I have been working for Votion for a little over four months now. The interview process was very straight forward. They very openly laid out all of the information on the table, literally a chart, during my second interview to ensure we were all on the same page. After obtaining my position as a Marketing Coordinator I had extensive training, as I was not experienced, and my whole team helped me along the way. Everyone has been super supportive no matter what. A position in the admin part of the business opened up and I moved into that field. I have not been happier. I have great mentors, great support, and feel at home with my work family. The job isnt for everyone, but it is a great fit if you are open minded to learning, have a lot of drive, and are dead set on your goals. Over all its a great experience.

Im very glad to be working in an environment in which I am able to come to my superiors with questions and for advice. Good culture in terms of helping people build their skills and work their way up. I also enjoy the camaraderie among the team.

I have really enjoyed working here. The company culture is great and probably the best part of Votion. Weekly team nights, frequent options to give back to our local community, and coworkers are awesome. I like that training is provided and advancement opportunities are available.

Totally misleading job posting! Its essentially a pyramid scheme. They use the term face-to-face marketing, which actually means manning a booth at Costco or their other retail clients locations. They promote a fast-track program to managing your own branch. They also mentioned starting out working 40 hours over a work week of 6 days! Wish I would have received these important details before the interview...

I love this company! Ive been working here for a little over a month. The Owner is very structured and firm, but always doing whats best for the people that work here. I love seeing women in successful roles. It inspires me--probably the reason I got to leadership in just two weeks! Merit based promotions are amazing bc they go on results. Not age or gender or longevity with the company. You wont see me going anywhere else for employment. One last thing...I understand that lazy people will only get paid hourly. But, for those of us that work our tail ends off, Im making an average of about $20 an hour. I get out what I put in. And the leave the lazy people behind.

Dont believe a word they sell you. Its a complete scam. Chances are that the “owner” doesnt even know how much of a scam it is. The “owner” is really a territory manager for Smart Circle International. Also known as Devil Corp. dont be fooled, these guys are professional con artists. Take it from me. I used to be one of them. Until i realized what was really going on.

This company is a total scam. Don’t waste your time. This company is akin to many in the Pacific Northwest (sky high executives, emanation marketing, Inflorence events, pacific roots marketing, proudman marketing) and the real company behind them goes by many names as well! Most commonly known is Smart Circle. They’re a multi level marketing scheme where you sell products in Costco or Home Depot on a commission basis, and are essentially only paid if you’re making a lot of sales, and even then you’re not getting paid like you should. Then you’re moved to a team leader where you steal the commission of those below you and recruit your own team. Oh yeah, and none of this revealed in the job description or first interview. They falsely claim that they’ll interview you in round 2 if they think you’re qualified. In reality, they’re hiring anyone they can. As you can see, they’ve written their own reviews on Google and Glassdoor where they claim that their jobs are “not for everyone” or claim those who wrote bad reviews were just misinformed of the carefully worded job descriptions. While the job doesn’t require you to invest or cold call, the fact that you have reliable transportation is taken advantage of, and you’re not reimbursed for driving to another town daily to sell products. Where do the lies end? Hey, don’t just my word for it. Look at the signs, read about Smart Circle, and don’t let these schemes grow.

These guys are fairly unprofessional. I interviewed with them and it felt like I was watching an infomercial. I thought Id give the job a chance anyway, but was told the voicemail I left accepting the second interview, wasnt received until days later. The kicker was the manager Jake, refusing to meet with me, when I showed up again, because my bus was late. Probably dodged a bullet with this one.

Went in for an interview. It was very misleading in the job posting. Building was sketchy, it was posted for a marketing manager but was actually a product promotional sales position. This use to be D3 before they rebranded. If you look up D3 youll see a lot of negative reviews about the company. This is probably why they changed their name.
