I have had more than one excellent experience at my local Verizon on Frances Lane in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. The staff has always gone above and beyond while providing superb customer service. I want to thank Jacob and Kayla at this specific location. My daughter lost her phone and Jacob went the extra mile to be sure the insurance claim was filed properly and for her to receive her replacement phone faster than I could have imagined. Great job everyone!! Thumbs up!! Keep up the amazing customer service. Highly recommend Verizon as a provider, never have had any issues.

Amazing store. The staff here is wonderful and the environment is oh-so-chill. This place is a breath of fresh air in wireless. No pushy sales people, just friendly staff that truly cares about the customer and the needs of the person. I highly recommend making the trip to this wonderful location. They also have a great selection of Samsung products and cases.

Fantastic customer service! The representative that assisted me was Kirsten. She was very knowledgeable with switching me over to Verizon. I was unsure what phone to purchase, but she guided me to the Samsung Galaxy S9. This phone is excellent, and it is a perfect match for me!This is by far my best experience at any wireless store! Also, they are dog-friendly! I was able to bring my dog into the store with me! How neat is that!?

I recently switched to Verizon. One of the best experiences ever! They came to my office to help me switch to the superior network! Josh was super knowledgeable but his assistant Tom was the one who really made sure things got done. I will definitely be working with them in the future and will recommend them to anybody who is in need of service!

The women working there peeled the plastic off my screen. Even after I asked her to stop. She just pointed it at me and showed me how she was peeling it off. She acted like she never heard of people wanting to peel the plastic off the screen on their new phone.Then she wanted to transfer everything from my old phone to my new and I said wait I dont need all the Verizon bloat ware it put on that one on this phone. She says theres no way to pick what you want and dont want. I take phone from her and she tried to take it back like its not my phone, and sure enough there is a way to select what gets transferred and what doesnt.When I tried to ask any questions about the new phone or how to do certain things, she had no idea. I think her name was Kristen or something similar.Store was clean. The other women was nice.Stools are outrageously uncomfortable, especially considering how long you have to sit on them.

The good side is you can see most Verizon phones and by accessories. The bad is it in not a actual Verizon store. The phones are so locked down that you can not even hold them. You also can not take photos with the phones because they are bolted to the counters. The people there were nice, but I felt like there hands are tied because it is not an actual Verizon store. They do not have any authority to make Verizon decisions when it comes to promotions and deals.

The team at Beaver Dam Verizon went above and beyond for us, I transferred 3 lines over to my business account, and they had us in and out of there in no time. Thanks to all of you for your help, great service and being super attentive to us. Also, a special thank you to Tim who worked directly with us, knew what he was doing, was very polite, and did the transfers quickly and all the while in a super friendly manner that made us feel welcomed as a customer. In this day and age, customer service like what we got from Tim, should be cloned and injected into all who work directly with the customers. Bought 2 Samsumg S9+ phones at Verizon Wireless of Beaver Dam. Love them. Kirsten set them up for us. She was wonderful. My wife and I went to a class at the store on Sunday April 22nd to get some help learning about our new phones. The class was great. Highly recommended for new phone users. They definitely need to keep the classes going. You need to attend one if you have any questions about your phone.

My husband and I wanted to upgrade our phones. Our Sales Person was Justin W. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He took time to explain all of our options for changing our plan (and saved us money), as well as the comparisons between the different phone models we were interested in. The location is clean, comfortable and the rest of the staff was very friendly. Well definitely go back in the future.

I recently had a warranty issue and Justin took care of everything for me up to and including standing up to the less than stellar 1st warranty agent. I specifically love this Verizon store, the reps are always so helpful. Any questions or problems they answer and/or fix. I WILL NOT go to any other verizon store except this one. If it werent for this store I would actually think about switching cell phone service. This store keeps me with Verizon. Verizon should have all their outlets stores just like this one. Words cannot describe how awesome my wife and Is experience was. We needed a new phone for her and she had an iPhone. She switched to the Google Pixel 2 and the staff there had us in and out in 30 minutes. Very friendly! Next time I need a phone I will be shopping here!

Went in to upgrade my daughters phone. Waited about 15 minutes for service. When we did get service, it was very apparent that the gal helping us wanted to get us in and get us out the door. After I declined to purchase a case, I was warned about buying cheap cases from Amazon. Not sure how she knew what case I was planning on buying but it sure wasnt going to be a CHEAP case. Then were were told we needed to pay a 40.00 upgrade fee. When I questioned why we were paying to upgrade a phone on top of paying a new rental on a phone, I was told that Verizon no longer does free upgrades. I asked why we were not being billed for this and was told it had to be paid up front, which I found to be very odd. The last straw was that our daughters phone was not even set up in the store. We were given paper instructions on how to move her android info over to her iphone and out the door we were sent. Today I got my bill from Verizon and to my suprise was being charged ANOTHER 30.00 upgrade fee on my bill. When I called Verizon to address this, I was told the store we went to was not an actual Verizon store, but an independant retailer and the fee they charged us was their SET UP FEE which is not what was stated to us in the store. We basically were paying them 37.00 to collect money from us and sell us a phone as there was absolutely no set up done for us. We have never had a bad experience in this store in the past but obviously something has changed and for that we will not go back. I will handle my business online or over the phone directly with Verizon. They were kind enough to credit us the 30.00 set up fee after I told them what happened at the store a few nights before.

I had ruined my iphone 4, and Ryan Gabel helped me for 4 hours trying to fix it, and then finally getting me a new phone. He only listened to what I wanted, and didnt try to pressure me into anything I didnt want or couldnt use. He was patient and honest. I decided to go with a Samsung, and he helped me with all the changes vs. an Iphone so I felt ready to use my new phone seamlessly. He also helped me trade in my Ipad for a Galaxy tablet, finding many ways to redo our plan to save our family money.It was frustrating that I had to come, but it was also my fault. He helped me with everything and made it as painless as possible. I tell all my friends to come here!
