The original webmaster we had went on hiatus and referred us to Pat. Didn’t know a thing about them. Explained our situation. I have 3 properties and 1 side gig. The web design and ease of use of the booking feature make both standout. I’m impressed by what’s been done in a short time. I’ll give the ads connected to the sites some time to see how that goes. Our bookings are back on track. Some is to our credit by being price competitive. Some credit goes to our internal marketers. But all in all the folks here have simplified and organized much of what we do now to combine matching our changes and expanding on our own ideas. Very little time and NO money wasted. What began with getting ads to work has turned into minor recommendations- one at a time, that have helped build a great system with results.

The initial set was started by a different adviser? Once we were finally connected by our new rep just a few months ago everything seems to be on track. Appreciate extreme patience while we all navigate Covid. A draining year or more, but Chris has been helpful putting all this on hold while our pub was on hold. The ads we did finally approve do look great. Hope they run even better than in 2019.

I responded to an ad for this company that was on Facebook. Impressed by the knowledge of the whole staff. Also happy with the unique approach for our biz in particular. No cookie cutter same old same old. Been there done that. I needed to do something to increase awareness (their name for it) for our Martial Arts studio. Instead of just trying to sell ads, they listened to my concerns. The results from an audit combined with honest feedback backed by real numbers won me over.

A gal called me about 3 months ago to schedule a 30 min marketing appointment or consultation with someone at this company. I wasn’t able to attend & rescheduled many times. Have to say the man I ended up speaking with was very kind and informative. I’m giving a positive review based on what has happened to this point. At exactly 3 weeks after I agreed to pay $300 for very professional ads, this guy took the time to go over my results and make recommendations that have helped instantly. Thank you from a very busy real estate broker in the beautiful Southwest.

This company has been by our side for 2 yrs after a free info call way back when. I’ve always had hesitation messing with advertising, marketing, whatever you want to call these companies over the years. The man who described what ‘they could do’ in detail is still here and still on point with changing out ads and graphics that have changed a lot over a short time. Although only the info is free, the litters have sold quicker during Covid than ever before. I know there’s more reasons for it but many of the new techniques and work done has helped big time.

Chris asked us to “give it a shot” when he 1st talked about the Facebook ads. To be straight, I’ve not been a big fan of FB or ads on there. Never seemed to do much for our cleaning company. I’ve been proven wrong. $260 has been debited 3x and this works with the lead forms. Posting package or whatever it’s called has been a boost. After a month of back and forth, glad I gave it a shot.

We used to do business with this company back in 2015. Back then it was pretty easy if you had the time to make your own ads like they did and they didn’t hide it. Our cleaning company took a big hit back in Narch and April like many with the virus. Brabdefined happened to call me again. I took a chance and can’t believe how much more they can do and how much they helped us. Worth it now for sure.

This place called me for weeks to get me to sign up to their facebook marketing campaign. Finally I did, well $1000+ later the rep I dealt with is gone and the manager wont respond to me either. There are alot of reputable companies out there for advertising, this isnt one of them.

The crew is easy to work with and communicate with. The ad designs were not what I wanted to start with, but I understand there are certain policies and restrictions. We’ve had good success with the animated ads Brandefined makes. While they do a great job with the design & we see the benefit, a quicker turnaround time would help with the seasonal nature of our business.

The timing is not always perfect but the results end up great. By timing, the team knows what I mean. As a seasonal business we need to be precise when we start the campaign. Somehow we get the results. The Mrs and I are very appreciative of Dillion, and we want that to be known. The entire graphic team is great. We’ve taken all the image ideas and have incorporated those into every aspect.

Did my site for half the price I was quot ed. Honestly didn’t like my first call but ads came out incredible and mike showed me how the ads could look like the website. They still make changes for me and did some stuff free.

Took awhile to decide on which ad worked better. Much happier since switching out a couple times. They take their time until you get it right or they do.

Not only help my listings with the lead capture but 2 side businesses have worked with same accounts manager for years now. BUYER BEWARE. Called me out of the blue to promote their product and service. They were very nice and seemed very knowledgeable. I bought it hook, line and sinker. Paid almost $500 for a promotion and got zero results. When I approached my rep he was not very responsive. One of their products is review generation. After coming to this site to give a review I see they only have 5 reviews. Ahhhhhh......ironic. I should have done better due diligence. Now I am forced to go through the hoopla in seeking protection from the provisions allowed by the Consumer Protection Act.

As the principal broker for my team here in South Florida, I know a thing or two about these ‘marketing’ companies. I’d be the 1st to give a negative response here. Many hit & run companies. If they ask for $ I hang up. These people do it different. You know what you’re getting. We do much on our own, but for facebook animated ads & google management, ya can’t go wrong with em.

First met the owner at a demo type meeting in Atlanta. Many of my colleagues had worked with them so I was sort of referred you’d say. The photo work was and is beautiful.

Southern Florida real estate team here with 8 agents. For the price of a lunch, our lead page or capture ...not sure term, has paid off big twice. I know for a fact we are exclusive as they say because the other team in the office is on a waiting list. I’ll probably keep it just to make sure “I’m the only team.” I can finally trust one of these marketing companies. That IS Brandefined.

I’ve worked with Brandefined for a couple years now. They built me a custom website and have been running my Google advertisements. Recently they notified me of a change in ad trends and designed some very eye catching animated ads. I’ve had a couple different brand managers during my time with them and they always keep me up to date with the latest trends and continue to deliver.

We have been working with Brandefined for around five years. We really appreciate all the different types of projects they have helped us with. Lately we have been focused on SEO, and they have improved our search results immensely! They are always willing to work with us on the scope of any project, to make it do-able within our budget while still seeing results. They make it really easy to do Facebook advertising, and their ad designers are inexpensive but put together some good designs. They are also good at letting you know the new trends in social media advertising and offering new features for reasonable prices. We are skeptical about the benefit of social media for our business, so we havent taken advantage of some of the fancier options, but have been happy with the basic product over the years. We have also done a few one-off projects, where their designers put together postcards, posters, and/or signs for us, in order to reflect a consistent brand message. They always do a great job with these projects, and are open to back-and-forth feedback to get it just right. Overall, we feel that the service is friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the results have been great. Highly recommend Chris and Dillon - they have both been great to work with, very responsive, checking in just the right amount, and excellent with follow-through.

Honestly, I would NEVER do business with them again!! My experience was horrible. The quality of the ad was poor and generic, and I ended up having to work with the manager directly. It ended up being mediocre about 3-4 drafts in, but far from impressive or catchy. They guarantee a check in call 3 weeks in, which I never received. The manger Jordan Polly said he would call after two weeks, but that didnt happen either. I told them I would commit to one month, then decide from there. Next thing I knew, I was charged for an additional month and they refused to reimburse me, stating that I had to cancel 3 days prior. What terrible customer service! I only received 3 page likes based off of their ad in the entire month! I can easily get more than that on my own, and certainly more if I am boosting ads. They claim to be transparent, but you dont have access to the back end information the way they do, and nothing is explained properly the way they promise it will be. They literally robbed me of $100 without my authorization and werent accommodating in any way, shape, or form. Im am disgusted at the way they run their business, as I would never treat anyone with such disrespect. This is the worst experience Ive ever had with a company of this nature. Save your money and invest elsewhere. Brandefined is the worst!

I’ll give 5 stars overall. Things took awhile, but Brandefined was very careful to listen and make all the changes I wanted. So, if I was slow to respond it’s because I’m used to being burned. This company is different. As a B&B with slow times, they understand to not push.

I dont think a one star is appropriate for this company. -4 would be better.Extremely pushy salespeople. I had endless unsolicited calls and text messages from a guy named Chris Guy trying to get me to sign up for Brandefined services. On multiple occasions, I politely told him I was with clients and I would call them back at my convenience. He completely disrespected my time and continued to call and text until I gave them my credit card. They immediately charged my card!... $5,029.00. I asked to see some real estate websites; I was told they dont share because of client privacy, that concerned me. I was finally given their portfolio and the TWO real estate websites were terrible. That was an even greater concern. Four days later I received a call from Michael Hamrues who was supposed to be their tech guy, it was basically a time-consuming gag session which pushed my alarm button. I emailed Michael the next day and said I would like a refund, Chris Guy replied and said basically, too bad, we dont do refunds. I was NEVER given any disclosures nor did I sign any contracts. Now I cant get anyone to answer the phone or return my email. They didnt provide me with ANY services and Im out over $5,000.00. As for my husbands website, we told them it was super important to get it done quickly of which they promised. He finally got a call from them a month later. NO website started, he also asked for a refund, they said they would get back to him. That was a week ago, no word. Fortunately, I have multiple attorneys in my family that love to spar so I wont have to pay for litigation but for those of you who are not so fortunate, PLEASE BEWARE!!
