Bough a car was on September 25 and ran my card to get 10 Dallas worth of tokens I got the tokens, but when I was checking my bank account they charged me for $20 dollars for 10 tokens. I don’t know if this is the first time it’s happened but will be looking into it and looking for my refund. Recommend checking your account and seeing if they charged you more than advertised.

I came here to vacuum and wash out my van after a long road trip. There was a grumpy old man who started mumbling things as I was backing in. I didn’t assume is what about me until he came up to the front of my van looking over. I asked if there was a problem and he said that he just emptied the trash that I was throwing into. I said I could go somewhere else and he continued mumbling. The self service area wasn’t too bad. The only problem is the hostile old dude, he’s definitely not contributing to the good on my trip. I’ve stopped three places in Oregon and it just keeps getting worse. This place is horrible.

Needed a late night car wash, and had many miles to travel; the touch-less wash was one of the best - the area was clean, well lit, easy to use.

No one bothered me from the car wash. I cleaned my car in peace and left very happy unlike the car wash in Aloha.The tenants in the Aloha car wash got right in my face before I had a chance to get out of the car to vaccume and started yelling at me that I needed to spend money at the car wash. I had to ask the lady to back up due to covid because she was 5 inches from my face. I told her I was going to vacuum but now I am leaving and I wont come back. That happened at the car wash in Aloha.

The drive through car wash took my money and then malfunctioned and didnt actually wash my car. I tried to call the number to get my money back and have heard nothing back about it. This place is normally my favorite 24 hour touch free car wash but I probably wont use them again after it ate my money.

Decent 24 hours brushless car wash. Kind of expensive from 8$ to 15$ for a dryer thats too short to dry any part of the car. If you want a decent wash with out drying your car its not bad.

Mainly come here for the vacuums, they’re the most powerful ones near me. Used the touch less automatic car wash a couple times, it doesn’t do a good job at cleaning. Also, I never see any manager/employee on sight.

Horrible! Just bought a new car and this was the first time washing it in the touch free car wash. When I got home, it was still dirty! I could draw on it and the wash did absolutely nothing to the wheels. The only thing the $12 premium car wash and wax did was clean my windows! Judging by the reviews, I wont be wasting my time or breath trying to get my money back!

National Pride Car Wash has a few self wash stalls and one automatic drive-thru car wash. The drive-thru wash uses only high pressure jets, no brushes and no curtain style scrubbers. The jets, unfortunately didnt do a very good job of removing dirt and left a thin, hazy film on my car. Once the cycle is complete, you drive slowly through a blower to remove excess water. The blower was under powered though and left most of the water on my car. The facility also has 6 or 8 vacuum stations. The vacuum stations also have an upholstery shampooing brush and a place to hang your floor mats so that you dont have to clean them on the ground. The instructions on how to use the machines were illegible though and it took quite a while to figure out how to pay and start the vacuum. Once I figured it out, the timer gave me enough time to get the car vacuumed. I wont be using this facility for washes in the future.

The rude owner just lost a loyal customer of 10+ years that takes my two cars through the car wash and truck through the self-serve bays one to two times a month.Already took my one car through earlier today, brought the second one by, but the line for the car wash was out into the street. I couldnt wait that long, so drove through, planning to come back later. I heard the owner yell something unintelligible, then saw him trying to take a picture of my car.Upon turning around to see what the problem was, he was extremely rude and confrontational, saying something about its illegal to drive through his lot. I tried explaining to him that I planned to run the car through and the line was too long and that I had already brought my other car by earlier.He responded that he didnt care and all he sees is someone driving through illegally. Good luck enforcing that and awesome way to treat custmers.Attached is a pic of my receipt from earlier today. I assure you that will be the last time he sees any of my money, and I now will have to tell everyone Ive recommended this place to that they better find somewhere else to go to spend their hard earned money on a local business that actually cares. Hopefully his pride and poor attitude are worth losing business over.I would give this place zero stars if I could.

Meh, its washes your car but doesnt scrub it so it gets clean just not washed. A good place to rinse between washing or to go regularly once washed but not if you need a scrub.

Was going to wash the car and vacuum it out. Every bay had traffic cones in them, with a customer washing his car in one of the bays. I pulled into another bay and was going to see how many quarters I needed to start the wash, whsn an extremely hostile manager approached me, very confrontational. What do you think you are doing? he demanded. I was going to wash-- Did you see the cones? he interrupted. Yes, but-- You moved it. No...Apparently, the bays were closed and I was supposed to know this b/c of the cones. Welp, it is 90 already at 10 a.m. and it probably isnt a lot of fun running a ar wash, but cmon, man, shouting at your customers is not a good practice. Zero chance of going back. This man is psycho!

The automatic touchless car wash is very disappointing. My car looked the same after the wash as it did before.

Great automated wash system with four options. Vacuum(s) are acceptable strength. However, the air dam(s) may be gross. Fragrance feature doesnt work as intended from lack of maintenance and/or trespassing Roman Catholic vandalism. Grounds smell gross because of littered cigarette butts, which is punishable by law, typically left by most lost Lost Lutherans; Norway; Helen of Troy. I.e. Get Back (To the Downward Spiral), by the Beatles. I prefer to clean my car during the daytime for obvious safety and quality reasons. However, its comforting to know this car wash location is indeed 24-hrs; noted. I prefer to buy Febreze fragrant vent inserts instead of an iconic fragrant tree, which smell cheap; another most foul Jewish/Muslim product. *St. Andrew*

The older man with a hat and gray beard was waving in my direction, wasn’t sure if he was signaling me, but got annoyed, rolled his eyes, and shook his head. I rolled down my window and he asked me to back up without explaining. I’m assuming the wash malfunctioned because the car inside the wash backed out. Incredibly rude. I’be been a paying customer here for years and he just had a completely bad attitude toward me for something that was not my fault. Sat waiting for another 20 minutes, then he told us all he had to shut it down. Not even given a free wash coupon for waiting 40 minutes.

Easy and complete way to wash your car. Lots of options (wax, clear coat, tire and engine cleaners, etc). I normally can get all of the options done in $12 without rushing.

Awesome place! The caretaker is a bit grumpy, but hes a good guy.

Paid for the touchless $12 extreme car wash today. It didnt remove all the dirt off of the hood of my car or a few of the bugs on the bumper. If youre car is already semi clean then it will clean your car pretty well. But if you have any kind of debris on your car its pretty iffy.

Well maintained, good water pressure, plenty of suds but way too short of running time per quarter after the initial$2.75 starter fee.

I usually used their self serve wash with no complaints, but the last two times I went there all the bays were full. The first time it was full I used their automatic wash and it barely got my clean and my car wasn’t even that dirty to begin with. I’m pretty sure it uses cold water and not hot. The second time the bays were full I pulled into the parking lot on my way to work and didn’t have time to wait for one to clear up and didn’t want a half clean car by going through the automatic wash again, so I turned around in the parking lot and went to leave. As I was waiting to pull out of the parking lot someone started yelling at me about how it’s illegal to use their parking lot to turn around and they were taking down my license plate number. Save your time and do business elsewhere. This place sucks.

Quick automatic car wash. I wasnt happy that the person they had guiding me into the carwash didnt have a mop and water to give an initial wash in the difficult to reach places on the lower underpanel and my tires and rims like other Kaddi car wash locations do.

Dont waste your money on the automatic wash. Still plenty of dirt and leaves on the car after I went through, near the bottom; even though it has an under carriage spray (which isnt needed in oregon). The self service section is not too bad. Not a huge fan of the fact the change machines are tokens not actually money which requires you to return to this wash to use them. The car care machine supplies does not accept card as well. Which means you have to get a minimum of 5$ in tokens via card.

Its good, but they can improve more. I deposit $5 and consume it in a very short time.Because to wash my car well I have to spend an approximate of $20.

Love that this place is open 24/7. Makes it very convenient to keep our car clean.

Been here several times this is my first issue. Touchless car wash froze in the middle of my wash. I had to maneuver around the arm and my car was still covered in soap. Had to pull into a bay and pay more money to rinse.

I tried to use may card on the vacuum machines but it kept saying to select amount. I tried 5 times with out success but later I found that it took 10.00 off my card anyways. Then I tried using their tokens for the vacuum/shampoo machine but the shampoo part didnt work and the hose for the vacuum fell off the machine.I put one star because it has good lighting so washing your car at night isnt hard.

Great place to wash your car. A good friend of mine uses this place frequently and I suggested to others. I would go hear more often but you have to pay for time for the vacuum which does not bode well when you have a lot of dog hair to remove from your car.

There are zero touchless car wash options where I live, but I work near this place so decided to go for the first time today.Overall, Im happy with the experience. There were no issues with payment, and the instructions are clear.The wash itself was very light pressure, which for me is a plus. I dont want harsh water pressure.As you can see, there are a few spots on the lower part of my car that it didnt quite clean. The rest looks great.The drying part is imperfect, since the system doesnt involve a conveyer.

A little spendy, but I love the convenience of the self serve bays. The drive thru wash does a reasonable job here, better than many, just not as thorough as the brush and high pressure spray of the self serve.

Just moved to the cedar hills area, had been looking for a do it yourself car wash, since I would much rather wash my own vehicle. Although for those who prefer driving through a car wash they actually have a pretty awesome one! The prices are reasonable to go through the car wash and, the do it yourself ports, I believe charge 3$ for a good 5 minutes, Im only guessing so I do apologize. They have conveniently placed card readers to make it easier for us but, if you happen to have cash they still take cash and coins! Oh and they also have high powered vacuums! Happy cleaning!

I always have trouble getting the selection screen up. Other than that the car wash is great, i use it about 2X a month.

A bit more expensive than most places, but its touchless if you like that kind of wash. I could still see the dirt after the wash, but it was pretty bad to begin with, so I dont blame the wash when its just spray jets. Oh, and the entrance is on Cedar Hills Blvd, despite what Google says!

Owner is rude when you are trying to clean and do a good job on your car. Kept trying to get me to leave as I scrubbed between washes. It wasnt busy and I spent 20 bucks. Soap spray was weak.

Strange occurrence when I get my car washed here through the automatic lane - my credit card gets charged more than I approve. I opt for a $15 wash, it not only gives me an $8 wash, but also claims on the receipt to have only charged $8.. however, my credit card statement shows I was charged the $15. Initially I wasnt concerned about it, having chosen the most expensive wash, I was fine with getting the lesser wash so long as I wasnt being charged for the most expensive one that I had initially chosen.. and the receipt claimed to have not charged me more, so I gave it no thought. A month later when I see my CC statement.. alarms go off. Unfortunately I no longer have that receipt since I thought nothing had happened at the time and threw it away; I cannot bring it to the attention of whomever owns that place. So be sure to compare your fake receipt with the actual charge as they dont seem to line up with what you might be getting in return. The inaccurate receipt raises a red flag for me.

Did not even get the road film off with prewar and 6 dollars total. Will not return. Very dissapionting

Im not sure if it was the owner or the manager, but a very angry old man that works here approached us and started yelling at us. He slammed his broom on the ground and shattered it. It was very unprofessional and confrontational. There are better carwash establishments very close that are a better value. Save your money!

Automated car wash took my money. Been calling for almost 2 weeks to get my money back but no one answers the phone so I leave voicemails that have gone unreturned. When I go to the carwash in person there is no one to talk to face to face. I will never use this business again.

Wash stations are pretty good. Vacuums are ok, but could use a little more power. All in all, an above average self-wash station.

Didnt get my car all the way clean and the chemicals were clearly toxic I could barely hang my head out the window to pay while the car in front of me was getting cleaned. I suggest using this for only moderately dirty vehicles!

Ive been using this car wash for 13 years. Easy to use. Beware the chemicals from the wash will oxidize your headlights and strip your clear coat. The drive through wash frequently breaks down at night, and the owner does not return calls for a refund.

I use this car wash regularly, it has everything you need to make your car sparkle. It is safe and well cared for. Good job by the owner. You will not be disappointed.

I just stepped into the 21st century! My PREVIOUS wash spot was sufficient, but after losing $2 first thing on a Sat morn due to non-functioning equipment, I came here. Ive not been here in 15- 20 years and I will come back. This place takes debit cards!!!! I dont have to make a prior stop to get cash back in 1s anymore!!!! A good selection of wash cycles are offered and the place is clean. All in all, a proper car wash bay!

Great touch free car wash. I wish it cleaned the rims better but other than that it’s great. I’d recommend cleaning the rims before or just wiping them down after.

This was our first ever touchless car wash and it was awesome! We just shipped our truck over from Hawaii, so it was covered in salt water spots. We also live in an area where we can’t wash our car, so this was the next best option.For $15, it washed the underside, cleaned, soaped, added polish and rinsed a few times. We brought our own chamois to dry off after running through the dryers. Our truck is sparkly again. Very impressed with this car wash!

Really nasty customer service. Went there to wash out my trunk because of an oil spill. Now I would understand if they wanted me to pay for a new brush... but what does the guy working there do? Makes a nasty comment that the next person will have oil all over the brush and then walks away, gives me the cold shoulder, and proceeds to shut down the cell I was in. Customer service award of the year, my toe. You won’t catch me dead here ever again.

The new touch less wash they installed is pretty nice. Price is reasonable and 24 hour service really helps. Air drier doesnt really dry though.

Great place to wash your vehicle, either by hand or a touch less drive through. Only downsides are some of the wands leak while washing and a couple of times charged my card for extended time but didnt work... Still a solid 4.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I was so excited to find a self service car wash close by, but the instructions for the car wash weren’t particularly clear and I accidentally added more time than I’d intended to. I went to find the attendant and asked for his help and he made me feel like a complete idiot; he spelled out the process as if I were 5 years old and then said there was nothing he could do about it. But here’s the kicker...when I asked for his help, he turned off the car wash, which left my husband standing next to a soapy car. When my husband asked the attendant why it wasn’t working, the guy actually started hassling him...”I turned it off, is that a problem? Do you have some kind of an issue?” The guy was right up in his face, even after my husband tried to ignore him and go back to washing the car. We both stood there in shock...completely speechless. I would never go again, just on principle, and I can’t believe that anyone does.

Kaady carwash has changed over time. They used to do an excellent job of washing the car. Theyve added vacuums for free so thats awesome but the automatic sprayers seem to miss some spots. Its a good mini cleaning but its not for you if you want the inside cleanedIts pretty inexpensive and environmentally friendly (recycled water) so its better than washing your car yourself

Ive used this non-contact car wash for ~4 years ever since another contact car wash scratched my car. A constant frustration i however encounter is having to pay separately for vacuuming using quarters. Most times i dont have enough quarters mostly because my my visit was unplanned. Itll be great they can consolidate the vacuuming charge into a single billing system for the entire car wash so people like me dont have to deal with the frustration of realizing too late that they dont have enough quarters.

The cleanest and well kept carwash in the area. It seems like the managers and employees work extra hard to keep it in the best condition because I have never seen such a clean facility in such a heavily trafficked area. I always use the touchless car wash because I get better results ( a cleaner car ) then when I do it myself and I dont have to get out of my car so I can listen to my audio book while it runs.

Convenient drive through. But they dont brush the dried on spots so it leaves some residue 😞.

24-hours is great. Ive never used the automated wash but the self wash is always great. The lines arent too long unless you go during peak hours. The most important question for self car washes is the quality of the brushes. Ive grown to not use the brushes for fear of scratching my clear coat. My car gets pretty clean with a brushless wash.

Amazing job for a touch free car wash! (the automatic wash) There was a period of time (about a year) where they had a bad manager, and things rapidly went down hill. Now that has been corrected, and everything works great again. So if you went there and had a bad experience, I would highly recommend trying it again. They definitely righted the ship. I will come back again and again now. They also just put in credit card acceptors in the self serve bays too. Thats super convenient for me, as sometimes I like to do it myself.

Gets your vehicle thoroughly washed. Better than all the other places. Customer service could use a bit more care. But hands down the best touches car wash around.

The washing tools provided are worn out and will put swirl marks in your paint. Attendee will reprimand you for bringing tools that do not damage paint.

The card swiper malfunctioned halfway through adding credits and left me very confused. I called the number, during staffed hours and was told I needed to return the following day to receive reimbursement. I went out of my way to give them my business, I will not go out of my way again...
