This was the biggest mistake I had ever done. I regret going to this location. My taxes were not completed and were still charged for the lousy service. The representative didnt do the job correctly and had gotten multiple calls in regards to the status of a verification. I was thinking that by now I would of already have had my refund deposited to my account and nothing was done. This is unacceptable and surely not the service I wanted to pay for. I will certainly never RECCOMEND anyone to this business. No one will hold themselves accountable for leaving my status on the midst of not being completed. Shame on them especially Celeste manager.I have escalated this matter and will not put up with the unprofessional behavior and the treatment by the manager of the property.

Ive always done my own taxes but with increasing complexity in tax situation that I felt was out of my capabilities, I decided to follow my spouse and use a preparation service. The first 2 years with JH was a bit of nightmare with errors made which led to amended taxes, with one year delaying my federal refund. For 2019 and 2020 filing years, we had Kathy. She is quite the character but shes personable and knowledgeable, gets the job done correctly, and helps us file the smartest way for our situation. She also keeps our filing affordable (relatively speaking). JH shouldnt lose her.

One is in the office on Mon-Wed. No one picks up the call. The calls get routed to other locations the representative routes you back.

Had an appointment for noon. At 12:15, the only person working there was still helping another customer. There were 2 other customers waiting besides me to get their taxes done. This place clearly over books appointments and under staffs and expects you to wait until they can get to you. I walked out and will not return.

We have had kathy due our taxes ever since me and my husband got married. We love her like a family member. She very knowledgeable about all things to due with our taxes. I would definitely see her.

This place is great they help you so fast and they also work hard to get you the max refund tou can get. They are very clean and answer every question I hade. They go over the tax forms with you and make sure everything is correct. So going to do my taxes here every year. Best place I been to.
