She does a great job waxing but she refused me service because when I came back after delivery my baby I didn’t know how to book on the new site and made an appointment I needed to change but didn’t know how. I always bought the Brazilian package but that didn’t matter. I was use to fb booking. She was not patient or gracious and told me to book with someone that I can call. Since then I have found another company called Waxxx Pot that is very kind, professional, good and doesn’t turn people away for making mistakes.

I was interested in a Brazilian wax, but because this is such a personal service, I was leery about who to go to. I searched and searched and came across Jaquanna online. I read her reviews...and she had such good ones that I thought Id give her a chance. I was not let down. She truly made the experience fun, as extremely professional, quick, and friendly. The area the building is in is a touch rougher looking, but her space and inside is well kept.

Jaquanna is very good at her job you don’t even realize you’re being serviced because of her amazing conversationalist skills. She makes you feel very relaxed if you’re one of those people who are nervous. I get outstanding results every time. I’ve never had issues with making an appointment or appointment time waits. She cares about the quality of her work and is very knowledgeable in her field so she will tell you if you need additional treatment etc. She uses a combination of hard and soft wax depending on the persons needs. I’ve tried other places when first coming back to Ohio but I would never try another person she is the best!
