In April, I received a call from ProVest telling me that they found a discount and that they were reducing my rate. I didnt have to call them. They took the time to find the discount and called me. That is great customer service!

This insurance company has bentover backwards to make sure I have the best coverage. They call every 6 mo. to make sure they get you the best deal. If you have any issues they dont quit until you are satisfied. I havent met anyone at the office that is not willing to try to help. Very prompt on returning phone calls.
