Stu is the most honest human I have ever met. He and his crew has done plenty of work removing trees and stumping at our home. Always so.impressed with everything he does. Starting with Cindy answering the phone and then the boys actually doing the work requested NEVER A DISAPPOINTMENT.

I was impressed by this companys professionalism and value. They came in with a very reasonable quote and completed the work exactly as requested on schedule. We had them remove 2 trees from our yard. They cleaned up so well my driveway is cleaner than before they arrived. I will use them again if I need anymore trees removed.

Stuart and his crew came out around noon. In 3 hours they had 3 trees taken down and trimmed 2 others with everything cleaned up. They were very accommodating when asked if they could do more than what was scheduled. Could not recommend these guys more!

I put off having our 70 year old maples trimmed since we bought this house eight years ago. After talking with several companies and getting a lot of quotes, 3n1 seemed like the best combination of value and quality of work – and I could not be happier that I went with them. Not only did they do a great job with the trimming and clean up, but the owner was present for the job and actually lowered the price a bit because it was not as much work as anticipated. You don’t find that kind of honesty in that many business owners anymore!

I had two very large trees that needed to come down and they were in a small yard with four wires crossing the yard (two going right through the one tree), fence on three sides house on the fourth plus a large patio. Im the type to get several estimates before doing something like this (got five). Nobody quoted under $4K. The quotes were all over the place - had one for 5K and one for almost 7K. Two said all power lines had to come down, two said one fence would have to be removed and put back, one said the neighbor would have to allow a bucket truck in their yard which would cause damage to their lawn. The 3N1quote was very reasonably priced, no power lines down, no bucket truck and no fences removed. And they did an absolutely perfect job. Trees were taken out, stumps were removed along with all chips and topsoil put in place of the stumps. Even the small holes created by falling trunk pieces were filled in with topsoil. Plus they willingly cut up some pieces for firewood. The crew was courteous and professional and they hustled! I was so impressed I bought them all lunch. In regard to the office... each time I called someone answered or returned a call very quickly. I was given a heads up call in regard to arrival date/time about a week prior. And I was told I would get a second confirmation call a couple days prior - got my second call as expected. This place is exceptional! They do great work and they communicate. And to top it off my bill came in about $65 lower than the quote. NOTE: I dont usually go out of my way to write reviews unless Im really impressed.

Exceptional work and extremely friendly tree removal crew.

Stu and his crew showed up around 8 and started taking out my massive silver maple around 8:15 and finished around 2:50. They were go, go, go the whole time that they were at my house. They seemed to work well together and each guy knew exactly what his role was. They took extra special care to protect my central air unit, chain link fence, and even my neighbors drive way. My yard and curb looked better when they left then it did when they started. There was not one single piece of trash or debris left. You would never know that I had a massive tree removed. Just got a huge pine tree taken down and stump grinded today and wanted to immediately leave feedback. I dont leave feedback for anything but I wanted to for these amazing people. I got several quotes and I ended up going with 3 in 1. While other services were fast talkers and tried to way over price the job, 3 in 1 are the most honest people I have ever did business with. They even tried to give me money back for a mistake I made when I called for the job even though I already agreed to the price. They are so caring and even help safely bring down a morning doves nest in the tree. There is no way any other tree service can beat these guys. If I need more service like this, I wont hesitate to call these guys again. Thanks so much. Also I noticed you guys put garden soil in a hole I had in my yard probably from a mole. I chose 3n1 Tree company to remove well over 10 trees from my property back in February. I got 4 quotes for the job and 3n1 was the most cost effective for such a large amount of trees. I had used them a few years before to remove a large tree growing dangerously close to my house. I was surprised at how fast and efficient they were removing that tree. They had that tree down and all debris removed in less than an hour. That great experience was my main factor in choosing them for this larger job. Stu’s crew did just as great of a job removing several trees as they did for the one tree. 3n1 is the only tree company I would use for any of my future tree service needs!

3n1 tree service did an excellent job removing 4 trees in a cluster of trees in our landscape. They werent the easiest trees to remove as a couple were leaning into other trees and were also honey locust trees which have huge thorns.The crew was professional, on time, reasonably priced and cleaned up both the tree site as well as the street very well.I highly recommend 3n1treeservice.They even custom cut a couple of logs I wanted to keep for landscaping and cleaned away extra brush we had cut from some other trees to clear the way for them.

We have a very wooded lot and needed to have 4 VERY LARGE trees taken down. Several of them hung over the house and even power and cable lines which we were very nervous about. Not only did they do an AMAZING JOB bringing them down safely and careful they didn’t hurt our lawn, they also gave the neighborhood a lot of entertainment as everyone pulled out their lawn chairs and watched. The best part of this company is that they go out of their way to WOW us by taking the tree trucks and made chairs for our kids and sliced table tops! You gotta have them out for your project.

Outstanding service! It was a difficult situation that other tree service companies gave a hard pass. 100 year old maple spanning 3 properties with multiple power and cable lines in the way. They showed up early and worked diligently to hand carry all the debris from a small yard. This was such a pleasant group of hard working men! 3n1 Tree Service did an outstanding job cleaning out overgrown brush, dead trees and very aggressive honeysuckle in a wooded area behind my home and around my pond. They also ground the stumps and raked the areas and did some minor pruning that was needed on a large river birch in front of my home. From my first call to schedule the appointment for a quote with the office manager Amber, to Art who provided the initial quote, to the hardworking guys clearing the area, and to Stu the owner that was on site and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction, I was impressed with the work ethic, customer service and attention to detail by each and every one. I was very happy with the job they did on my tree removal. I had them take out everything but the stump and trunk on a very large tree that was hanging over my power lines and roof. They got me in quickly and did the job when they said they would and for the price they quoted. They did a good job cleaning up after themselves and were careful not to damage my house, which was an impressive feat considering how many heavy branches were hanging over it. I would definitely use them again for tree work in the future.

Stuart came the night our tree fell down. Gave us great insight on the job and what he could do it for. I found 3n1 Tree Service in the Reach Magazine. I called, asked for a quote, and they came out the next day. Their quote was half of another competitors quote. I scheduled the service and they came out the following day. They removed my tree stump and roots with no mess. They even filled in the hole with topsoil! I mailed them a check and it couldnt have been more simple. The owner was prompt, kind, and courteous. I could not have had a better experience with 3n1. Theyve made me a loyal customer!

The owner is pleasant, knowledgeable.We had quite a bit of trees to be cut in our yard. While they did a good job at a reasonable price, there was a lot of damage to annuals and perennials and their heavy equipment did quite a bit of damage to the grass/lawn. I spoke to Stu the owner who was not present when his men did the job. To his credit he was honest, acknowledged it and promised to do it right. I am waiting for the fixes but I would recommend him to others (and use him again as needed) for his honesty and willingness to make amends.

Love this company. I had them come to my house twice this year. First time to remove limbs hanging over my house. Just had a very large and very dead tree removed from my property by 3n1 Tree Service. The tree was located in a difficult spot in the middle of healthy trees that we didnt want disturbed. We hired 3n1 to trim two fairly large trees for us. I was immediately impressed by their same-day availability, and the fact that they gave a very reasonable estimate and had proof of liability insurance. The guys came out and did what I asked them to do, and even made some adjustments in order to please! Their demeanor was helpful, and they even talked with and let my toddler son join in on the fun with his toy chainsaw! I appreciated how they interacted with my neighbor because one of the limbs they were trimming was in their yard. And they did a great job on cleanup!

3-N-1 did a great job removing our dangerous tree that was leaning over our house and next to power lines. They were prompt with their estimate and were very professional and courteous. 3n1 tree service is the BEST tree service Ive ever encountered. Their operation, equipment, team work and skill is top notch. They downed a 70-80 foot maple tree surrounded by obstacles (house, shed, city power pole and power/cable lines) and since it was a rainy (off-n-on) day, DP&L did not drop the power line to my house which went right through the tree! They removed the tree AROUND the wires with ease. As a lifelong vehicle, aircraft and home maintenance person, I only hire folks when the work is outside my skillset, safety comfort zone or both. As such, I am picky. I learned early on that some contractors NEED watched and some are a PLEASURE to watch. The 3n1 team IS a pleasure to watch and work with, from Danita in the office, Art the estimator to Stu and his crew. They are professional, efficient and extremely competent. This is the BEST Tree Service Company in Dayton! I had a very large tree fall on a perfectly sunny, non-windy day out of the blue. This happened at 1pm in the afternoon and I had an appointment at 2pm so called the first service I looked up online which happened to be 3-N-1 Professional Tree Services. They came out within a couple of hours and removed the huge tree that was nearly crushing my childrens playset. They were so skillful and careful that there was nearly any damage done to the playset that could have been destroyed. They worked several hours before it was all removed and then came back the next morning at 9am sharp to remove the other 3 trees that were connected to the large tree that fell. They had to remove my wooden fence to do the job an put everything back perfectly. The manager of the company kept in contact with me the whole time and allowed me special financing to make it more affordable for me. Being a single mom that was gold. I will recommend this company to everyone!

Bought a quarter acre lot in Beavercreek with several trees in the footprint of our future home. We were able to clear a good deal of the smaller trees, but the monsters on the property were just too large and unsafe for a DIYer.Hired 3n1 to cut down five monster trees, provide mulching services, and hauling of brush. Unlike the competition who wanted a ridiculous amount, Stewart and his crew did a fantastic job, for a realistic price, quickly and safely. We had two big trees within 6 feet of our house, and the numerous craigslist/facebook companies didnt really instill confidence after talking to/meeting them. 3n1 had my trust immediately. Very professional with professional equipment, and all the technicians I talked to really showed their experience in their comfort of performing this job. We were very surprised at how quickly they finished the job, only ~5 hours, and they cleaned up so well that it looked like they were never even there. It is very hard to find people/companies that take pride in their job nowadays... They may be a little more expensive than the craigslist/facebook companies, but for a good reason and very worth it.

3n1 arrived on the same day, an emergency basis, to get a fallen large tree off our house. They worked carefully, diligently and politely. They cleaned all debris from the roof and from the front and back yards. The weight on our house from this hundred-year-old black locust would have further damaged our house if 3n1 had not come to help right away. The tree stump was chewed and removed the following day on the same basis. A neighbor, Realtor Janine McCreary, had used them in the past successfully and helped us contact 3n1. Aside from the facts above, you ought to know how very pleasant, hard-working, and conscientious the entire crew was, including the owners. Due to this experience, I wouldnt think of calling anyone else.

I called them for estimation, they sent estimator very quickly and gave me feedback. I scheduled the work and was happy they can do the job on the holiday weekend. Becuase my backyard is hard to access for the trimmer machines, they did the job manually, and moved all stuff to driveway. They worked pretty quietly and cleanly, They will handle with any damdage during the work, e.g driveway wall damage. I looked for tree service first time, and based on web reviews and called a few companies around Dayton. But I feel some reviews are not accurate, some compaies even did not response my call, some gave me estimation very slow. 3N1 price may not be best one, but very reasonable and competitive, and fast response. The whole work shows very professional. I strongly recommend the tree service company.

These guys came and took down a large tree in our front yard. They were courteous and respectful. They were hard working and attentive to details. They made sure everything was spotless when finished. They even replaced gutter covers that had fallen a few days ago. The two crowning moments for me though were when they stopped working to help my wife relocate a birds nest with baby birds, they were just as concerned as she was. The second is visiting the neighbors daughters lemonade stand and severely overpaying to make a small child smile.This company is aces

We had 3n1 remove one very large tree (over 75 feet) and its stump, plus the stump of another previously cut-down tree (about 3 diameter). They arrived early, worked all day and cleaned-up all the leftover debris. They also filled in the holes with top soil to make them level with the ground. The bigger stump was much larger than they anticipated during the initial estimate, so they had to get more top soil. I paid before they left to retrieve the additional topsoil but they came right back (within an hour or less) and didnt charge me one cent more than the quote I was given!I found them to be courteous and professional and I was extremely happy with their work. The price was very reasonable as well (especially compared to a different local tree company we hired last year). I highly recommend 3n1 and I will definitely be using them for all of my future tree services!
