I loved this place! They really make you feel comfortable with a glass of wine (or water) while you get your pedicure! The prices are ok. Im not rich so I am tight...$88 for both feet and nails..

I purchased the double signature package.For my feet, I tend to hike long miles and work on my feet, so I decided to treat them. The massage was not very good. I think its just for people who have n ever had a good quality foot massage before. Anyway, we or rushed through, and then left sitting in our massage chairs for a long time waiting for someone who can do manicures.When someone was freed up, I did not get the hand massage for my package, any rushed through to get it done. Overall, I would say that the quality of the work is okay, the massages are a joke, and the price is a bit high for what you actually get. Go to a real spa

It was my second time going here that I really was just disappointed. Like everyone else the whole process was rushed. The first time was fast but I had a simple set and paint. The next time I went in with a design but I wanted mine more simplified than the picture I had shown. And was told they couldn’t do it fine I had a back up plan and they said they didn’t have the colors. Fine. But it was not like they didn’t want to look/try because there were more people waiting to get their nails done. My lady was nice and tried to do whatever, but it was something I could have done at home and ended up painting my weird nail at home just to cover up what she tried to do. Also the first day I sent the gel Polish with in a day bubbled and peeled off after my shower….. that’s not supposed to work like that. I tipped I was friendly but I don’t suggest this place unless you want a simple manicure and even that may be too much to ask for because they have other customers behind you. Oh and one of the men techs was arguing that some ladies named that were behind mine in the list were before me after I had already waited 45mins prior to them. It ended up taking an hour or more to even be seen when I was told 45mins.

I got Dip with tips done 3 days, one has completely come off and the day after I got them done one chipped at the bottom of my nail, most of the time people can not get tips let alone dip off when trying. I will never go back and I will make sure friends do not go here and save them their money. I’m unsure as to why it will let me post a picture but you can tell my nails are freshly done and just one is already gone, this isn’t my first go around with dip sometimes I hope it’s gonna fall off because it is so grown out and it just will not. Terrible service the guy who did my nails was literally talking about drugs and raves the entire time well doing my nails, not only are my nails horrible but I had a terrible experience as well. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! $65 down the drain and if I knew this were going to happen I sure as hell wouldn’t have tipped either.

Got a pedicure, the gentleman did a great job.I was definitely pampered, the price did go up from previously being there but that can be expected as everything is going up

Went in with a friend for pedicures. Mid-pandemic there were plexiglass shields between staff and customer. The full pedicure was one of the best Ive had. I plan on bringing my mom once she is fully vaccinated. Absolutely recommend.

In such a hurry never even clipped cuticle on toes. Poor service will never go back. Seems as he wanted to get done and out of there

I went to this place while I was in town for the holidays and they did a great job. I was able to walk in with no wait and thought the prices were reasonable for dip as well. Would 100% come back and recommend.

Go see Lily and Danny. I’m from out of town and am so sad I might not make it back to these two. Danny did my pedicure and honestly, he was so friendly and welcoming it made me feel even better than already being pampered. Lily did my nails and I have honestly never been happier with a full set than I am right now. These two were AMAZING. 10/10 would recommend.

The nail tech overly trimmed my cuticles and cause more “hangnails”. The gel polish was not applied evenly and some nails have a white tiplook.

I needed a quick fix on my nails they got me in and out. I highly recommended folks to try them out!! Very friendly staff and the atmosphere is lovely.

The nail tech that did my nails couldn’t even do the design I wanted, how embarrassing. Then after I left I looked down at my pinky finger and it’s a completely different shape than my other pinky(the one is my normal size and then the other one is really short). I won’t be coming back ever again🤬!! The tech also put one of the tips on crooked so now it looks terrible😤. Not satisfied at all!!

The cost of the services didnt match the abilities of the employees. There was no range in color only nudes and pink. They had no color acrylic sculpting colors besides nude. Meaning they could only sculpt the nail and polish it the desired color. Very disappointed.

Visited for a second time today. Staff is always very friendly. The inside is very clean and looks very high end. Prices are fairly normal for he area. They have a wide selection of colors and they also carry the powder dipping polish.Because of the great staff, cleanliness and fair prices, I plan to come here all the time :)

My mom, daughter and I just left there. Within one hour of leaving my daughters nail polish completely came off of her pointer finger, my dip powder top coat is flaking, and my the lady who did my moms didn’t even paint her entire nail. You can absolutely tell there has been a huge turnover in employees and they are definitely over quantity over quality. It was absolutely NOT worth the money they charge.

There was a wait but it was worth it. My nails looked way better than what others places have done and they were the perfect length. I was very happy with my service here. Would also like to add that two days later I ended up having to change a tire and none of them broke off and the gel looked perfect still. They seriously did an excellent job.

The lady rushed through my pedicure. Start to finish it took her 20 minutes, and thats with her spending a couple minutes in back getting hot towels. Wouldnt recommend this place at all! Lounge Salon is much better!

Went in on a Sunday to get a mani-pedi. Let the nail tech talk me into getting dip powder because it would “last longer”. It’s Tuesday and my manicure is already lifting. Which is really disappointing considering how much I paid. At first, I thought the nails looked great but after further examination, I realized that the gel is uneven or thin on most of the nails, the french tips are also sloppy and weren’t even thought of to be touched up just a bit, there are these annoying tiny bubbles under the clear gel, and a day later I realized that the nail tech was in such a rush that she didn’t remove all of the previous nail polish I had worn into the shop and there are purple streaks of leftover polish visible underneath my manicure. I also don’t think that the establishment is as clean and sanitary as they’re supposed to be. I’ve seen tools being placed on the floor which made me really nervous. Definitely wouldn’t go back here again. I regret not going to Lounge Spa instead.

I got my nails done for graduation and I loved it! Becky did such a good job on my nails, very friendly atmosphere and had a very comfortable experience during my time there. Will be coming again

I came from Florida for a wedding went to two other nail salons until i found this one and the lady who helped me was great so friendly and the place was very clean and organized she made my experience very pleasant thank you for being so kind and great at what you do!

My nails came out chunky and crooked definitely not worth the $70 I paid for them. The nail tech Kept trying to talk me into gel and would not talk to me until I finally agreed. They looked very nice until she put the polish on and they became very chunky. I won’t be returning here.

The staff was nice. That is the end of the positive feedback. I opted for the royal manicure and it was anything but royal. My cuticles were not pushed back or evenly trimmed. The french manicure was not even and the nails were not filed in the same shape. If you are looking for a place to go for an important event DONT go here. Also, within an hour of leaving, with little to no activity the polish is chipped on my non-dominant hand. I could have done a better job at home with no previous experience. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

The first time I got my done here they only stayed on a week and I paid 40$. The second time they stayed on longer but I asked for matte and they didn’t really look matte on the grey. the lady was very nice her name was Katie and she did a great job but they were pretty pricey around 70$ . I don’t recommend getting your nails done matte.

Terrible experience. DO NOT go there if you are looking for skilled friendly technicians. This was my first time and from the moment I arrived I told the receptionist that I wanted a gel design and I showed her a picture of what I wanted done. She stated that the tech should be able to do the design so I stayed. After 20 minutes of waiting it was finally my turn only to get rejected by the technician as she kept repeating I cannot do that over and over again. I politely asked if any other tech was available that could do a design, with hesitation she went only to one other tech and both stated no. None of them provided alternatives or anything. Poor customer service and again, lack of skilled techs.

She insisted it was fine. ...I was so annoyed I didnt even bother to say anything else! Then she made rude comments about my nails Growing weird Umm whatever that means. My nails look totally fine. I got Shallac and everytime I put my hand under the UV it burned!!!! Smh! First and last time at this place....Never again!

1st great experience I mean the guy checked my nails front and back cleaned them up and made sure they were even... So I work near the Fairfield mall so I was extremely tired I wanted to see the same nail tech since he did in excellent job. (Plus Im very picky) but I trusted him. To do a excellent job again and it was my usual service,so I knew what I should be paying.I go back a second time to see either his name is Nick or Nico. REMEMBER IM REALLY TIRED.So I didnt notice that he used pink acrylic this time and its an upcharge and he knew I used white acrylic. Because he did my nails 2 weeks prior. I even asked him do you remember me he said yes.So after he got done he told me my total and he went 10 dollars up then said 30 seconds later after I gave him the money 3 dollars more for taxes. I looked at him with the eyes of you crook. And said Id never go back.Plus a co work had gel polish remover from her toes plus a fill in on her nails $85 dollars ...I will never support there business again ...crooks all day!!!! BE AWARE !

I have been coming to this place for the last 2 years. I come in for gel manicure and pedicure or polish change on toes. I always tip nicely. However, I went in and 4 days later my gel polish was already chipped. I was calling to report the situation, and spoke with 4 different employees who were all rude and condesending. I will NEVER come back to this nail salon again. I will however be going with my reciept and speaking to the manager. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I have been going here for 3 years. This place is amazing. The nail techs are so friendly and have always went the extra mile to take of my nails.

I asked for a basic mani/pedi. The entire time the technician was pushing me to get gel polish for both, which is $20 more. I explained several times that I did NOT want gel. After that, she rushed through both my manicure and pedicure. I guess they only do a good job when you are getting the expensive services. I will not come back.

They take walk ins or you can make an appointment. As a walk in Ive never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Its my go to nail place

Horrible experience. Ive came here twice now and will never come back again. First time the nail tech sat on his phone the entire time. Second time I came, my sister sat in a salon chair waiting for her pedicure meanwhile 2 other girls who came in after us were helped before. (They didnt have appointments either). I paid $32 for a gel manicure and it took her 15 minutes to do. Not worth the $32. Not impressed, will not be returning.

My daughter (15) went to get a full set. They added a lot of extras without telling her (gel polish, coffin shape and “cuticle” treatment) it ended up costing $75.00. And the nails look like garbage. After one day, the tips are separating on the edges and her cuticles are trashed. BEWARE!

Horrible service. The technician made phone calls and talked in a different language (really loudly) to another tech the whole time. She was rude and did not do a good job on my nails at all. They are not even lengths, she did not put 2 coats of the top coat on (every other salon I have been to puts 2 on), it was really painful when she was using the electric file because she was not paying attention and kept hitting my skin. Overall a terrible experience. I will NOT be back.

Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE!!! Bad customer service! The first time I came the young girl wasnt paying attention and cut my foot. The manager gave me $15 off my pedicure when it should have been free. I go back and they sit me in a chair for my pedicure, ran water, and had me sit there. No soaking salts, no jets blowing, nothing! The employees kept walking by just looking wondering why I had no soaking salts or jets running. They want your money but treat you like trash

Really gross place! They place their tools on the floor (with just a towel betweent the tools and the floor) which has to be a sanitary issue/complaint. The woman who did my pedicure actually cut me pretty badly on my toe, took 3 phone calls (actually leaving the salon one time), and didn’t change her gloves when she would answer phone calls. All I could think was...this place appears like a breeding ground for bacteria. NEVER will be back again and will be contacting public health.

I just moved to the area and was looking for a nail place. I happened to already be in the mall and found this place. The salon is beautiful. I asked for a shellac mani. The nail tech that did my nails used a a drill on my bare nails.... I asked her not to, but she continued. She also used the drill on my cuticles.... I was baffled. The whole process took under 30 mins, which is pretty quick for a shellac manicure. I finished and went to pay. I paid cash. I have the tech $40 and she didnt give me change! I asked her about the change and she said oh, I thought that was my tip I hate when people do that! Please do not assume what I am going to give you for a tip. So rude! One week later, and I have one broken nail, and 3 chipped nails. Not impressed... Looking for a new nail salon!

I went to get acryllics and they butchered them. My nails were soooo thick it felt like I had claws. I kept asking them to cut them down because I do not like them overly long and you would have thought I called the tech a dirty name she acted insulted and that I was putting her out. I kept asking to have her pretend she did not hear me. I had to take them off after a week because of how thick and long they were I could not manage.
