I walked into this store with a friend who wanted to see what it was all about. It was clean and very organized. There was a guy standing behind a counter... on his phone. He looked up when we said, hello!! then he put his head down and was on his phone again. Not even a nod of his head to acknowledge we were there. We walked around the store... my friend was interested in buying some skincare products but at this point we were put off by the atmosphere of nobody offering to help us. (We were the only ones in the store.) Im not sure the guy even realized we left the store.Weve worked retail and know all it entails. You dont ignore potentionally paying customers.  We know how important GOOD customer service is for a companys reputation and financial growth. Just thought someone should know how the store is being run.
