I had to get a new phone since my old provider had very spotty reception. Now that Im with Verizon Ive had good coverage everywhere so far. My wife already was on Verizon so I was confident that my reception was going to improve. The store was very spacious and well staffed too. Adam got me set up quickly and when my phone began updating all the apps on it he sent me off to a desk where I could charge and he could wait on the next customer. Very thoughtful of him.

Wasnt horrible, wasnt great. Wish theyd bring back blintzes...its the only reason I ever went. Waiter was nice. Womens bathroom dirty. Unfortunately, probably wont go back. Not worth the hassle of that terrible location for so-so breakfast that was lukewarm at best.

Drew and Adam at the beaver dam location were absolutely phenomenal. We had some major hiccups that were not specific to the store, dealing with transferring our numbers from another carrier and they went above and beyond. We were in the store basically all day and they did everything they could in their power to help us. They were nice, patient, and fun. We so appreciate their professionalism and being willing to make this happen. They didn’t stop when they hit roadblocks out of their control. These two men need recognition for their help and service.I am not sure what good it will do, but we have had a very frustrating experience with Verizon CORE and getting hung up on after an hour on the phone (more than once). Corporate gave conflicting answers and dead ends, things that the store associates physically couldn’t do on their end. I’m very frustrated with being locked out of my phone for a whole day resulting in loss of work because of the system and more importantly with the corporate Verizon folks giving conflicting advice and options that just didn’t work. This was one of the most frustrating processes with a phone carrier. (None if this was the actual stores fault). I couldn’t even say forget it because the other carrier already gave up our numbers and our phones were useless.

Angie and Hannah were extremely helpful. We lost my daughters phone and within an hour of losing it we had a replacement and everything loaded on it. Both ladies were super helpful and definitely made a stressful experience better! Thank you ladies.

I purchased a phone about a week and a half ago a Google Pixel 4 The battery life is not as good as it claimed it would be The original salesman I dealt with was fantastic. But when I went back there to discuss my options about what to due to address the issue The other salesperson was not very professional and talked to me like I knew nothing about phones and how it all works. I use my phone for my work so I was extremely disappointed when I found out the battery life was not much better than my 4-year-old Google Pixel 2. He said all that he could do was do a warranty claim and get me a refurbished phone. Thats after I have the battery in my existing phone that I just purchased tested to show that it is not holding a charge like it is supposed to. I even went back 2 days after I purchased a phone to try and upgrade to a different phone and all they would give me was $50 for a trade in. Love Verizon phone service, but definitely not sales and taking care of their customers. I have been a Verizon customer for well over 25 years you would think they would do more to keep their customers.

I was reluctant to get a new phone however Blew made it easy easy. Not being too familiar he took the new phone and made it exactly like my old and found a great plan and promo to keep costs down. It was a great experience!

Went in with some very outdated phone issues, and Adam was extremely patient and helpful to get them resolved and go through everything with me. Hands down, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I came back in shortly after to upgrade my device and, again, I can’t say enough good things about working with Adam. Very happy customer!

If you are looking to Have the sales person do just about anything to Make a sale Stop in here. My boyfriend Went in here was in need of a phone asap. Was told by a sales person the Phone Was undestructable within days the phone was unuseable and they refused to take the phone back or help him setup a phone Very unhelpful and Felt pressured Into making a choice asap. Our current Bill is $404 a month for 2 lines and a tablet. Do yourself and your family a favor and spend your hard earned money with a comapny that hires employees that care about the pwoplw and not the $.

Nope. Will never go to that store again. Go in with phone issues and come out with different issues. Spent 3 hours on the phone with Verizon customer service to correct what happened in the store. Sorry, not even impressed a little. I can see why the reviews are so low. I would go -3 stars if I could.

Went into make a payment they wouldnt let me. Were very rude to me for no reason. First time even in the store since I do everything over phone. Will be my last. Worst service I have ever had anywhere. So went home made my payment and canceling my service.

I could not be happier right now! Ive been having problems with my new Verizon service due to a mistake T-MOBILE made with porting PIN numbers. I called this Verizon store for help. It only took Angie a minute to enter correct info and with in 10 minutes all services working properly!!! Im asking myself why I didnt call sooner. Verizon really has great staff here, so if you are in need of a new phone, need a new carrier or if just in need of a little help, call now! 😃PS Ill post pics next time Im in town.

I have stock in Verizon. But my visit there was to help get me to a site I didnt know about. The attendant gave me less than a minute of his time and said he couldnt do it. Drove directly to my grandsons house and in less than a minute he had me set up. Not good

Great Service, Tim was excellent! Very knowledgeable and informative. Had every answer to all my questions and helped me find and pick the right phone. Had a great experience from the get-go. My fiancé and I decided to go on plans together, (her on Verizon already, and me at U.S. Cellular) We had Kristi who was very knowledgeable and great at explaining all the different packages and phones choices and what ones would be the best for us. She answered every question we had for her. Kristi even came in on her day off the next day to help us finish getting our lines all set up! You don’t see that very often, this just shows how committed they are to help you!Our experience here was great and i highly recommend if you switch phone providers and are in the area this is the place to go!!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!What an awesome experience Jim and I had at this store today!!!!!!! SETH HENNING was the representative who created us with the door opened and a friendly welcome. He immediately asked how he could help us. The district manager, ELLIOTT SWARTZ, also happened to be in the store today and immediately came to see what he could do to help out when he was finished with his customer.Jim’s phone was messing up terribly. The screen had lines running all through it which made it almost impossible to see. Since he had the protection coverage, Elliott was able to help us out tremendously!!!! He went above and beyond to make us extremely happy. Jim ended up with a new phone, wireless charger, and a protector for his new phone. Elliott also told us about a insurance protection upgrade for only two more dollars a month which includes protection from spam calls, protection from hackers and much more!!Additionally, Elliott, gave me a brand new screen protector because mine was severely damaged.Both Seth and Elliott were also friendly, professional, and knowledgeable of the products. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.The store is bright and clean.If you happen to use another carrier, I suggest that you change to Verizon. Both of us have used other carriers and had awful experiences. Neither of us have ever had a bad experience with Verizon.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, CLEAN store. Upgraded from a Samsung Note 8 to a 5G S20 (cloud pink 💗). They got me all set up, put on my liquid glass screen protector, and phone case, all while entertaining me with interesting conversation! Highly recommend this store!
