Contracted with Tekology to upgrade and take over monitoring of my security system. Caleb did an excellent job. The measure of a company is not when everything goes right, but what the company does when things go wrong. They listened to the problem, stayed in communication, fixed the problem, and took care of the customer. I commend them on putting the customer first. After being in business for myself for 36 years, I recognize great service and follow-through. They did a super job. Highly recommend!

I was having a rough time with some existing cameras and data room when I purchased a new building. Everything seemed to be a mess. I did what I could but it became apparent that I needed some professional help. I was referred to Tekology by a friend and I was not disappointed. These guys swooped in promptly, got the job done quickly and gave me an extremely generous price considering the work they had to get done. This review is for Tekology Employee Casey and Casey alone. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service of his supervisors. I manage a dispensary and must keep this place secure to protect my employees, the public, and the product that lives inside the building, and after about a week of hearing nothing concerning my very serious issues arming the facilities, Casey reached out to me. He personally took my calls, fielded my questions, and dropped by in person to take care of everything. Not only that, he followed up afterwards to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of alarm wise. If you want your wireless network to soar, then these are the guys to call. Ive had other folks come over in the past with mediocre results. Tyler gets it done right the first time. We had him over once to fix an issue with three different wi-fi networks in our home. He eliminated two of the three networks. It turns out our three networks were fighting one another. Who knew? Everything worked great after that.Days later, we had them out to upgrade our routers to new Eero units. WOW! Now, anywhere we go in our home, we get speeds up to NINE TIMES FASTER compared to the setup we had before. We have 1Gig internet from Frontier and now we are finally getting the speeds we are paying for!Next, we are having them over to upgrade our universal remote control to a new Logitech model.This is the beginning of a great relationship with Tekology. If you need people who REALLY know what they are doing, call them today!
