This Mexican guy who works behind the counter told me I was not aloud to get ice water from the fountain... so weird. Gas is over priced and only fools fall for shells marketing to get you to buy more expensive fuel than your car needs so they can make more profit

Could not ask for better service from a business. Im usually in a wheelchair but have used my crutches at the gas station to go inside. EVERYONE is so helpful holding doors, helping me with my purchases, just plain pleasant to talk to and understanding when Im a bit slow moving. It isnt just one employee, its been several so clearly this business is doing something right. I really appreciate the people who work here.

My go-to place for gas and air. I have tried the car wash once and was not satisfied. The car wash is good; but the drying process after washing is simply non-existent. Does not make much sense to wash the car only to have small beads of water all over; dust and dirt can quickly accumulate.

Not sure whose fault this is but when I search for car washes this station came up. Because it was late when I needed this car wash. I drove 10 minutes in the wrong direction to get here and there is no car wash.

The pizzas are to die for. They are so good and you can get it any time of day.

Good and friendly staff and clean premises. I don’t expect anything more for a gas station, I only go here given they are the only Shell close to my place.

Had to pay with cash had my 9 month ild daughter with me. Was told i had to go in and pay myself ,which all other gas station take the money for you, the line was a good 10 plus deep with only one person working the register and the other employee standing behind the counter on her phone. Waited in line a good 5 mins then said forget it told the gas pump guy the line was too long and i couldnt leave the baby in the car qlone like that so i left and went to another gas station not a shell station will never go back there again this isnt the first time that this has happened either.

I asked for twenty in the tank and the dude filled it. I think that’s a pretty forgivable mistake but the dude insisted that I said to fill it when I asked him why it had happened and argued with me. Then he called the manager out who didn’t offer a refund, which I think would have been the right thing to do considering I didn’t ask for the extra gas. Not very professional experience in my opinion.

Sure, the place looks nice on the outside, but when the employees arnt brightest and cant do basic math, let alone know what youre talking about, they will then tell you it your fault and you were wrong.Terrible service!!!!

Terrible service. I waited in my car for 10 minutes (waving and trying to get someones attention) while the guy inside just shrugged at me and refused to come out and pump my gas. I finally drove across the street to Chevron where they were fast and polite. Dont waste your time here.
