The class was well organized and the instructor shared at the correct times from his personal experience to re-enforce a concept. There were no hurry up lets get this done, which I had in an SQL class that cost me a bunch. This was outstanding, I still have access to lab and materials so I can go over the class a few times before taking a test. This has been an awesome experience.

I have just finished my first course with New Horizons.This was exactly what I was looking for. The class material is relevant to my professional development needs. There are abundant resources, such as recordings of the class so one can go back and review. The virtual environment is well thought out and the book is good.

I was hesitant to take computer classes, because it’s been a really long time. The instructor was very personable, friendly, and helpful. Made sure you were understanding and staying with the group! Already signed up for more!!!

I have taken multiple Microsoft application classes through New Horizons Learning Center. The training programs are organized well for content and delivery. I have taken all these classes from a remote location, making optimum use of my time at work while still investing in my growth and learning. I would recommend these training to anyone who is interested.

Attended a 2 day course on the Essentials of Captivate 2019. The instructor Roger, was a wealth of knowledge and was very adaptive to our group and what we wanted to get of this training. He was very good a mixing in some humor to hold our attention and keep us entertained.

I enjoyed my instructors teaching and understanding of the course materials. The courses are easy to understand and the courseware for the most part worked like it was suppose to. The admissions personnel have been very kind and courteous as well as the instructor. Overall, I really enjoyed working with New Horizons and would definitely recommend this program to others.

I would not give this location any stars. I had a horrible experience testing at this facility. The testing room was very small and during my test several people were seated for their tests. This was distracting. In a larger size room the distraction would not have been as apparent. During that same test a proctor was on his cell phone getting technical assistance for a test taker. The person was loud and I thought the cell phone interruption was over the top. I highly recommend that you do NOT take your test at this facility.

I recently had the chance to expand my computer knowledge. My employer has contracted the services of New Horizons over the years and recently I decided to take advantage of the educational opportunity. I wish I had done this sooner. These guys are fantastic. I cant wait for the next class.

I really feel these courses were helpful. I knew very little on excel and started at course 1. It helped me learn how to navigate and make my work life a whole lot more simple. I then took the 2nd course and learned a ton more. Already I am able to work a lot quicker and more efficiently. In September I will be taking the 3rd course and believe this will give me all I need to be proficient at my job. I would definitely recommend these courses to anyone and everyone who needs to know the program better!

NH Portland is staffed by consultants who truly want you to succeed and prepare you fully for the class you sign up for. The course I took, PMP Certification, was led by an outstanding coach with decades of PM experience and a ton of stories that contextualized the material. I would recommend NH to anyone who wants to expand their skillsets.

Had the training I needed, helped me with my voucher issues and was able to attend remotely.

Great learning experience, staff are always helpful and available to answer any question I have, took several courses when I was un-employed and still continuing my learning path with the help of my current employer..... definetly recommending NH to everyone I meet.

The class was fine, but the front desk staff was less than helpful, and not very friendly with a new guest to their office environment (perfectly friendly with those that appeared to be regulars).

New Horizons is a true example of professionalism, friendliness and hospitality. Thank you for creating such a positive and welcoming environment.
