Great customer service. On a holiday weekend I got a flat tire from running over a screw I had to plug the tire myself in order to get to the shop and once there they told me they wouldn’t be able to fix that tire but they more than happy and willing to get my spare tire on for me all right before they were closing for the day. All around great job and I can’t thank them enough!

Always get a great price on tires here. I usually just buy my tires and install them myself but today I had them installed. The shop worked quickly and had my car in and out in about an hour. A little longer then I would have liked but its super cold out today so I understand. I get Sumitomo W rated Tires for this particular car. They beat everybody else today by $150 or more because of the buy 3 get 1 free deal and they gave me a VIP discount saving me even more.

Every time I come here my expectations are exceeded. I will start this review by saying that I only go here for tires. They give great recommendations on tires and always seem to know exactly what I am looking for. My wifes car has very expensive OE tires and this shop suggested contacting the manufacturer to see if a different size would fit. I got tires that look better and perform better for a fraction of the cost. Yesterday I went in because I had a slow leak. I did not have any protection plan with NTB, but after they worked on the tire for over an hour and ended up remounting and sealing it because there was no obvious leak, they gave me a bill of $0. That says a lot to me. I needed the tire fixed and they could have charged me $70, but they didnt. I will be buying my next set of tires here.While I was waiting, the sales guys had no issues looking up pricing on some other items that I may be purchasing in the future. I really like this place and will keep coming back.

Made an appointment for my wiper blades because they were not working as intended, still ended up taking 2.5 hours. People who came in after me needed new tires got in and out faster. I was initially told what they believed the issue to be and they asked for my approval to fix it, then I didnt hear from them for the 2 and a half hours I was in the lobby. All-in-all, not impressed with this latest service.

NTB buy 2 get 2 tires free. a set of good year assurance all season for $588.62. each tire itself is worth $110.00. What a rip off. what Am i paying an extra $368 for? I might as well just buy a set of four. Not even a buy 2 get 2 free. joke of a company when they try to scheme things like this.

Too bad they dont have zero stars!I had my vehicle serviced with great satisfaction the first time I went. I indicated I wanted wheels torqued to spec instead of impact wrenches used. The fellow assured me they always do that.Came back again some time later. Associate at the counter even remembered me (not by name). I didnt expressly ask about the torque issue again. They indicated to me I needed a front left tie-rod replaced. I declined. Went home and checked both sides and could not find either bad. Had a trusted mechanic check it out and he could not find any play in the tie-rods. Next two days I only drove it twice on short errands in town.Third day went drove twenty miles on highway. When I parked the vehicle I saw the left rear wheel cover was gone. I didnt get it till I looked at the wheel cover on the opposite side about a month later. It was gouged out around the plastic wheel cover lug nut by an impact wrench. All but two of the plastic nuts were stripped.Approximately three months later, I was driving back from another town and at the end of the exit ramp it sounded as if the front left wheel was coming off. I instantly thought of what I was told at NTB. I almost had it towed there but I was very close to home so I drove home very slowly.What I found was the bottom bolt of the caliper retaining bracket was GONE! The top bolt was also loose but just a little. As someone who worked as a mechanic its my opinion, that those bolts dont come loose on their own. They usually require quite a bit of effort to remove. Im not saying it happened at NTB but it is unsettling enough that I will NEVER take any of my vehicles back there again. I dont believe that happened on its own and again, I am not saying it was done at NTB. Im not accusing NTB of anything but I dont trust taking my car back again either, just my opinion. Im sure this company would never condone this type of practice. The fellow who worked on the car was young and may have been inexperienced.You can go there if you want but you wont see me there!

This place used to be my go to, now it seems like the techs arent actually looking out for the well being of my vehicle. I appreciate the fact that they dont give a giant list of things that need to be done, but when your breaks are down to 2mm and they dont think thats an issue worth telling, then you lose my business because you put my life and my familys lives at stake. Ive replaced many tires and gotten many oil changes here, but when you overbook and push people out the door, you lose customers.

This may be the most incompetent bunch I ever encountered.I stopped in at 8:30 this morning to buy 4 tires. All I wanted them to do was to mount and balance the tires on rims I was bringing in. Unfortunately I could only bring them in 2 at a time, as I was changing out the tires on an older truck, and I couldnt jack the truck up all the way around.I got the first two mounted, picked them up, took them home, and changed them out for the other 2 tires on the truck. That all went fairly smoothly.I brought the second set of 2 rims in, and I was told it would about 2 hrs before they could mount the other 2 new tires.When I came back 2 hrs later, I was told they were just starting on my tires, and it would be 10 minutes. No problem; so I went in to sit down.When I hadnt heard anything for half an hour, I asked the tech in the shop if they were ready. He said they had to go to another store to get my fourth tire....this after Bob, at 8:30 this morning, had one of the techs go to the storage room and physically confirm the 4 tires I needed...and paid for at 8:30 this morning...were actually there.Three major issues: Either somebody lied about touching the tires or they just cant count to 4. Or, somebody sold MY tire netween 8:30 when I paid for it and when I came back this afternoon. And, nobody that worked there had the stones to come to me and tell me there was a major screw up.I recommend you spend a couple of extra bucks and find a competent place to buy tires.

Got alignment... wheel weights fell off within 10 minutes of leaving shop. Poor alignment resulted in tires destroyed. Said to drop off damaged tires... Drove them up there and dropped them off... Never heard from them.Finally spoke to manager... He offered to refund my aligment cost... But absolutely refused to pay for the tires their alignment damaged.Had to purchased new tires elsewhere around 35k miles. Tires were that poorly aligned.Never again.

They said they couldnt get the tires I bought mounted on the rims and that there was nothing they could do and that I could just return the tires. Not sure how you can be a tire business and not be able to mount a tire. The person I was dealing with, Steve, just kept saying over and over again there was nothing they could do. I was even willing to buy brand new tires with new wheels from him but he wouldnt even look on the PC and give me a price.

I went in to get my battery replaced after I had to get a jump that morning. Without an appointment they were able to help me right away. The staff was very friendly and let me know exactly what battery they were putting in (it was the only one they had for my make and model). They made the whole process really easy

I will NEVER go back! I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment and I was still there for almost 2 hours. Then they told me I need new brake pads, rotors, and calipers on the back. All of that was going to cost over $800 (with the oil change). Instead of letting them do it, I decided to have my dad take a look (he works on cars). I am going to be able to fix the problem for under $100.The first time I was in there they told me I needed new tires and tried to talk me into getting them (my dad looked at my tires later and they are fine). This time they didnt try to get me to buy a new set of tires, just new brakes. I think they will do anything to make some extra money - even if that means lying to their customers and taking advantage of young women who dont look like they know about cars. Absolutely awful service.

They did not perform tire rotation as promised over the phone by Scott. They did not inform me about skipping the tire rotation until I asked at the check out. Then they came up with the reason of tire treads being too shallow. I talked to the service manager on duty and he did not think anything was wrong with the way they serve the customers. Very disappointed with this store poor customer service.

Scott was amazing and the service was A+. I had to edit my post, they lost a star because they did not top off my fluids which was included in the service paid for. I discovered that this weekend when I was changing my wiper blades.

My first issue was sons truck wheel alignment went bad when they forgot to tighten upper control arm. My wifes car was next with lug nuts not tight. She lost a lock an almost a rear wheel. Last visit by my daughter, tires order was forgot, after 6 hours was told it was ready. It was not. After waiting another 45 min vehicle was brought outside. When handed the keys I was told a tpms sensor was bad. Why not fix it, bill me, but no just here you go. Now it has t ok go somewhere else to finish the job. My biggest issue is safety, more than not these issues can actually be dangerous. They are messing with peoples safety, be careful.

I have been to another local NTB where the staff was less than cordial, but they at least did their job. This NTB was great. We took in both our cars without appointments, the manager took care of everything. Seeing that we had kids in the cars, he said not to worry about trying to get the paperwork filled out; he let us walk next door for dinner and filled it out for us. He was able to squeeze us in and get both cars done quickly and efficiently. He didnt try and charge me for a slew of other needs. And he just generally gave a crap and treated me as a human.Thanks Mr. ONeal, you have a customer for life

TERRIBLE SLOW SERVICE!! Wife had tires rotated, had an appointment, and still waited an hour and a half until they were finished. They had to take the car back in because they did not balance her tires when she paid for that, (I am writing this as she is waiting for them to take the car back in to balance.I had an appointment earlier in the week to rotate tires and I waited about an hour as well WITH AN APPOINTMENT.Also, they would only rotate my tires and told me that is all I paid for. I went home after and checked my receipt and it says Lifetime BALANCE and rotation.Also, BATHROOM IS DISGUSTING!!!! I bet it hasnt been cleaned in 5 years. Grossest bathroom I have been in in a long time.DO NOT GO HERE!!!!If you must go to NTB, go to the Bellbrook location.

Pricey, very pricey, but also only store like this open on Sunday, so if you need it bad they are the only ones available. Its the usual visit to places like this. You go for one thing, they recommend a lot of other things as well. The cost you originally go in for is like a few hundred dollars and they recommend a thousand dollars worth of other things too. Just get what you need and go. Nice guys work here.

Misquoted finish time.Rude service.Car came out with dead battery.You think your getting quality work judging by their prices . . . Your not. Its only a sales opportunity for them to encourage you to get additional Overpriced. Rude, and Poor service done. Do not go there .

Promised to be done in 1 to 1.5 hours with appointment. We made an appointment but still 2 hours. NTB prioritized other customers first simply because we had dropped our car off rather than wait -- very annoying.

This is an experience that I wont forget .. lifted suburban on 22s.. fresh all terrain nittos in and out under 46 minutes and 38 seconds.. Not a scratch on the wheels nothing damged beautiful job .. truck looks great

Fantastic. I went in for a slow leak. They worked on the tire and cleaned the rim. The next day the leak was still there. I called them to schedule another appointment. They cleared the schedule to get me in, found a micro-leak and plugged it for free. I appreciated the professionalism.

Everyone was very courteous, they were busy but they got me in and out pretty quickly, and the tires I got were well priced!

These geniuses put the wrong size tire on my car, too small. It was ruined 3 days after I bought it. Take your car ANYWHERE else! Sears Auto at Fairfield Commons was extremely helpful, highly recommend them.

Very happy with the folks over in Beavercreek. What I like about there is they are always polite to my wife. Her car is always stays clean. And they dont make her feel as if she is stupid or inferior to them.

Decent place for a oil change or new tires. They do fair honest work.

They installed a new alternator which was pretty pricey, but they do good work. The guy who helped me out, was extremely nice.

This place is a rip off! The mechanics work on commission and WILL tack on extras that are NOT needed. Dont give them your business they are not honest. Mikes Automotive in Huber Heights is AWESOME!

Awful customer service. Have a lifetime rotation and balancing package from them which I had to buy extra because the sales person conveniently forgot to mention that the set of tires only comes with lifetime rotation and NOT balancing. Every time I go its at least a 2 hour ordeal. Today had an appointment at 1030, car didnt move till 1100 to go into the shop, its now 12 and we are still here. The management is poor. An unschedule customer came and was squeezed in ahead of scheduled customers where it took a mechanic and an assistant to unscrew a bolt from a trunk spare tire while we waited an hour and a half for a simple tire balance and rotation. I would NOT recommend to do business with them nor would I purchase anything from them again.

I went there for oil change. I asked how long it would take; they said 30 to 45 minutes. I decided to stay and wait. Since they took the car in the garage, it took for them 1hr and 30 min to do simple oil change. They asked me to replace my tires also for low treads. I declined cause I did not want to stay there any longer.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I ended up paying double what the price used to be and I can go almost ANYWHERE else and pay less for the same service. The first thing I notice when I come to pick up my car? There is oil all over it. They obviously havent cared to clean it off. So I spend 30 minutes the next day scrubbing it off followed by a trip to the car wash. A lot of effort for an oil change.

Came in to get a tired patched and had great service. Employees were very thorough and gave us a good price for a set of new tires and even stayed open an hour late to finish the job.

I went in to have have new brakes and rotors put on my jeep while I was home visiting my family. Soon after I left and got home, I rolled down windows and notices a high pitch squeal as I would start to apply my breaks. I called NTB in Beaverceek and informed them that I was in WI now and needed to have my breaks looked at again. They found me a NTB about a half hour away. I went into the NTB in West Bend, WI on Saturday. They informed me that the NTB in Beavercreek had NOT replaced the clips that come with the new breaks. They had tried to do the job as cheep as possible and were not honest in how they changed the tire. I was very frustrated to find out that I had paid for parts that were not used. The NTB in WI put all new break and rotors and break equipment-clips, etc. on my car at no cost to me since the NTB in Beavercreek had not done the job correctly the first time. Terrible customer service and very very disappointed. These are my breaks and peoples safety. I wouldnt come back.

I had new tires put on at your beavercreek Ohio location. Car went in holding air and came out leaking out of the rear passenger tire, I lost 20 psi in a day so I brought it back. Not once did they apologize and before they even looked at the car they were trying to say it was a cracked rim ( it is from 1987), which I understand. But from the start both employees had a attitude and rather than trying to find a solution they were clearly seeing what they could blame it on. After I told the manager I almost didnt come back after my last expiereance with my other car he looked at me and said why did you. I have never felt so disrespected by a business in my life. While the other tech was trying to tell me what he thought was wrong he would not look me in the eye, instead he was looking off and to my right the whole time and when I asked him to please address me and look me in the eyes he immediately showed a attitude. I get it there could of been something wrong with the rim, but it was without a doubt the worst expierence Ive ever had at a business and I have no intention of ever returning, not that the manager cared. Im just happy that working at another auto place down the road im able to talk to about 60 to 70 different people a day in the area and warn them to not go to that NTB, everyone I tell is blown away by the story. Also I did bring my rim to another rim and wheel shop and they did confirm it was a proper valve stem installation and that the weights on the rim were not properly installed on that wheel because it was leaking from the weights as well. Definitely will continue to spread the word to avoid your company. I wish I felt valued as a customer. I just wanted to feel like they tried. I dont know if your customer care department cares more than them or not but a chance to at least talk to someone who cares would be nice.

I dont really write reviews, but this place was awful. They were nice when I was there, but I think they were very incompetent. All I wanted was an oil change, because I got a coupon from Kroger to try them. They came out and told me I have coolant in my oil pan, the plug for my oil pan was not good, that my oil pan was ruined because the plug cut into it.So I was pretty upset because I hadnt had any issues with my car in ages, and it was really unexpected. They also told me my headgasket was broken.I did my reseach and found that your car would be overheating, white smoke from the tailpipe etc etc. I had none of those symptoms. I told them, but they insisted. They said change my oil pan if I wanted to drive out of there. But that is so expensive! They said the plug will not go into the pan anymore, so I cannot drive it off the premises.So I told them not to touch my car anymore and Id tow it. I asked for the original plug back, and left.My mechanic looked at it and found that the plug went in perfectly fine, my headgasket was fine, and my car worked perfectly. I was so mad I wasted 5 hours in that shop, paid for towing, all to realize they were either trying to scam me, or really had no idea what they were talking about. REally disappointed.I could never recommend going here for anyone.

Overpriced for a simple bulb replacement!! Price gouging at its worst!

So far I have had to visit three times in the past year. I drive a 1999 Silverado, with 210000 miles, so all the work they have done is to replace original factory parts. January 4th, as I was driving to work, my power steering went out, and the engine started to oveheat. I brought it into them, and they show me the original water pump, factory installed in 1998, had died. It is a 60000 mile part. I got 205000. Total charges were about 300 bucks including labor and taxes. Back in early September, my power steering went out again (I didnt have them fix it in January), and they diagnosed the power steering pump, also factory original was done. A leaking line had dried and fried the system. My fault for not having it fixed earlier when they told me about it. Total cost was about 500 bucks. Just this past week, I was driving and my truck completely stalled out and wouldnt even crank. Diagnosis: Fuel pump (factory original, with a 100000 mile warranty) and fuel filter (also a factory original, which I never got around to changing due to being overseas for most of the previous nine years) were shot. They replaced both within a day of me dropping off the truck, total cost 650 bucks. Not bad considering what a car payment each month would be. Also not bad considering maintenance was not properly done/documented while I was overseas. These guys have done nothing but quality work for me. It is a bit pricey, but Id rather spend 1400 dollars over a year in maintenance than pay 500-800 bucks a month on a car note and insurance. These guys have earned my business for as long as I live in the area.

Had a very nice experience with tires. I had to get old tpms sensers out and rebuilt. They did this and programmed them for my honda odyssey touring for me. I was getting rid of my michelon pax run flat tires and the cut my old sensors out. Not many places would do this. I really recommend this places for tires.

Took them 45minutes to change my oil for a scheduled appointment and no one else was there... Dont bother coming here unless youre dropping off for the day

The guy at the counter was rude disrespectful as heck, He also tried to make us pay $20 more dollars for a new tire when we hard roadside hazard and warranty on the original tire! If I wasnt with the lady he would of fully taken advantage of her like most mechanics, unfortunately for him I have more degrees and certifications in this industry then anyone in this shop! I highly dont recommended this shop first time she was here they disrespected her and belittled her to the point she brought me today!! 3/13/17 do not go here at all

We have done business with this NTB for the last two years, and today was the BIGGEST rip off. They give us coupons on a regular basis and today when i took our truck in for an oil change and used our coupon we paid DOUBLE then what we have EVER paid for an oil change. When I address them with this issue they tell ME that I must be mistaken... And that this is how it has always been. Needless to say we will NOT be back!

Hey was turning the drain plug for the oil Pam the wrong direction may have stripped it out have to recheck it tried to grease a hole in my car that was not a grease fitting and then as he was done he forgot to let the car down all the way and fold the arms back on the left I dont know if its tore anything up on the bottom side of the car have to get it to another lift and check it would not go back
