Walt and his assistant were here yesterday cleaning the carpet on our stairs and in our TV room. These are heavy traffic areas and we had grey marks on the edges of almost all the stairs. Now they look beautiful! I was worried about the chemical smell some carpet cleaners have, since I have a chemical sensitivity. There was no smell and I had absolutely no reaction to the product they used. Im thrilled with the results.

Do not hesitate to use Eco Clean, I have used them for a few years for carpet cleaning. We have animals and the carpets have high traffic. Walt does not disappoint.

Highly recommend.After our couch had an unfortunate accident while we had company we decided it needed to be professionally cleaned.Walt & his wife both had amazing customer service from start to finish.I was on the fence about having our area rug done since it was only 6 month old & decided since he was here to do it if he had the time. Walt cleaned both our couch & new area rug which is white. After 6 months and a no shoe rule in our home he still made it look like new again & we didn’t even realize it was as dirty as it was. It dried exactly how he said it would and when he left there was no lingering chemical smells.Walt was on time, both he and his wife who I scheduled the appointment with were very friendly & professional. Not only was Walt on time, but he was patient & made friends with our puppy who sounds the alarms at everyone new. We loved that later that day everything was like new clean & dry without any signs we had an issue & needed them cleaned.

I have an almost 9 year old recliner couch that was looking pretty grungy despite my regular vacuuming and previous efforts with a SpotBot. I have four cats so this couch sees a lot of paws going across it. We wont even talk about the years of humans eating and drinking on the couch and accidental spills. As a vegan, it is important to me to use cleaning products that are both animal and environment friendly. I am also somebody who is sensitive to scents and perfumes. Walt came out yesterday and got my couch as clean as new again! He got out all the food and water stains and even some cat vomit on the back of the couch that I didnt know was there. And there is zero odor from the cleaning products used. Im so pleased with how my couch looks today now that its dry and wouldnt hesitate to recommend EcoClean.

Walt did a fantastic job! With as many pets as I have, I didnt think my carpet would ever look as great as it does now. Also, I like the fact that he uses green cleaning products. Ill definitely call him next time I need to clean my carpet.

Walt was amazing. Definitely exceeded my expectations I didn’t even know our carpet could get so clean it’s obvious he’s very passionate about his work literally drove up exactly to the minute of our appointment I was surprised by how long and hard he worked making sure everything was clean and he took a lot of extra time to explain things to me also his office assistant was very kind and patient as well. There are certainly other places that cost less but I have used other places in the past even really well-known ones and had bad experiences so well worth the price which is completely reasonable for the outcome amd amout of work. I’ve had some bad experiences lately with people contacted to do household things so it’s refreshing to have someone who did such a good job! The one two Star rating on here, unfortunately brings the overall rating down and that was from a guy who never even had services from the company so that’s not really fair unfortunate that that man decided he needed to do that

Walt did such an amazing job! We had heavy pet staining from accidents (dog & cat), dirty paws, etc. We had one troublesome area, where our dog and cat literally got into a pissing match and I thought there would be no way he could make it better. Fortunately, Walt is the carpet-cleaning master and was able to make our carpets look brand new, somehow removing the odor and dark stains! He was on time, easy to work with and professional. I absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to have carpets cleaned and added bonus, he uses eco-friendly materials too!

I *just* had the carpets cleaned in my new place and Im blown away with how awesome my experience was.Not only is Walt the coolest and nicest guy ever, but the carpets look AMAZING. Seriously, this place is an unloved rental, that hasnt seen any elbow grease in years. Im guessing the carpets have never been cleaned before, or if they had, it was back in the early 80s. There were some major stains which I had no expectation of removing, but holy crap, I can barely see them now! Not only that, but the carpet is maybe 3-4 shades lighter than before!The process was fast, super-friendly, and I could have hung out and talked to Walt for hours, hes that personable. Ill be sure to recommend and use this place again and again!

I cannot believe how clean my carpet is. We had some pet stains and heavy traffic areas. I was hoping to see some improvement, but I was blown away. The cleaning and service exceeded my expectations. I will be a return customer.

Bummer, other great reviews led me to call Walt, but his vm greeting said they are closed till 8/18/15 and they are not accepting any new clients. :(
