I just brought my 2009 Pontiac Solstice roadster back again to VIP as I do every September to get the oil changed and a NH inspection sticker. As always, their team logged me in quickly and acted very professional throughout. In addition to simple things like an oil change and sticker, Ive come to them for more serious issues as well in the past and have always left feeling confident that I got the best service for a much better than average pricing. Ive never felt any regrets as I have at some dealerships. In fact, Im going back a week from today to have my 2017 Hyundai Sonata get the exact same services again as I got today. With all the technological changes to cars over the years, Im lost right after I raise my hood ;-) , so I can say with all confidence that Ive always trusted the folks at VIP and highly recommend them.

Very happy with my experience at the Bedford, NH VIP! Great customer service! As there was a conflict with my initial scheduled time, Rob called me personally (twice) to make sure I was able to reschedule my car inspection quickly. I arrived early and VIP was able to start right away, no waiting! Kevin did a great job! Entrance to VIP was clean and didnt have that overpowering automotive odor. Convenient location, I was able to walk to shops instead of waiting at VIP and Rob called when my car was ready. Friendly service and didnt waste my time or try to sell me services I didnt need. After a previous consultation with Eric I had a set or tires installed today.Arriving a little early he recognized me from our short consultation and I was taken care of right away. I walked into VIP two weeks ago. Joe and Eric were at the service desk. They were so nice and friendly. I needed to get my battery changed and there was no questions asked. They immediately took my car in and changed my battery. It only took them 5-10 minutes for them to change my battery. While Eric was changing the battery, Joe and I had a great friendly conversation. He kept me entertained the whole time. I definitely recommend going to see Eric and Joe!

I had a great experience today with my service at VIP. I was helped by Bob Lee when I arrived for my appointment for an issue with my car. DISHONEST! Said during estimate on frozen caliper that I required new pads and rotors and it wasnt true. Also wanted to charge a hundred dollars to bleed the brake fluid when others do it as part of the job. Then went to Sullivan Tire who said the pads and rotors were fine, so I saved more than 500 dollars by going through them. Shame on you!

Great Experience today @ VIP in Bedford. Was able to drop it off in the morning and I told them I needed it by 4PM. They called me at 11AM and told me I was all set to pick it up. When I got there to pick up my card the automatically applied my Loyalty Rewards without me asking. Great Customer Service!!!

I made an appointment days in advance of having new wheels installed. This apparently means nothing. Multiple walk in customers were in and out before the wheels were even taken off my car. At one point the technician working on my car left to go buy a car part somewhere else for a different customers car. I know all of this because there is a window in the waiting area looking out onto the repair bay that my car was sitting in. I directly observed the 40 minutes of work required to do the job on my car be extended to 3 hours because there was no one assigned to start and complete the work in one shot. I will never come back here and I dont recommend any one else come here for service on their car.

Great people, good prices. Called me twice to confirm I would prefer to have my vehicle locked inside the garage overnight instead of sitting outside overnight in the parking lot . Very considerate.

This VIP in Bedford needs some Atmosphere.. and attitude adjustment.. My wife and I just got back from having our car serviced.Approaching the desk.. neither of the guys were wearing name badges.. Welcomed us.. Even smiled. Not good for front of house.Customers like being acknowledged..I complained to corp.. the situation took a complete 180.. Wow..What a simple talk with higher up.. They were pleasant with us.. on our way out. Smiling.. laughing.. even asking me about my service..Im a 20 year retired combat veteran.. I Love Respect. Didnt get any.. so I changed that.They do well with your car.. just with people that needs alot of help..

VIP was fantastic! We had a brake issue with our vehicle and they were able to get us in the next day and do a complete and thorough service on our car. They looked over the car, found the problems, and did a fantastic job doing a pretty extensive service with only a 1 day notice. The employees were great to work with and we will definitely be coming back!

The service here is amazing. They have done 4 inspections for me this year and sent me to a very affordable window tint company when they didn’t provide the removal service. So happy to have found a reliable, trustworthy shop that can do my brakes, inspection, tires and oil changes.

Stay away from this VIP location!!They provide the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The guys at the front desk were rude, lazy, and were not willing to at least fill my severely deflated tire with air.I ended up having a large and visible nail in my tire. I totally understand being too fully booked to fit me in for car work that day, but to not even be willing to fill my tire with air so I can safely get to a place that could help me? To allow me to drive away with a practically flat tire? Stay far away from this place!!They obviously are not concerned with their service or reputation, and definitely not concerned with you the customer or your safety. I will never visit another VIP or O’Reilly Auto Parts Store again, (of which the store portion always provided exceptional customer service, but not even for the store will I go back).Thank you for such poor service VIP of Bedford folks, because I would not want you anywhere near my car after that day!!

Disappointed with the manager here. After listening to him ramble on about the safety of wheel spacers I plan on taking all my vehicles somewhere else. I also understand that the NH safety inspection is rigorous but they will look for something in order to get more work from you, that is guaranteed.

I went to VIP in Bedford, NH and could not believe the awesome customer service that I received from Greg. I was in there looking for new tires for my car before snow fall and he gave me exactly what I needed. He did not try to oversell me and he was down to earth. Would definitely recommend this shop to all my friends and family. I brought my car in to check because I was hearing loud, high pitch noise coming from the left rear. The shop took out the rear to do an inspection. They did a great job and they were very honest when they tell me everything was perfect safe to drive and the noise is probably just from the old age of the car. I appreciate they service and honesty very much.

Made an appointment online for a tire repair. Arrived at the shop at the appointed time. General manager said he never got my reservation, and that I would probably have an hour wait, for a job that would have taken about 15 minutes. I showed him the online reservation, and he again said it didnt come through on his end. Poor customer service. Will never return.

Yeah basically what I did is I had them rotate my tires and do a full alignment as my van I know needed one and they agreed totally once once it was done they said oh yeah you were really out of alignment its the first one Ive had done since Ive owned the van three and a half years.the only thing that they did that I found to put it honestly to be extremely annoying is I have snow tires and I Ive only got two and I have them on the front and they refuse to put them on the front in other words Id have to buy another two snow tires from them in order to do that Ill put it honestly Ive never seen that before and it does give me pause about going there for buying tires. I generally prefer Maynard and lessier thats where I usually buy my tires and theyll put the snows on there no problem at all.its just its obviously much easier to have it done at work where its a half a mile from where I work is supposed to driving all the way back down from Manchester to Nashua to have Maynard & Lessier do it.

I called and asked the staff here to recommend a tire for my 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio . I wanted something performance but also able to handle the winter snow in NH but also the crazy downpours in Fla where I will be traveling for work . I was set up with 4 Performance Touring tires which I love ! They’re great and the service here was super . The price I was quoted beat all others. I had Rim questions that were satisfactorily addressed and also afterwards the adjoining parts store helped me solve a super annoying Tree Sap issue not tire related !

Called them yesterday as I was having slow leaks from two of my tires since the cold weather set in. They were able to squeeze my truck in during an already fully booked day in the middle of snow tire change over season. Called numerous other places to see if they could fit me in. No other places were willing to try. These guys let me know up front no promises but would try and got it done. Really appreciated that.

Went to have my car inspected and the customer service could not have been better. I had a time restriction that I had to adhere to. Greg arranged to have the car inspected and installed the new tires I needed all within the time restraint. Couldnt have been happier!! Good people to work with!

Went in for an oil change and there was a complimentary inspection of everything else. The suggestions of items needing replacement made complete sense to me based on the age of my vehicle. Pricing was reasonable and the service was excellent. I did not feel that I was being taken advantage of at all and will definitely be back.

I came into the Bedford VIP with out schilling an appointment for a state inspection and they happened to be booked but Shane and Greg were able to squeeze me in and get my car back to me with my inspection very quickly! Shane and Greg were awesome! It was nice to see such great customer service!

I have been going to VIP Tires and Service for several years and have always been given good service. I recently handed my vehicle in for an inspection which typically costs a fee but for whatever reason I was told my inspection was free of charge by the salesperson on duty. Yes, Ive paid in the past and likely to pay in the future and thats fine with me. Just know that I do appreciate that extra touch of care and attention I often get at VIP from both the front desk and the mechanics.

I have been going to this VIP since I moved to Manchester. I like dealing with the same personnel, as well as the fact that they run deals and always let you know about them if you are in for service and are not aware of the deal. They are very accommodating when you have a logistical problem. They arent pushy, but tell you what you need and what you will need soon, showing you if possible. I can trust that they will have the work done in the amount of time that they stated (today was super fast which prompted this review).

I started servicing my automobile about a year ago with VIP and haven’t looked back. I made an appointment for an inspection sticker and noticed they were having an online special. If you print out their coupon the state inspection would be $0.00. Yes, you read that correctly! I was in and out in under 15 minutes without opening my wallet. The gentleman behind the counter by the name of Rob was polite, friendly and patient. I still couldn’t believe it was free of charge. My girlfriend had a similar experience last month at this same VIP location. She brought her car in for an oil change and a state Inspection sticker (she happens to be a veteran) and to her surprise her oil change cost was reduced by $10 and the state inspection was FREE all for being a veteran.VIP is simply AMAZING.

Went in for free inspection sticker special. They tried failing me for a inner tie rod on my vehicle that has 35k. I asked them to show me why it failed cause repairs were going to be 230 dollars. When they showed me I then mentioned I was a mechanic and what they are showing me is not right there isn’t tie rod play. They then told me well the rear doesn’t do it. The rear tires don’t turn of course there is zero movement. They screwed the lady before me with the same issue. Two tie rods bad before 9am on new vehicles funny.. went to shop down the road right after got a sticker with no issue. VIP is screwing people and I’ll never be back

I went in for an oil change this morning, I appreciate how quickly they were able to see me. The staff was very courteous and kept me well advised on any other issues that they found during their routine free inspection. I appreciate that there was no pressure to perform the repairs, they gave me their honest diagnosis. I am very pleased with their service, and would highly recommend them.

VIP, Bedford NH.Took my mom for $1,200 and the problem was still not fixed after 2 weeks, car was still overheating with ac on. Had it towed to autofair ford and problem was fixed 30 min later, a $12.50 fuse

Made an appointment for my annual inspection. I hadnt been to this location before but heard good things about their service. I ended up needing brakes ( I anticipated I might ) & they were able to get me back on the road within a short amount of time. Basically, I was told by a tech that something was fixed but it wasn’t. They take a long time to get parts, but I think you can find that a lot of places. And I do believe that they’re doing their best to get them for me. Overall, great experience with the staff. However, I’m not fully confident that I’m getting my moneys worth for all the work I’ve had and I’m having done (thousands of dollars worth).

Guy tried to tell me that there was a nail in my tire and my psi reading was at 31. Tried to sell me new tires. I have a tpms on my car and said 38. Tested it at home and said 38. Looked for a nail but no nail. Messed up.

Came in for a car that was overheating, they replaced a faulty tube same day I brought it in they were professional and courteous

Purchased tires for my Chevy pickup truck. The prices were lower than other places had to offer. I also had an alignment done and a state inspection performed in a timely manner. Staff behind the counter was friendly and explained the services and prices thoroughly.

I always have a great experience at VIP auto. I work across the street and always drop in for an oil change, rotation of tires or even to get a light bulb fix and they are always willing to help and take me the same day. The front staff is very professional and accommodating. Great service!

A couple of months ago, I went to this location. I received 4 new tires at a fair price. They also did a front end alignment for me. They were very professional and am I very pleased with the work.

I was looking for a specific snow tire, found a good price on VIP website, and was referred to this shop by another VIP location. They had the item and were able to schedule me quickly, a couple hours after my call. They got to it right away when I arrived, and there was a comfortable waiting area. The job seemed to take longer than I thought it should have - my only complaint. The job originally included an alignment, but they determined that it was not necessary and knocked that charge off the bill, which was much appreciated.

VIP Tires & Service provides prompt, courteous services and are conveniently located. Appreciate that they can handle regular services like oil changes, besides tire service. Also like access to free WiFi and a work area to get things done while Im waiting.
