My insurance company couldnt find any tow service able to tow my car out of a parking garage. I was waiting for 4 1/2 hours and after I called Empire Towing, in less than an hour driver Able and his partner had me pushed out of the garage and my car towed. He was very polite and considerate making sure that my daughter and I had a way home. Best tow service and best tow truck driver Ive ever dealt with.

They picked up one of my rental cars and then tried to extort me for the key. They wanted $50 for my own key. Extortion. They should be arrested and charged with the crime.

Extremely Rude! I was sent a text and told the ETA would be 30 min. After 40 min I called for another ETA and the guy who answered was so rude! Terrible attitude.. I will never use this company again.

The worst towing company of all...they just want to cheat you out of your money selling cars that dont run at all but say it something else so that you buy the car then 2700 dollars later you have a car that never run from day one I feel sorry for anyone that buys anything from these people
