I found this business through craigslist (should have been a red flag enough), and they didn’t post their professional business name. (Red flag #2) I had to search his phone number to find out if this was an accredited business, because no professional business acts like this. He came to the service 15 minutes late, (Red flag #3) did not ring the doorbell to let me know he was here (red flag #4) and left! I called him to ask where he was and he said my ring doorbell and Blink camera made him “uncomfortable”, (red flag #5) welcome to every house in America! I’m actually very thankful I have cameras at my house to be able to catch how strange and abnormal he was acting, and how unprofessional his services were. After reading reviews online, I’m thankful he never got to set foot it my house, it was a blessing in disguise! From what I can see, he is a very rude steam cleaner with no manners and no clue how to act in a professional setting. I recommend AA carpet cleaning in the Washington County area if you were unfortunate enough to have had him clean for you.

They did an amazing job on my carpets. I have a puppy who has just been trained and went all over the carpet when I first got em. They came, very professional and at a very fair price considering the market. They pre sprayed all of the stains and cleaned all of our carpets. We have never had our carpets cleaned and now get them cleaned every 3 to 6 months. If your lazy and stingy and never get them cleaned your carpets will get ruined and cost 50 times their price. Warning never use this person Such a scan they charge me $211 to Clean my carpets they try to get extra from me to do the stains I told them I wasnt going to pay extra for the stains because I know no matter what the stains wont come out so they washed the carpet and carpet and they left it soaking wet I put a white towel on the carpet and stepped on it and the white towel came out black I showed it to Steve and asked him if he could soak up the dirty water he said no hes not doing that I got a steam cleaned carpet And didnt pay extra for the spot removal I told him I didnt mind the spots I just wanted to dirty smelly water soaked up he got mad and walked out, Now I know why he insisted on being paid up front because they plan on just wetting your carpets not cleaning them

Left out carpet wet for thee days and smelling like dirty dog. All stains came back. A waste of a hundred bucks. We ended up renting a carpet washing machine from FM and removing all the stains ourselves.

DO NOT HIRE - They showed up late, then lied about their ETA after we called them to get an updated arrival time, and then completely misrepresented the amount of the service *although we have confirmed the quote and square footage multiple times beforehand!!!!*. COMPLETE BAIT and SWITCH and ZERO accountability. The guy Steve was completely disinterested in rectifying the situation. He just took off when he saw he could not coerce us into accepting his fraudulently predicated price point. Worst decision ever.

Steve at deep clean is always awesome! I have used him the last two times getting my carpets and sofa cleaned. They are reliable and always honest. Im scheduling my third cleaning tomorrow.

I called these company to come out to clean one of my rental... I usually use another guy but he was out of town with his family. This guys came out and charge me more then they advertised. I was okay with it because the tenant was moving in that week. All the stain came back (and the carpet stinks) I called several time no answer. My guy came out it looks beautiful... dont go to this guy they are a bunch of con men...I have need wrote on one of these things but I dont want anybody to get ripped off...

ATTENTION HILLSBORO/BEAVERTON RESIDENTS:Deep clean carpet cleaners is the worst!Would not recommend to anyone.My parents paid him to clean 2 small rooms and he left one looking worse than it was before. He was supposed to come back 2 days later to deodorize (because the rooms reeked when he was done and he said that was normal) and it took him six days to come back. He was late both times he came, and when we pointed out the giant stain he left he blew up and left refusing to try and do anything about it! He was beyond rude to my mom.“ I didn’t pee on your carpet, that’s not my problem” were his words.I understand pet stains and what not, but he went straight to being angry as soon as it was pointed out.When I went outside as he was leaving he was taking a picture of our for sale sign. I asked what he was doing and he said “if you’re gonna leave me a bad review I’m gonna trash you on the internet too”This guy is a joke!I will be leaving a bad review any where possible on the internet and all social media.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

Company poses as a different company all around oregon. I called what I thought was a local company in a different town and these are the guys that showed up! Paid them 100 bucks for 15 minutes of actual cleaning. Stains came back a day after they left. Cant tell you how cheated I feel

I wish I could rank it as ZERO STARS! Guy cleaned for 28 minutes for 3 bedrooms a hallway and stairs. Some of it was still dry and the carpets didnt look good at all. Then he threatened to call the cops when we asked him to go over it a second time. Total con-man! I offered to pay half and he drove off to file a report. What a jerk!

Horrible costumer service....... need two vans cleaned, one was out on a supply run for 40 min, and they drove off and refused to start on the one that was there..... they were notified upon arrival that van #1 was leaving on supply run........ they could of easily started on van #2, but didnt........ appearantly, business is not their #1 priority.

Used a Groupon for carpet cleaning, scheduled that weeks ago so that we could have it done before we go on the market to sell our house, guy shows up and totally unprofessional, one hour late and tries to charge me 120 bucks beyond the Groupon saying that Groupon made a mistake in what they put in the paperwork. I paid $109 for the Groupon, and we only have about 800 ft.² of carpet. Wouldnt even negotiate, handed me back my Groupon and told me to turn it back in and he left. Frustrated, annoyed and cant believe someone does business that way. Total scam

Still smells like dogs of the previous tenant after their services. How is that? And they wont return phone calls. Not recommending at all!

I made an appointment with them and they never showed up. My husband took the morning off work and helped me move furniture out of the way. Then, when I tried to reschedule he wouldn’t even return my message. So shady!!!
