Where do I start? This right here ladies and gentlemen is how used car sales should be. I saw a vehicle online on cars.com and have been shopping for a car for me and my family. I reached out and sent an email and got a response fairly quick. I was impressed and set up an appointment. Lee who I honestly cant thank enough did an excellent job on showing me and my wife everything about the vehicle and letting me know not only whats under my hood and what they did to it service wise but also explained the technology of it to me which was very accurate. After Lee took me on a long nice test drive he then re introduced myself with Mo and professionally had him take over and do the paper work. Ive been to a lot of used car lots and always look for that comfortable feeling and not feel like im getting cheated, not only did Target Auto Group do that for me but they also gained a customer and a friend one of the nicest staffs Ive encountered with in a while!

TAG is very much your stereotypical dealer type of environment but they were genuinely nice. I purchased a Toyota MR2 from Max at TAG. A few days after buying..the check engine light came on for an O2 sensor. I called Max and he replaced the sensor for me free of charge no hassle. I have had no problems with the car since then. I love the car and would recommend buying from here.

Mo was excellent to work with. Had a small problem with the car during test drive but mo and his staff bent over backward to fix the problem. Bought the car and have been very satisfied with my purchase. I would highly recommend target auto. Thanks again Mo.

A great value on Used vehicles with friendly service

I recently bought a used, 2003 Honda Civic from this dealership. When I first got there I had a great feeling about the place, and the people working there. After test driving the car and addressing the problems that I, and my mechanic felt were wrong with the vehicle I decided to purchase the vehicle. The man said he would give me a tire alignment (he did not). He said he fixed the sway bars under the vehicle (he did not). The only thing that got replaced was the timing belt. He has very poor mechanics that work there and clearly do not know what they are doing. On top of all that, as I was about to drive off the lot with my new car, it didnt start. Later that day I found out the alternator was shot (they did fix that for free) but still pretty unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I have had the car only a week, and Its already starting to give me headaches. A FRIENDLY FACE DOES NOT MEAN A PROFESSIONAL/HONEST DEALER

I have brought me and my wifes cars to Target for years and years. Each and every time I get a very fair price and my problem solved the first time. The car is fixed when they say it will be fixed and I have never had to bring it back for the same repair twice. Looked at a car and I was really interested in ready to put a down payment on a vehicle the next day they call me and said they sold it so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I came back and looked at another vehicle they send me on a test drive in SUV that I really liked and two of the tires were not lugged down all the way So I go on a test drive with my wife and kids in the car get back to the shop and two of the Lugnuts were missing off both of the tires sent it back into the shop lo and behold I and up buying the vehicle because I really liked it 2 months later i’m driving and my car is just stops working here is the transmission so they sold me a car knowing that they had a bad transmission I did not buy the warranty and they left me to repair it for myself they told me that I have had it for 2 1/2 months and it is a used car and things happen so I give you strike one and strike two but you don’t get over on me on strike three! ... I got screwed stay away from these guys they aren’t honest...

Great Service! Was a really easy process in love with the car I purchased.

What a slimy place to purchase a car! DO NOT GO HERE! We were insured that the car we purchased was in great condition. We didnt even get it home before the Check Engine light was on! When we called they agreed to look at it. We had it up there 3 times and each time the problem was not fixed and the car was in WORST Shape! Other things would be broken. The dented the car! They crack a plastic piece! These people are HORRIBLE!!!! They also installed junk yard parts on the car! MY husband finally decided to just forget it and we purchased and fixed the problem ourselves! $400 later and we finally have a working car. If you want nothing but headaches go here. I wouldnt recommend this place to my enemies!

Found a cheaper place to fix my car they got mad I had a tow truck come to pick up and they refused to give them my car..they told them I had a balance which I tried to pay on the phone...when I got there I was told by the front desk the tow truck was who refused to take my car because I wasnt present...turns out Target lied AAA told me they would not release the carA YEAR LATER LOL IN RESPONSE TO THE OWENER BELOW... I WASNT ADVISED OF ANYTHING BOTTOM LINE IS YOU ALL LIED AND IT WAS PROVEN YOU INCONVENIENCED ME..BUT NONE OF THIS MATTERS I WONT AND HAVENT BEEN BACK TO YOUR SHOP ..

Ive bought many used cars in my life and this was first time I was screwed over. Within weeks of buying Im facing $3,000 repair bill for engine problems that were hidden. Seemed shady but I was in a bind and made a hasty decision. Should have trusted my instincts.

Car was a rebuilt title car I am almost 100% certain. The motor blew 8 miles into the drive home.

Looked at a Honda Accord online reportedly being sold by this dealership. They claimed the mileage on the car was 32,250. Checked the CARFAX and the last reported mileage was 187,122! NO WONDER there are so many reviews of their cars breaking down.

These people are not trustworthy stay as far away from this place as possible was a customer until i found that the work they said was being done was not work completed. Cant Post without stars no stars for this place
