I have been using this Life Storage/Crystal Springs location for many years, and I have always been impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Martha helped me with my account today and I appreciate her friendly demeanor. Several years ago, I had locked my lock incorrectly and it was caught during their walk-throughs. I was quickly notified so that I could rectify the situation. And always, the grounds and the buildings are clean.

I have rented here 2 or 3 times and all of my experiences have been great. The place is clean and well maintained. The staff has always been efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. Special thanks to Martha and Ali. You guys are the best.

Martha was outstanding. She was very patient, answering many questions and showing me several storage units to help me make arrangements to put a family member’s belongings into storage.

Martha was absolutely helpful and super friendly. We had originally picked 2 smaller units for our move, after telling her our plan, she suggested upgrading to a larger available unit and it worked out better with price and size. We will use life storage again because of her excellent service and attention to detail.

Martha the manager was amazing and helped us quickly get the proper size storage unit we needed in a very quick turnaround we were able to rent the same day and move in on our chosen day. The price is reasonable and theyre willing to work with you if your insurance covers your belongings outside your home they wont charge you for theirs if you bring him the proper documentation. Aside from a few minor technology issues which I would just a tribute to us living in Texas and the equipment being outside such as the gate breaking down our experience with them has been nothing short of amazing and it is super convenient.

Life storage gave me the best price on a 5x10 compared to other storage locations in the area. I had to wait a long time to get help at the front desk as they only had one person working.However, it was the day after Christmas and the wait was about as long as other places I have been to outside of the holidays. Plus, the helpful and cheerful attitude of the person up front made up for it.She was professional and polite, and I was able to get my unit and unload my truck all in about an hour, not bad.

I just completed my 6-year rental with Life Storage. They were very competitively priced and always friendly and helpful. My rent rate increased once, but that is to be expected after such a long period of time. When I needed a new lightbulb in my unit, it was no issue and the space was always kept clean and made me remain worry-free about my item in my unit. After 6 years, it was bitter-sweet to say goodbye, but I am thankful for all the years of quality service.

I came here to upgrade to larger unit and Martha Sanchez was a huge help. I’m very thankful for her help. I will refer family and friends.

BE PREPARED FOR THE RATES TO INCREASE ONCE YOU ARE IN. My space rent just went up to $174.00 in a 10*15 and right down the street at extra space storage the price is $106 for the same size. Its storage so they are all the same, its about location and price. Life Storage has the highest rate and then during a pandemic they raise the rates yet again. Just be prepared for that.

Storage was clean and checkin was easy. Mgr Martha was a big help and very knowledgeable. I have stored items here multiple times and have always been satisfied with the service.

Martha was great! Very great customer service. We were moving out of town to Colorado. She was very energetic and sociable with the other customers as well! The entire facility is excellent!

Martha was terrific. I reserves the wrong size but Martha quickly found me the perfect size and corrected all the paperwork. All with plenty of time before my moving help showed up. Great job!

Do not use this facility. U will be sorry. Martha is an idiot and cannot do her job. She tells u one thing and then it is wrong. I will be contacting corporate about her and have recordings of phone calls with wrong information in them. She is worthless and needs to be gone.

I have been renting here for a year. It is very clean and well maintained. Martha is a hands on manager. I’m very happy with my decision to rent storage here.

The storage itself is good! They seem really overpriced and they told me over the phone Id get a discount and then I noticed they never applied it after looking at my receipt. The storage is kind of far from me, so i was never able to get my 30$ back.

Great experience. Irma Zavala had us laughing when we should have been crying. She was a breath of fresh air. Just her saying everything will be ok, me and my husband looked at each other and knew she was telling the truth. She helped us with everything. I miss her a lot. We came down a few times but you guys were at lunch and we needed to get on the road. Your property is very clean and the office as well. We thank you for everything and we will be with you for a while longer.
