My boyfriend and I have been living here for 6 months now and we absolutely love it! Complex is always clean and the community is peaceful. The dog park is also bigger than most other apartments! 🐶 Ive met a few other residents who have been here for several years and they have no complaints, which is also a good sign! 😁 If youre thinking about touring this place, you definitely should!

This is MUCH, MUCH more than an apartment complex -- this is a place you can truly call home. The staff know you by name, smile and greet you, and ALWAYS have time to discuss whatever you choose -- whether it pertains to Harwood Hills or you just need a personal touch from someone that sees you as more than a tenant. The complex is beautifully maintained inside and out and the love of the staff shines throughout the complex. There is NEVER an issue or concern that is too big or too small -- bring it to any of the staff and they will give you their undivided, personal touch and make sure the outcome is conducive to your happiness and wellbeing. Drop by the office and meet the staff -- you will be SO glad you did. If you are looking? Look no further. Youve found more than your home. My husband and I recently went to view this apartment complex and I must say, we were very impressed and enjoyed our visit there. The front desk is awesome. Recently, we went back and met their temp Jacquanna. Though she was a temp and still learning new things, she definitely tried to help us as much as she could and answer as many questions we had. She definitely went out of her way for us. Dave is pretty cool too. He was on of the first people we met. He seems to have very good rapport with the residents there so we look forward to seeing him more often. Pat is the manager there and she’s pretty funny and sweet. Love her humor and loved that I could joke with her. The team they have seems to be very personable and helpful. We haven’t started living there yet, but I really enjoyed the front office team. I hope nobody goes anywhere.

These apartments is very spacious and big. This was my first time at the complex. The grounds seems to be kept clean.

We have lived here for about a year and have renewed our lease. Management and maintenance are outstanding. They are very responsive and polite. The grounds are well-kept. The workout facilities and pools are nice. Plenty of areas to walk your dog, including a fenced-in dog park which is in a central location. It is a nice, quiet apartment complex. We love living here!

I have lived here for almost a year and just renewed my lease for another 6 months. I absolutely love living here. Everyone is so kind and the complex is quiet, which is what I was looking for. It is a great place to have a dog, as the people in the dog park are so friendly and Ive become friends with a lot of them. The whole office staff is so kind and quick to fix any problem you may have. The apartments are older, but they do a great job of keeping them in good shape. Needless to say, I cant say enough good things.

I have been a resident for 2 years now and about to renew my lease. Maintenance is very friendly and quick to resolve any work orders. I feel very safe at these apartments. Office staff is very friendly and throw Community events every month. In the summer I noticed that there are usually no more than two people at the pool at a time. I love having it mostly to myself.

I LOVED living at these apartments! When my boyfriend and I were first apartment searching, these were the first ones we stopped at to tour. We walked in, were greeted with a big smile and great customer service by our former leasing agent, Steven. Steven walked us through to tour a unit that would be available in a month or so. Before we left, he gave us his business card and didn’t put ANY pressure on us whatsoever in trying to come hurry and move in or anything. And if you ever need anything and try to contact them within the same day and business hours, they’ll get back to you same day. Maintenance requests were always followed up on in a timely manner. AAAAAND it’s right down the road from a bunch of great food options! I could keep going on but I’d type a SUPER lengthy paragraph lol. If I could have kept living here for the rest of my life, I really would have! It’s a great place. We made a great decision by picking Harwood Hills.

HARWOOD HILLS APARTMENT HOMES ALLOWED THIS TO HAPPEN. THIS IS FRAUD. AN INDIVIDUAL WHO WORKS FOR HARWOOD HILLS, OR ONE OF THEIR RESIDENTS HAS COMMITTED FRAUD. I HAVE CONTACTED MY BANK AND YOU HAVE BEEN REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES!!!

I would definitely recommend Harwood hills apartments. I lived here for a year May 2018 to May 2019. Very quiet, never had any issues. Manager Pat and Dave were very friendly and always willing to help with any questions I had.

I have lived here for about a year now. The location is kind of funny being directly off an exit on the highway, but everything else makes up for that. Everyone in the office is so nice! They even did pictures with Santa for free back in December. The thing that really amazes me though is the maintenance staff. We put in a work order here and there and they are always immediately fixed! I called the emergency maintenance line because our AC went out at 10pm, and they were here in 10 minutes and had everything up and running in less than 15! Theyre updating the units to smart apartments too! There is a beautiful gym and a masseuse on site, Dry cleaning, a community garden! I could keep going, this place is wonderful.

This apartment complex is really good. The staff worked with me, to get me moved in same day to take advantage of a discount on the apartment. The staff is responsive and I know if I have a problem I can talk to Pat and shell get it addressed quickly. Maintenance responds fast to tickets, usually next day or the day after for non-emergency things. This is the first apartment Ive lived in and it sets a high bar for other apartments.

Overpriced for the quality, you can get a better quality for the same prices they charge.!!! Pet owner be aware !!! after paying few hundred dollars in non-refundable pet fee, pet rent and pet deposit. they managed to charge me additional couple of hundred dollars for pet treatment from the security deposit.... when I questioned where the lease reference for these charges. they had no answer. I even gave them a courtesy call to correct this before writing the review and guess what ! No answer... if I would have to do it again I would have searched harder for a better place.

I advise anyone to check out Harwood Hills Apartments in Bedford, TX. It is an amazing place to call home. How do I know this? Well, Im enjoying my 9th year here at Harwood Hills. Great management, awesome maintenance crew, best fitness center of any apartments Ive seen in the metroplex, and, Im not sure why, but everyone speaks to each other...I guess because they know theyre home too. Your loss if you dont check out Harwood Hills. It is the best kept secret in Bedford.

I see that theres a lot of people that are leaving horrible reviews about this apartment complex. ALL I CAN SAY IS I LOVE THIS COMPLEX! MS.PAT is a sweet lady. They go out of their way to make it happen! Office staff is wonderful. FYI FOLKS when you pay rent get a filter from the office and your AC will work GREAT.AA-

Up until recently, this place was just okay. You’re paying way too much for what you’re getting. The people they let move in here are rude, inconsiderate, and make noise at all hours of the night. Their maintenance staff works on flipping these apartments until 8 at night or later banging away. Don’t move in here. I’ve been here for 2 years almost and it’s consistently gotten worse.

Harwood Hills is a beautiful, quiet and well-maintained property. Before I moved in here I drove through the property once at night and once in the day. Things I noticed: ALL A/C units are the same and newer and QUIET! (first of all, when have you seen that? never.) The place was very quiet with lots of nature interaction. I saw a post below about renovating apartments...I really dont think that is true. there are 2 apartments being made ready near me and I never hear anything after hours. I have a lot of privacy and peace facing the creek and a booming garden patch in our community garden. I also have not ever seen a SINGLE maintenance man repairing a single a/c unit. Im sure it happens but not like that other review says. The new renovations are also not lipstick on a pig. Real engineered floors and inch thick granite everywhere and smart home tools. Everyone says they have a gym but its 4 peices of equipment. We have 1 huge fancy gym and another yoga and spin room with on demand work outs. These apartment homes are very nice and very homy. I highly recommend living here!

I lived here for a year before moving out of state (6 months ago). The apartment was great. The staff was excellent. It is a fairly quiet neighborhood. If I were ever to move back to TX Id move back to this place.

Very easy to get along with and open to helping you when they can.Mrs. Pat, the manager, is a badass and puts in so much effort to keep everything up to her high standards while still being the kindest most down to earth person ever. Ive seen her out at the break of dawn personally surveying conditions and picking up the errant piece of trash around the apartments, its obvious that she takes great pride in keeping these apartments in shape.The grounds are always well kept, lawns maintained and no trash anywhere.The gym is perfect, always clean and equipped with everything needed for any type of excercise.Two pools, one with a hottub, both kept in good condition.Recent addition of a community garden and large yoga studio.Valet trash crews are reliable and come around on schedule every time.Other residents are respectful and seems like everyone is on the same page about keeping this a nice place for everybody who lives here.Overall bill amount each month is predictable within $10. Service offered to apply monthly payments to your credit score.Re-signed a lease for another year, small price increase was reasonable and within expectations.

This is a wonderful community ,caroline very professional and very nice ..The manager been over these apartments for over 30 years . The maintenance man go beyond the call of duty to make sure your apartment is completely in living standards .this is truly a wonderful place to be ,if you like a piece of mine with no drama .Everything in my apartment Was cleaning new Five star is not enough

I’ve had a terrible experience with these apartments. First, we were scheduled to move in 8 am the office called and asked if we could move it to noon because they had not put in the master bedroom carpet yet. (Mind you, we signed the lease over a month in advance and the apartment still wasn’t ready). We were annoyed but agreed to it. At 11:30 they called and said the apartment still wasn’t ready it needed to be cleaned and wanted to move the move in time to 3:30 pm. We were very upset because we had both taken the day off of work to move. They guaranteed it would be good to go by 3:30. At 4 pm we called and asked if it was cleaned, the manager said “oh yes they’re waxing the floors right now it’s ready!” We packed up all of our stuff and went to the apartment. IT WAS NOT READY! There was paint dripping from the walls, all the doors were missing and they had not even begun cleaning!! The managers solution was for us to move all of our things into the master bedroom but to be careful since the paint was still wet and to allow the workers to continue working and then the following day Move all of our stuff out of the master bedroom into the rest of the apartment. Really?! We had to take all of our belongings to my in-laws for the night and lug everything back to the apartment the following day. They gave us a prorate BUT THEN CHARGED THE PRORATE BACK WHEN WE MOVED OUT!! So they gave me $180 bucks off of rent the first month we moved in for the inconvenience of them NOT HAVING OUR APARTMENT READY but then charged me that $180 bucks at the end when I moved out! WOW!Another event that happened that really speaks to the management and the people that run these apartments: one of their employees did not place a man hole cover on correctly and I fell in scraping my leg. I called the office to report it so that no one else would fall in considering there are many older residents. I emailed the manager pictures of my scraped up (now scarred) leg and her response? Well you’re not as bruised as I thought you’d be.DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Save yourself a lot of headache and frustration, trust me!!

Other reviews r correct..they nickel and dime u for anything they can...bogus charges on monthly bill...water is not truly allocated..I have paid the same every month even when units are vacant.

We moved in a year ago, it is now time to sign our lease again and just like everyone in the complex told us the rent went up... Now it was only $15 a month WELL that extra $15 a month ends up being $300 a year! We are two elderly single women... The reason! They can get more money for the apt if we move out... The water bill is never consistent it has never been below $70 and as high as $100 now thats a month, so add that to your rent... We went from paying rent of $1550 plus water and trash $80 plus $15 a month for a pet total price for a two bedroom $1645.00 a month..Oh and dont let the pics of the pool fool you it is nasty!!!!!Yes they all seem so nice! Ask any and all question UP FRONT dont be surprised.

This place has gone down hill in the past 6 months. All of the people that actually CARE about residents have either been let go or left. The apartment manager is a JOKE. She seems friendly and she says the things you want to hear but, it never happens! The maintenance staff is HORRIBLE. AC problems are a constant problem here!I cant wait until my lease is up and I can move!

This place BLOWS. If I had the money to break my lease and move, I would do it in a heart beat. Though, I might be able to do it without penalty since they refuse to fix my air conditioner and Ive been without hot water for 3 days now. Looking at legal options now. NOT WORTH $820/month.

Words cant begin to describe the amount of frustration I have with these apartments. If youre considering moving here please look elsewhere. Ive had problems with them from day 1 all the way until move out day. Theyll milk you for every dollar they can. Theyll paint a pretty picture at first just to bring you in but believe me this place is horrible. The front office is full of uneducated workers who have absolutely no idea what theyre doing. I can write a book describing all the problems I had with these apartments. DONT CONSIDER THIS PLACE IF YOURE IN THE MARKET , YOU WONT REGRET IT

This is a Nursing Home. Only move here if you’re over 60.Oh, and NOT kid friendly. Nothing for kids at all. 🙄No YOUNG PEOPLE!
