Been with state farm for over 20 years and the last few years since Ive owned my home has been the worst since hes been my agent. Does not return phone calls, never in the office during business hours, does not assist with insurance questions or assistance. Switching agents as it appears he does not have the time for his customers. The incompetence is just overwhelming. Spare your sanity. Happily switched agents.

Was involved in a car accident on June 6th.It is June 17th and never had a reply from him.Besides me,state farm emailed him to contact me.I finally went to corporate and they resolved the issue.I had another agent and when she left,he was handed an auto and a home insurance policy for doing nothing.This is the second bad experience I had with him.Looking for a new agent.
