Salvador worked with me on a new tire. I was short on money to pay for a new tire. He worked with my budget and helped me out. I can’t tell you how much I needed his kindnesses today. I have been coming to this store for 20 years and they have never let me down. Thank you so much SALVADOR.

These guys are great. We actually were getting a flat tire and pulled in to find that they had a whole procession of people wanting to get their tires checked it aired up. The line moved efficiently and our issue with our tire was remedied in a timely manner.

10 out of 10 will always recommend Discount Tire. My entire family uses them - and many of my friends! (if you dont have the tire warranty - purchase it right now!)I came in around 8:30AM flat tire - no appointment and it was busy as hell! I was told Id be outta there by 10:30-10:45AM and they worked their butts off and got me out by 10:15AM! Everyone was kind, friendly, professional and attentive. They worked with me financially and that is something not all places are willing to do. They social distanced and wore mask too! Been coming to this location for years. Assistant manager Austin was working the floor which was impressive. He was very professional not only as a supervisor but as a salesman. He updated me on the status of my truck while I waited and continued to help other customers. Even though I didn’t buy the wheels he was trying to sell, I was pretty close because I got some perspective. I highly recommend this location and Austin for your tire needs.

Shawn was extremely nice when I came in for a tire check. I know that it is super hot out, and when even despite that, his customer service was on point!! Having been a customer for a couple of years and spent hundreds on new tires there, I did not feel welcomed by Jeremy Rios. I specifically mentioned a couple of times the Michellin tires that my vehicle needs and he stated that those tires are not the best ones but I could buy others that they had in stock which were also way more expensive. I usually work with Cody and he has been good in the past. Not sure if Jeremy is new but he does not have the customer service that is needed make your tire buying experience a pleasant and easy one. After all the frustration trying to buy the correct tires, my time wasted, Jeremy Rios poor attitude, and lack of concern for my vehicle I will never go back to Discount Tire.

I had an appointement for my tire rotation and balancing so went therethey put me on waiting list than a guy came an check my car got key s from me ask me to wait so i waited an waited no one came so i went to counter after hour of waiting to inquire about how long will take and guy came say he couldnot find me in system because guy check me in with wrong name and info and so i donot know they service my car or not cause according to him it was done so i am very disappointed of their service i wish i got his name in written

First good experience at a discount tire that I’ve had in a long time. I will definitely tell all my friends about this particular discount tire. Definitely the best customer in DFW area for discount tire. I called them out for messing up and it turns out I was wrong. They handled it professionally and were courteous to the end. My hats off to the whole store good job guys and once again I apologize

I arrived this morning at 10:00 to have a low tire looked at and even though there were several employees standing around with nothing to do I was told I need to schedule an appointment. So, I schedule an appointment for 12:30 and when I arrive I am told it shouldnt take more than 30 minutes to repair. I have now been waiting 20 minutes and they still havent even pulled my car in to a bay. As I am waiting in the lobby I hear one of the employees (Ben) on the phone telling someone to come on by they are slow and have several people standing around looking for something to do. I have come to this location several times and have usually had good service.

Continued frustration. Here on time for 9am appointment and still 12th in line for at least an hour wait. Last time I was here they literally refused to rotate/balance my tires because they were dangerously worn despite tread being >1/16 above wear bars & car had *just* passed inspection. I dont understand how the staff are trained or the store is managed, but this is their 2nd strike. Disappointing.

Went in for a quick patch on my tire took them 3 hours for a 10 minute job if that. Then when I went to pick up my tire they said it’ll take an hour to just put it on my car which takes maybe 5 minutes tops. If you want to waste your entire day at discount tire go to this one. I had a rough time during the winter and my tires kept going flat. I actually got stranded in their parking lot when my tire went flat, because the site didnt have the winter hours, got an uber home and returned the next day. They were really kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. I didnt feel like they were trying to hustle me, even when they offered the membership or whatever it is. Im glad I got it, because the very next day, my tire went flat before my flight and they quickly filled it for free.

The employees are always super friendly and their service is fast and reliable. Ill be happy to return (hopefully not for another flat tire)

They always have the best prices or they will match. Appointments are kept on time, and work is completed in swft order. Three new tires were installed in 25 minutes.

From the beginning I told them that I didnt care how long my tire replacement would take; All I asked was that they be honest with me in regards to when the repair would be done so that I could schedule my day around it. Four times I was lied to - for no reason at all. Stupid little lies. These guys either dont care to be honest, or arent organized. Two stars only because they completed the job.

The staff here no longer demonstrates the customer satisfaction that I got at Atlanta locations. They make it seem as though you are a nuisance and bothering them I have tried several times to resolve each time left unhappy very little resolution or customer service.

Great service from the staff and tire crew. I asked them to save my one good tire. The crew leader placed the tire in a plastics bag. Also, it was very organized !!! I didnt plan 4 new tires but I drive to much. Good discount!!!

Shout-out to Discount Tire in Bedford for lightning-fast service! Ordered tires online Friday and made an appointment for this morning. Tires arrived Saturday, Jarrod called to tell me. This morning I barely had time to get home before he called to let me know the tires were installed and ready to go. Half an hour! Competitive pricing, clean store, great signage for check-in and social distancing, friendly staff, quick service. 10/10 would recommend.

Ive been a customer since 1982 and over the last 41 years Ive only bought 2 sets of tires from another only because I lived out of Texas and there was no discount tires.Not that every visit was a five star but overall they have good prices and service. My visit today at Harwood rd in Bedford tx was excellent, very friendly, helpful and fast. Thanks Guys keep up the good work!!!

This place is great. Even if you didnt buy your tires from them, the normally will fix a basic flat tire at no charge. Most days you can get in and out fairly quick. You can always schedule an online appointment too.

Discount Tire is the best option for me with the line of business I am in. This location is not recommended. All they want to do is sell you new tires. Just had myfirst and last experience with this location. I will find another that works for me. This location is closest to where I now live but it is not the location I’ll be using.

I dealt with Aaron Reynolds at the Bedford location yesterday. Ive done business with that location for about 25 years and always have a great experience. Aaron let me know that, since I had only put 17k miles on the Michelin tires I had bought at the same location and had a 30k mile warranty, I would receive a pro-rated credit towards the new tires. This was unexpected surprise and something I would not have received had I bought the tires online. Aaron was very nice and professional. I will continue to patronize this location.

I went in for a flat tire, honestly half anticipated to get at least two new tires. They fixed the flat, only thing is did have to have to make an appointment online. I will be back when I need new tires. They didnt charge, and said they wanted to earn my business when I needed tires, and they removed the nail, and did a good job. Thank you 💕

Brought my car in to get a flat tire with a nail in it patched, they said it would be ready in an hour and that they would call when it was ready. Three hours later, they hadnt called, so I called and asked if my car was ready. They said yes.I arrive and my car has a spare donut tire on it? I asked why there was a spare, and the person helping me said they didnt know. They went and checked and said my tire couldnt fixe. Which wouldve been ok, if theyd told me a few hours earlier or mentioned it at all?I ended up having to buy a new tire and the price was ok, it was just a weird experience all together, and the communication was lacking. Also only half of the people had on masks, despite a sign saying they require masks.

There are lug nuts that need a key to unlock them for anti theft reasons. They used the key to tighten the lug nut back on and left the key on the lug nut. I got home did a walk around and saw the key still on the lug nut. So please walk around your vehicle before you leave there. Also they cracked a hub cap.They replaced the hub cap and where nice about it. I was more upset the left the lug nut in but hey they made it right.

A tire burst so my car was towed on Saturday at 5:05pm and the workers were closing the shop. Leon came over and efficiently put in all the information needed and answered questions my husband asked. I was contacted on Monday morning that my car was ready. Recommend Leon for his professionalism!

Complete joke of an experience. Not what I’ve come to expect from a Discount Customer of over 15 years. This location is a joke.Showed up for a flat tire and was told next appointment was 2 hours later. I couldn’t wait, so I was given an appointment time for two hours later to return to repair the flat. There were only a total of 2 cars at the entire shop at the time.I returned in two hours and was told that because other people showed up, I would have to wait 2.5 hours longer. There were probably 15 cars there at that point.What is the point of creating an appointment and having me drive back across town, just to tell me that they couldn’t do anything for 2.5 hours because they were busy?And by that logic, why couldn’t they have just taken care of me when there were only two total cars there previously.I guess it’s time to switch to NTB by my house, because customer service doesn’t mean anything anymore.

Bought 4 trailer tires to be mounted and balanced. When picking up the tires, noticed not 1 tire had a weight and asked if they had balanced the tires. Tech tried to BS me by saying trailer tires don’t get balanced; and then tried to say the machine wouldn’t balance them.Been discount customer for years...1st time at this location.

Excellent staff thats friendly and helpful. Theyre good at noticing folks as soon as they pull up and tend to be walking up to your car about as soon as you can park. Very quick service too!

I bought wheels and tires for my truck a while ago from the Dallas Discount Tire. When they were imbalanced I took them to this one because it was close to my house. Alex and Jeff tried to trouble shoot the issue multiple times continuing to work with me to ease any frustrations. Jeremy then stepped in and made sure that we fixed the issue altogether. From beginning to end Jeremy, Alex and Jeff were all amazing to work with even though they didnt cause the issue in the first place. I imagined what the same process wouldve been like at another tire store and it would not have gone the same way. I will definitely be coming back to Discount tire in the future!!

Had an excellent and attentive system for service and social distancing. Employees were knowledgeable and helpful. At first they told us it would take over an hour to replace a tire on a wheel and return it to us but then said theyd get it done in 20 minutes after we told them the car was sitting on a jack and we needed to get the wheel back on it. If they were able to do this in the beginning, why didnt they? Why didnt they ask about this possibility before providing a time in order to prioritize and provide the best service? Overall a good experience as it was resolved to our satisfaction.

I went because I thought my sensors were off on my tires. The sensors were off but he found a nail in another tire so he fixed it & reset my sensors then I was off. Jeremy R. was very nice, I was surprised I did not owe anything for fixing a flat. I will go back when I need tires.Thank you Janice

Just stopped in for an issue and Aaron was exceptional.Was more concerned about my safety then making a saleI get all my tires from discount but get them rotated at my oil change place...never again!Aaron went out of his way to take care of problems quickly and to the point.

I ran out of gas and did not have the funnel I needed to pour gas in my tank (first time running out in new car and did not know the capless tanks require a funnel for Gas cans they are not compatible with). Discount Tires was right next door so I went there to buy a funnel. A gentlemen by the name of Stamps was outside helping a customer with his car and informed me the retail side was closed but asked what I needed help with. I explained my situation and immediately he went and grabbed a funnel he had, brought it to me with a rag and let me use it. He was one of the nicest courteous people i ever met. He was genuinely happy to help me as well as the gentlemen having problems with his car. He deserves recognition for his amazing customer service and heartfelt attitude.

They need to have a better system as to which car arrived first and place those cars in the proper order. I dont know where I arrived in that order, but I know a few cars that came in after me got placed before me adding about 45 mins to my wait time, that sucks!. I arrived before they opened and left after 10 am!

Absolutely love this location. The staff is always friendly and will to help answer any and all questions you may have. They take the time to explain all of the different tire options they have available for your vehicle and point out all of the benefits to you. It helps you as the consumer make an informed decision as to what will be best for your needs. Once your purchase is completed they take care of you all the way through the life of the tire with free balance and rotation as well as flat repairs. This is the only place I will buy tires from!

Customer service rocks here. Feel free to take your car here for a free air check on your tires. They will price match tires - just bring a printout of any website with the price. With the warrantee you get free tire repair it prorated depending on the wear of the tred. Recommend making an appointment!

I had a flat yesterday at the most inconvenient time, arent they all, but had to get the tire fixed today and chose THE RIGHT PLACE!!!This Discount Tire not only repaired the flat with a Plug AND a Patch but whenw theypthey my donut spare back in the trunk they didnt just throw it into the trunk, but they put it under the trunk cover/mat in the spare well with all the tire hack parts that I had to use the evening before!!!VERY WELL DONE!!!Thats the mark of Great Customer Service and I did my part to let the manager know and pass the word onto his team and the specific tech that did the EXCELLENT WORK!!!Need tires, rims or help???Come to my neighborhood Discount Tire!!!👍🇺🇸👍😊

So done with this location. REQUIRES an appointment to get anything done now. Need tires or rotation wait till they have a spot open some other day (like Saturday, when they are actually busy?). Was turned away today and told I would have to come back another day! Complete inconvenience! And they werent even that busy today. What are the odds that they could have squeezed me in if I was buying four tires instead of just needing a rotation?

I just got two new tires yesterday. Tonight I was driving down the highway and my TPM light goes on quickly followed by my tire going cometely flat. I thought it was probably the tire that I had them repair but when I get out I discover it is one of the new tires and the valve stem had come out and was completely lost.

An excellent experience as far as buying tires goes. The brand I wanted had to be ordered. Once they arrived, I was called and told if I can get to the store before closing (6 pm), they would stay to install the tires. I get there at 5:25 and left with new tires at 5:40. These guys can hustle. And they did it with a smile... such a nice change. I will be back for my next set of tires.

The place has really gone down hill since the old manager Brian retired. Not the best price anymore & the service is horrible. They make you make an appointment, but when you arrive at appointed time they still make you wait an hour.
