I had a very bizarre situation happen starting a new line. We had to make many calls in order to get it situated. However, the whole team was patient, friendly, and willing to go an extra mile to get it figured out. This is the best service I’ve ever experienced at any AT&T which says a lot considering that I have moved around to many different states. This team was great and I can’t express how much appreciation I have for them. I will continue to visit only this location moving forward.

This is my second time dealing with RyanI upgraded my phone and it was a very smooth transaction and I was very happy. Today I brought my old phone to trade in. Once again, Ryan made the transaction super smooth. I learned some new quick tricks and am pretty impressed on how easy he showed them to me. It was, once again another 5 star day with him.

I had a great experience with a very knowledgeable sales rep. He went above and beyond to help me. We had many issues with passwords and I am not very tech savvy, his patience was unbelievable. I am back today and he is helping me set up my new iPad. Great, great service!

As we were waiting to be helped, the rep Brayden came up to us and told us that if we were looking for a new phone iPhone 12 we needed to go to a different store and then tried to walk away. We hadn’t even said why we were there or what we needed. I tried to tell him weren’t looking for a specific phone, just wanted to see what our options were to replace a phone. He interrupted me to say their stick was low and it didn’t matter, if I wanted a phone I needed to go to a different store. He never let me finish, interrupted me two more times and so we left. If you don’t want to help customers, just say so at that point. This is the third time in the last year I have had bad service here. I keep hoping it’s a “bad day” kinda thing, but it’s becoming a pattern at this store.

Very happy with the management! Store manager and his assistant Dom took a good care of my business phone and employees lines. We switched the lines from the another company. Love the promotion on the I- phone, love the variety of the equipment and accessories.Store manager helped me with the business billing issues during weekend even the business department was closed. Thank you team for that

Extremely Disappointed with my visit to AT&T yrsterday! Im a black female, using a cane. The store had no other customers. The salesman who helped me was not welcoming, smiling, or very friendly! We initially talked, standing behind the tall chairs, until I asked him if he would move so I could sit on one of them. He then asked if Id like to sit in a lower chair at one of the tables. I asked & he showed me the Samsung s20 Note, & said the s21wasnt out yet.I felt like I was wasting his time! Very happy when he told me 1) that store didnt have the variety of colors I wanted to see for the Samsung s20 Note, 2) they cost $1100 everywhere, & 3) I would have to get it from Best Buy or Samsung online.I love shopping @ Best Buy, & online. I had already checked out the prices & deals offered by Samsung online.He did hold the door open so I could leave. I wont be returning to that AT&T Store!!

I went in to exchange two unopened iPhones SE that I bought last Saturday for iPhones 12 Mini. The sale person told me that there is a restocking fee of $55. However the exchange policy from ATT website clearly indicted that restocking fee is prohibited on unopened iPhone devices. Very disappointed. This is horrible service and sale person at this store is very unprofessional and doesn’t even know about ATT exchange policy.

Amazing service from opening the door (both ways) with gloves on. Hand sanitizer and lysol wipes on every table. Very fast friendly and clean. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area!

I was meeting someone at this location to sell my old iPhone but didnt make it until after closing. The employee who was there still took the info from the phone and confirmed to the person I was selling to it was paid off and unlocked. Went above and beyond. Thank you. Best wireless phone service experience. Melinda and Nathan were great, both very knowledgeable about there services and products. They offered us many options with great deals and switched us over from sprint and saved us a bunch of money while offering us a WHOLE lot more including better service, upgraded technology, and protective accessories. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!Have been a loyal AT&T customer since I moved to Oregon 8 years ago. Never had a problem getting a new phone, upgrading etc. Have been in several of the other stores but not this one. I was talking to some very helpful people at the Cedar Hills AT&T store (third party) but they didnt have the phone I was looking for in stock so they had to refer me to the Corporate store. They called over and made sure the phone was in stock. The salesperson who first spoke to me told me they didnt have that phone in stock, and when I said yes, it is, I know it is, his coworker said yes they did have some, just not yellow (well, I hadnt asked for yellow).Then they take my information and look me up and say that they cant help me because the account is under another name. Well, yes, there are two of us on that account, its a joint account. Both our names are on the bill, weve each been separately picking out our own new phones and doing various other phone business separately as schedules allow for _8_years. BUT NO, these guys are jerks and instead of calmly and nicely helping me figure out a solution, they start telling me how theres no way for it to be done, they cant help me, they cant sell me a phone, that everyone else in town has been risking their jobs by giving me actual customer service. UGH!! these guys were so bad Im seriously ready to pick a new mobile carrier.

Dont let yourself get up sold into a TV/Cable/Phone deal whatever you do! Also do not let them add a dummy number to your account. Once they add it and attach a phone payment - you cant cancel it. I feel totally scammed. I pay around $80 more per month than expected.

I went in the store to try and upgrade my phone while keeping my current plan, which involved grandfathering in unlimited data on one of the lines. The salespeople here insisted that unlimited data was worthless and for what was actually being used we could pay less if we changed to one of their new (read: lots of catches) plans. My son came with me and challenged some of the statements about cost and how cheap it would be even if there were overages. All he got for his trouble was evasiveness and a couple of eye-rolling smirks. The bottom line was that it was seemingly impossible to upgrade for a decent price without changing plans. Someone from Best Buy suggested I bypass these stores and deal directly with AT & T by phone. I did this, and guess what? I ordered a new phone for a reasonable cost with no changes to our current plan. The guy I spoke to even asked me who told me I had to change the plan. Ill never do business in the AT & T store again.

Bait and switch is the business model they use. Thousands of complaints. I was told because you drive for Uber you can get a business account. The $30 dollar activation fee is waived with business accounts. This was a lie. They charged me.I started with the 9gb but got a email saying it about to hit that so I go in and upgrade.My first bill is $158.00. Its suppose to be $67.00 after taxes for unlimited.Im cancelling. Do not use at&t. I went in to a retail location and the agent called support. They refused to waive the excessive fees.The result will cost them much more money in lost revenue as I will tell everyone I know about at&ts bait and switch business practices. Also I plan to talk with attorneys.People. Do a Google search on at&t complaints. Videos will show up of news reports of how they are using bait and switch fraud.

I waited 45 minutes to talk to an associate, with four working. There were only six customers in the building. When I finally spoke to someone, I found out that I wasnt able to make changes on my husbands account. I asked why they didnt check me in and tell me this 45 minutes ago. They explained that theres only one tablet between the four of them to check customers in on. Ridiculous. Completely disorganized. Ive never been to a service provider who didnt check customers in upon arrival. They had no idea what order customers had arrived due to this. Awful experience. Im still here. By the time I leave, Ill be stuck in rush hour traffic.

The only reason this isnt a 5 star review is the wait. Be ready to wait 45min-1 hour. There is no real reason it should take so long, but it somehow always does. If youre willing to wait, however, you will not regret it. I had a pretty horrible experience at another AT&T store (Cornelius) and so I came here. After an overly long wait, the staff was incredibly helpful and they solved my problem (saving me $40/mo) in about 10 minutes. I went mid-day on a Saturday, and that was my fault. If you can find a non-busy time, I would say its a 5 star experience

This location is useless. Several people working, none of which care to acknowledge or help. No one seems to know anything about anything and while I was there they directed every customer including myself to call customer care, I believe in an attempt to just simply not have to work much. Do not go to this location for anything, it will be a huge waste of your time. Lazy and useless.

I went to see what I could do about my phone not working, and before I even left the welcome mat this women with an interesting hair color stopped me and just said there was nothing that they would do and basically rushed me out the door. She was terribly unfriendly and rather cold. Customer service is apparently not this branches forte.

Terrible experience. Had to cancel within 3 days after poor call coverage and even worse customer service (both this branch and AT&T phone customer service). Its the typical Their friendly only until after you sign the contract, but afterwards, any issues and youll be hanging out to dry. Went back to Verizon at a location in Vancouver and never had a problem since. Do yourself a favor and just pay a bit extra and stay with Verizon; or if your on a budget, Ive had a good experience with Sprint.

I was in here two weeks ago and I am still ticked regarding the extremely poor and disappointing customer service I received. Im presently starting a small side business and as a result, adding several lines and devices to my plan. Ive been with ATT since 05 and the company has been great with the additional financing options needed etc. I placed an online order for 2 phones from this store given they had the ones in stock I was looking for. I paid $150 deposit online for both devices along with taking care of the financing options etc. If anyone has ever placed an order online, you know that they basically have it ready to go when you walk in with some final verification but little else except grab it and go. When I arrived at this store, I already had received confirmation via e-mail that my order was ready and my card had been charged $150. I arrived at the store in the early evening and at first everything was fine. Staff seemed nice and the rep promptly went to the back and came out with my order. All good. After verifying my ID, the rep pulled up my account and began to activate the 2 phones I ordered. She remarked that I had added quite a bit of service recently and not that its any of her business, before I had a chance to say anything she excused herself. Literally a half hour later, the rep and whom I would imagine is a manager emerged from the stockroom and Kat (I think her name is) suddenly was very abrasive and told me despite the initial deposit I already paid, I would need to place an additional $500 down per device if I wanted my order??!! I explained that I had already been charged a deposit and if I needed to cough up an extra grand, I should have in someway been notified before the half hour pow wow of bologna that the manager made up in the back. While I appreciate caution with respect to elevated customer account activity, there is a big difference between making the actual customer feel like they just robbed a bank and getting to know your customer and their business needs. After being informed Id need to make the additional deposit I then felt embarrassed and just wanted to leave as it was clear they were done helping me. Before leaving I said, I need to look into all this before doing anything and I wanted to cancel the order altogether, refunding my original $150. I was assured they would take care of all that (its still in progress 2 weeks later) and I had to go through customer service to have it done myself and reverse the down payment as nothing was ever done on their end. I decided to place the order online one more time at a different store later that evening just to see what would happen...Long story short, I picked up the order the next day at the Broadway location near Llyod center with NO deposit and a great service experience from the staff. They also provided me with small business wireless options and information once the conversation steered down that direction. To the Beaverton ATT store/Mgmt...you guys need to pull it together...and quickly. Im a GM for a high volume retailer and if any of my leadership team treated our customers the way I was treated, HR would be processing a lot of paperwork that day. Judging by recent reviews, Im not the only one seeing a major CS disconnect here.
