Newly remodeled. So many new items. They now have more frozen and refrigerated food items. They employees are always friendly and ready to help. Is the only Dollar General that I shop at!!!

This store is always dirty and disorganized. There was one cashier at the register, who kept going back and forth to the office (apparently to talk to another employee) all while there were about 12 customers waiting in line. Honestly, the location is convenient for me, but, every time that I go to this store, I tell myself that I wont go back.

My friend was with me,seen a sign 10cent up to 90 cents or a dollar in front of merchandise. She went to as the cashier,.She said yes it was on clearance. My friend picked up several things Mason jars $8accourding to the sign should be $.80.Flowers $1 should be 10cents.The sign was right in front of it.When she got up to the register there werent on sellat all.She voided the sellShe wasnt sorry about it,try to fix it or anything. That was poor service. NORMALLY I have good service. This is my receipt on the day for information on time and worker.

Narrow aisles and long check out lines. Only one register open today with a really long line and a self check out that hasnt been in service since it was installed.

The customer service at this dollar store is wonderful, all but the management team. At most of the dollar stores we have visited the management team worked the employees to death and just wanted to hang out and be jerks when a customer asks a question.... better than the other ones out there..

Love Saturday shopping to save money

It is like other Dollar General stores. This Dollar General is conveniently located in the middle of uptown Beckley and the employees are friendly.

People with no masks and girl at register said she was told not to say anything to customers even though its mandated!

I did not go there, instead I was at the laundry mat next door to give some things to be sewed to a seamstress who also manages the laundry mat.

This is a wonderful store that has a great location. It is also conveniently located and well organized. It is also a very friendly store with the kind of employees that are almost expected at southern West Virginia places of business. They are very helpful and well knowledgeable about their stock and of the different items their stores carry.

Disorganized, poor management, all the stock stays on b OK ND in the middle of hallways too long. By time they get one truck up for items to be available... They have received 3 more atleast! Slow workmanship, my experience working with this type of business is truck can and should always be done in 1 to 1 and 1/2 days only! No reason not to! They really need much better managers that care and know how to run the store in the true real policy of the companys ways!

Dont park in the fire lane. Actually got a ticket for it last week..

Poorly stocked, blocked aisles, and the longest checkout lines you’ll ever encounter in Beckley.

Employees are always nice. Stuff isnt moved around from one end of the store to the other. Fast in and fast out. More than one employee working front end. To bad walmart doesnt take notes.

The manager was very,very rude.Watched me walk in with my book bag.Followed me around the store and still accused me of stealing the book bag and all my kids cloths that were in it.When she watched me the entire time was in the store.Plus her language was not to be desired.

I really didnt want to rate this store with any stars . The people are extremely rude. Mangers really dont know how to treat customers. They talk down to people. The store is dirty and very unorganized. The return policy sucks. They dont greet you when you come in to the store. I definitely not go back. I work with customers every day I greet them when they come in and when they leave. Worst service ever.

Worst experience I have ever had. No respect for the customers. This particular cashier didnt have a problem cussing, listening to music with his earphones, or talking on the phone. Just completely unreal. I work with people on a daily basis, this was just horrible.

Slow...empty shelves. Terrible all around. Go for a quick in and out. Grab a few things. Not the case. Guess back to Wal Mart .
