talk to try to turn me away since it’s “too late for that big of a service.” I explain that I made an appointment the day before. So the detailer himself walks over and they start opening all my car doors and looking at how dirty my car is.The day prior, he had quoted me $119 for the service. That price was also posted on their menu of services offered. The detailer immediately asks me how much I plan on tipping him. I told him I would tell him the exact amount after the service was completed. He then informs me that I must tip him $40 dollars or else the service isn’t worth it to do for him. He said that he only makes 3% commission (yes he really said only 3%) of the entire detail and he doesn’t get hourly while doing it. Whether or not that is the case, that’s between him and his employer. I’m not sure why I need to pay him a set amount since tips are usually given at the end of a service and the amount is decided upon based on the results of the service. I fully intended on tipping him before I even arrived but the fact that he insisted on me promising a certain amount on the tip before the service was even completed or he wasn’t going to do the service didn’t seem right.We agreed on 119. Not 160. I may have chosen to tip him that much as I usually do tip heavy for services like that if I like the result. But his unwillingness to perform the job he was hired for at the agreed upon amount that him and his employer set upon his hire, is ridiculous to me.I cannot review the service because I chose not to get it done there. I took my business elsewhere and I don’t see myself going back to wild Willie’s. If you made it all the way to the end of my rant. You’re more patient than I am. I Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Very inexpensive. They actually pt effort into making sure your vehicle is clean. They provide different cleaning packages from simple outside wash only, to a full shampoo and inside detail.

I am a regular customer and I pay this amount $34.99 when I get in my car this is how I look Im so disappointed also the Rings that were not clean real good and I want to pay for the $44.99 but the cashier say he was not able to do it because he didnt have no people he shouldnt say no he should have gave me options Anthony the cashier was not professional was kind of rude the way he said it to me I was willing to wait or leave my car that way they can do the service I came in twice to see how he treat me the second time I think that shouldnt offer a service there cannot do no good customer service card number two are the same probably worse

I loved the place. It is an awesome place for a deep car cleaning. The fact that they have a compressed air line next to the vacuum is a plus that makes cleaning your car so easy and convenient. Ill definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Ran my truck through the car wash and the man wiping my truck down didnt take my antenna off and it got ripped off

Dude burped out loud when there were customers in the lobby. They seemed like they did not care for the services that they were providing. I’ve done business there before and have never had any issues. New employees who show carelessness and unprofessionalism! Will not be coming back to this facility. I could have done a better job in the 45 minutes they took to do a less than mediocre job!

The first time I went, they forgot to vacuum the are under the hatchback. This time, they didnt wipe down my dash or steering column. They left dog hair in the back seat. When I asked, the young man said sorry, if they didnt get it at the vacuum then it probably wont come out. What???? Never going back.

They normally do good job but this time floor matts still dirty and not connected to the hooks. I had straw wrappers left in there. My car was not that bad to begin with so I was disappointed. Only 3 cars there on a Saturday morning

We vacuumed our own car since there was only 1 man as salesman,vacummer and cashierWell I was standing in line which took forever to get cashed out the man from out front came in and told the other man to give him change for a customer he handed him a 20 and said just give him change for a 10 so in other words they jipped the man out of $10 Ill never go back

New to area & excited to discover this place. Best car wash and interior clean that I’ve had in a long, long time. And it was over 100 after 5 pm. Everyone was friendly and worked their butts off! Will definitely become a regular.

DONT STOP HERE !!!!The workers will steal your wind shield wipers and not clean your car well. I spent 34.99and gave a 20 tip..took my car back to get done over..found out once it rained 2 hours later that my wipers were stolen..I cant give a 0 rating but if I could..I definitely would rate this place a zero !!!!!

This place is never open during their posted business hours. Ive stopped by at 5:30pm on two different occasions when they were supposed to be open until 7pm. I was rudely yelled at from across the lot that they were closed after waiting patiently for several minutes to get the attention of one of the people working on the cars nearby. The one time I did have my car cleaned here, I needed a small spot shampooed and was told they didnt have time to do it because they were closing in an hour (even though I was one of only two customers there at the time). I will never go back here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

New management has brought this car wash back to standards of the past. The car wash we received a month ago was sorely lacking, but thee car wash received yesterday (Dec 20, 18) was the best EVER! We are very happy with the personal service & a job well done.

The company was going great when the couple was running it but I’m assuming they got divorced? Or either quit together cause they no longer show up and now it’s just a tall asian man who looks mean I guess he’s the boss but I think they went to work at kfc cause I do remember seeing the wife there a lot behind the counter very sweet beautiful young lady

This place is awesome! They do a really great job on my vehicle everytime. You cant beat the price either. The Manager and all of the staff are all very nice and really go above and beyond to make your car shine. I go here once a week over the free car washes at the dealership. The exterior job was done pretty good. The interior was horrible, there is still trash under my seats, no one vacuumed in between or next to or under our seats, they didnt wipe down any of the interior and I paid $20 for all of that to be done and had to do it in their parking lot by myself with my own spray. Didnt have time to complain because I was already in a hurry for my daughters birthday party and we had already been there long enough. Definitely not returning a waste of money.

$30 for a car wash they didnt even wipe down the inside and then refused to make it right. one of the staff members was very nice the other one made it clear he didnt care and wasnt going to make it right.

Ive been going to this car wash 3 to 4 times a week for the past 10 years. Ive seen multiple owners and many changes. When it was purchased by Mr. Lee several years ago I saw many good changes and was truly hoping it would continue to improve but sadly that hasnt been the case. The service has steadily declined and the facility itself is falling apart. To get a full service you are looking at 30 to 45 minutes wait time and the quality is average at best and thats during a slow time. In addition, I recently took my car in for the 48 hour rain check and they refused to honor it. The manager claimed it didnt rain at the car wash so as far as she was concerned I was out of luck and blamed the new policy on the owner. I tried to call him, left messages but he never returned my calls.Bottom line? They just lost a long time regular customer. I never wish bad on any business but in this case I hope that they go belly up so that a different owner can take over...maybe then we can get a decent full service car wash in our area.

I came here Sunday 3/17/2019 the couple who runs this place is cute and sweet they were very nice to me even if I did complain about the wait they took care of me the manager who’s name was Morgan was very nice and patient with me and I’m assuming his wife was assistant manager cause she talked to complaining customers and directed the workers she was very nice about it though and man can she upsell I recommend coming here it might be awhile for your car to be ready but good quality takes time thank you for the great customer service and the service done to my car! 👌🏽☺️

This is a car wash I usually go to in my neighborhood.I forget to give them my frequency card and they dont ask😕

I have been here off and on for a while now. The people that work there do take pride in their work. The manager, Rebecca, and her assistant , Steven, always have a smile on their face when I come in. I do like that they use an air hose to blow out any standing water so you do not get the drips down the side of car after you drive off. Sure.. the place looks dated, but the equipment works and there are good people that work there. I hope one day the new owner, who I have never met, will spend some time and update the appearance and hopefully create some positive incentives for the management.

Very good attention to detail! The staff is unfailingly friendly and they do good work. This is also less expensive than most other washes in town. Theyve washed everything from my McLaren to my Isuzu box truck and done a fine job.

First off, this car wash is now a completely different business with a different name and ownership than the 5 star ratings in Google reviews so you can immediately ignore any ratings more than a year old. On to the review. Dont know where to start. I pulled into the car wash, 2 cars in the vacuum bay so I assumed they must be cleaning cars quickly. Wow, WOW was I wrong. There was NO one vacuuming. A guy took my order, gave me my ticket, I walked in to pay. There was a lady training another lady at the register (no biggie - Im patient.) I pay (this was about at the top of the hour) and go wait. There are 2 people out front cleaning/drying cars and 2 cars out there to clean. As Im sitting there for 20 minutes waiting I notice that cleaning line has run ONE time in that 20 minutes. Also, they are running ONE car at a time through the washing line - ONE. So, now Im there 25 minutes, Ive seen TWO cars come out. I look around the building to the vacuum bays and there are not 10 cars stacked up and ONE person vacuuming. 3 cars in line for the wash line. I notice one dude who seems to wander from touching a towel to a car in front to just randomly walking to the side of the building for absolutely no reason! He walks to the side, then back to a car, looks around a bit, etc.Needless to say, at 30 minutes and my car STILL in the vacuum line Im out of time and have to leave. I go into the building to get a rain check or a refund, and, you guessed it, NO ONE is manning the register (or the building.) I walk back out to find the girl that was doing the training is now the only person vacuuming and the person she was training is in back of the building talking to the guy I mentioned was just randomly walking around. I got my keys and got the hell out of that place with NO washed car.Ive lived in Bedford for over 20 years and the previous owner/business was Heritage Car Wash which was a little better. The business owner/name sake prior to that (5 or 6 years ago) was great and it was my favorite car wash. This place has hit rock bottom at this point after however many owners it has passed through.I think, that given the location and the dramatic shift in the population demographics for that area over the past 20 years, its just time for this car wash to give up the ghost and close down.

I went to get a car wash today and the name has changed to Master Shine Wash & Detail. I just wanted a basic wash and vacuum. I paid around $15 and I got way more than I paid for. They washed and dried my truck cleaned all the windows, vacuumed and wiped down the dash and the door jams. The truck looks great and it was really fast! I will definitely be going back!

This is a strange place. Lots of young people wandering around - sort of like a youth hostel or something. No adults in sight on the day I was there - or a boss it would seem. I got the $26 package which I think was called the Wild Willy. Anyway, when I got in my SUV I noticed that there was still debris on the center console and in the cup-holders. There were still bug splatters (not that I had gone cross-county or anything, just normal stuff) on the windshield. They did not get the top of the SUV dry so when I took off, the excess water went down the back. There were streaks of whatever kind of dashboard cleaner they use on the inside of the windshield at the bottom. Bottom line is that for $26 dollars I expect the job to be better than I would do myself and this definitely wasnt. Very disappointed and I wont be back.

Staff is amazing. Lots of ppl nitpick on the most ridiculous things. But Ive had nothing but positive experiences here. Lots of the bad reviews are from the previous owner. Once new owner took over, place became fantastic. They offer senior & military discounts. They really do a great job. 10/10 recommend.

Garbage they wiped down nothing on the inside of the car. Looks like they barely vacuumed anything. There was debris left all over the floor and seats. We paid 26.99 for the inside cleaning along with a wash which is not much if they actually cleaned the car properly. They were very understaffed for a weekend mid day. We will never go back there.

They did such a bad job that I didnt even want to bring it back so they could fix it... we never even left the parking lot, showed them MUD still on the truck (which we paid extra to have removed) and some still on the roof, streaky windows all around, chrome bumper wasnt wiped down... just horrible

I’ve been coming here for a while. I get my card punched each time. Today was the day I turn my card on for a free wash.The problem is it wasn’t free. The clerk informs me that it’s for a free outside wash.That’s not what the punch card says. It says free wash.I feel cheated and won’t return here again

Just stopped by for the first time, got the $20 wash. Best basic wash and cleaning Ive seen in a long time. Ive got a work vehicle that gets filthy, and even the $20 wash got it clean inside and out, wiped everything down, VERY satisfied.

I came in on a Tuesday. I order the $26.00 package, the Wild Willie. My truck was kinda dirty. I had to wait in line ,I was the fifth car there. But all things considered they did a great job. The lady out front did a great job on the inside of my truck. The outside looked good too.

Very slow. After I paid I waited 35 minutes just for my car to go through the old squeaky system. Place looks to be running down, broken vending machine. Windows to view cars going through dirty. Wont be back. Avoid!!!

26.99 wash, vacuum included. Poot job on the vacuum, exterior wash great except for my front end. Dirt still on the nose of the car that the finisher didnt see. Hand prints that this person left behind while cleaning the front of my car..... unexceptable. Windows cleaned..... ??? Not completely. The number of the wash level shouldnt still be on the back glass if the windows were cleaned. Just not quality work in my opinion.

DO NOT use this car wash. They lost 2 of my floor mats. I called to ask if they had them and they said they would call back. They did not. I returned to the car wash in person and was ignored. Each person that I spoke to looked at me with a completely blank stare and then went back to whatever they were doing. My car is brand new, so now I have to go purchase new mats at the dealership. Most expensive car wash ever.

Great place that may give a slight appearance that its run down but the people always work their tails off to give your car a nice shine in good time.

Great car wash but it took over an hour and there were only 3 cars before mine.

Very slow service. Pulled up and no one was there to great us. Waited inside for a while before someone asked if we had been helped.When this was heritage car wash they always had a lot of people working and we never had to wait long.Only 1 car was in front of us and we have been here for over an hour.They only have a couple people working and its 9:50 on a Friday morning

Owner is horribly rude. After being harassed about my coupon, which I didnt even care much about, he continued to make me listen to his stupid rant. Once it was finished, I sat patiently and waited while his team tried to clean my car. Its not bad if you want a simple basic clean, but they dont touch any of the nooks and crannies. The cup holder wasnt even cleaned sufficiently. Plenty of polish every where however, and an excessive amount at that.
