Would rate it below one star if there was as option for it. Was given a Nissan Versa that check engine light came on less than thirty minutes after I receive it. Victoria claims they will repair it after I return it almost two weeks later. Car had two warning lights on and after about a week and half another warning light came on. I immediately call her and she told me to bring car back after almost two weeks to trade it for a Corolla had to ride on the clock from Fort Worth to Bedford to retrieve a replacement car and was not given a new CONTRACT. This car did not have any warning lights on it but felt like it was just put back together and I was riding on sticks. ANY how I had to work, once return home that evening with replacement car, the car all of the sudden was towed away by neighbor hood tow sharks scandalizes for money and target this car and towed it. Any who to make a long story short the car had to be pick up by owner and guess what I did not even have a contract with my name on it with the. Replacement car and this rental car took the third 231.00 from me and did not use the car for less than eight hours. Anyway I have a lot to say but I am going to say stay away from this boot legged rental company. Cars are rigged up I got scammed out of a total of 693.00 debited out of my credit card and 150 in cash total of 843.00 Going to file a BBB COMPLAINT AND DISPUTING CHARGES WITH MY CREDIT CARD. And the VICTORIA CHICK IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE... JUST A SCANDILE.

AWFUL!! First of all got 3 cars all 3 had the check engine light on. Second this place is VERY unprofessional, the office is at a hole in the wall place. There are no signs of a business. Then they took $100 off my debit card without my permission. I gave them $150 deposit and did comply to my contract. I guess its my fault for going there but next time Ill use enterprise. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

I was really in need of a car but enterprise denied me because i dont have credit car but this company approved me. i can not thank them enoug.
