I love living here and dont plan on moving! Juan in the office is great! Excellent customer service. Excellent maintenance. I would highly recommend this place!

I barely moved in Last month. I used my oven twice and then this happens while we were at work. Rats come in my laundry room every night or when we are working. They began biting the laundry room door and also leave there poop all over the floor. I have told management my problems but still have yet no one coming over to fix my issues. The other pictures besides the oven where moving in date.

I have family members that live here. They have had maintence issues that the appartment wont fix. And it sounds like the new Community Manager is preventing people from having really anything on their patio so if you like to make your patio home, then this may not be a great fit for you. The previous community manager seemed really nice but the new one seems to have lots of complaints from the day they started.

LIVE HERE FOR YEAR AND A HALF. BEEN 5 NEW PROPERTY MANAGEMENTS SINCE WE MOVED IN AND NEW OWNERSHIP TWICE! VERY VERY POOR MAINTENANCE. ALWAYS SHORT ONLY 1 OR 2 MAINTENANCE WORKERS. AVG WAIT ON MAINTENANCE ORDERS IS LITTLE OVER A WEEK AN HALF. MIGHT AS WELL DO IT YOURSELF LIKE I DO. NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE BUT YET SO QUICK TO CALL WHEN RENT ISNT PAID HAHAHAHAHA

I want to thank Ms. Kati for her great costumer service and professionalism. If you are looking for a quiet beautiful neighborhood, where they listen to your concerns and make you feel like family, this is deff the place!!!!

This apartment complex went bad after the last manager was moved to a different property. No one is ever in the office and the 2 Managers that have been there after the last manager are just horrible!! One of them did not even last one month, horrible customer service! Maintenance never answer emergency calls anymore and whoever is in the office is always making excuses instead of fixing things!

Ive been here 3 years, 2 different apartments and Ive dealt with 3 Managers..2017 Manager a No! Since then, Noemi and now Paige is a Beautiful and Respectful Asset to 3001 Crystal Springs..I Love it here and dont wish to leave, at All😭 but challenging times have come with the CoronoVirus and I pray I dont have to leave..Because Everything from Location..Amenities..Restaurants..Gas..Bill Pay..Car washes and Services..Gyms..you name it We have it!! I Gotchu 3001..If you decide to come here mention Denise 😘
