Clean well lit store. Helpful staff; however, almost no fish tank decorations, which was what Id gone for. I mean, shelves and shelves were empty. Im not sure if its Covid related, supply issues, or if the store couldnt afford to keep the items stocked. Other areas didnt look so bare, but definitely not like it was over a year ago. Again, may not be their fault.

I very rarely walk into a pet store that I enjoy the employees presence. That is not the case for this petsmart! The employees are all VERY nice & informative. I need to start remembering names, but the blonde girl & brunette guy who were working this morning. (5/21/2021) (9:30am) are FANTASTIC.The guy helped me with information I didn’t know, and the girl is always giving me some tips (or life hacks lol) with my animals. I even bothered the guy while he was busy, and he didn’t hesitate to pause what he was doing, to point out a good food brand for my new critter! I love coming into the store and learning more, in my opinion you could never know too much.They truly care for the animals they have in their care, and they care about their employees!! Amazing work!🤍

Every time I go in the staff is talking amongst themselves or on the phone and everybody needs help or needs to be checked out. Id rather go up the block to Petco they appreciate their customers.

I went in to look at the cats that are for adoption via life force. I have tried to get in contact with someone from Life Force but no one responds to emails, phone calls or pet finder. I figured someone at petsmart would at least be able to get me in contact with someone or point me in the right direction. I asked a sales associate about life force and she rudely responded they work for a living and you will just have to call them. I responded that I had and asked if she had any way for me to contact them. Her response again rudely well I dont know what to tell you. I understand they work as well as foster cats but if you are going to post cats for adoption online and in store at least respond to potential adopters. Why would petsmart have an adoption agency in there building if you cant get in contact with someone to adopt?

They have a wide selection of pet care needs, from collars to food and shampoo. Also, they have a pretty decent variety of animals too. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Went to PetSmart today to purchase a Bearded Dragon as well as a complete setup, my Granddaughter asked for someone to come help us two times and the response was “what you see is what we have”. No one ever came to help us pick out a lizard or to answer any questions. Never will shop there again! Went to PetCo and received awesome service!

I drop my Sisters mini poodle off to get her grooming done her groomist is Ashley and she works really well with Raine because she is quite frisky. When I go and pick her up she is so well groomed and happy.

The price of some items that are on sale arent on sale at the register and I had to give the cashier the SKU number so she would give me the sale price, however in the process of the price check it held me up and and the customers behind me while an associate went to perform a price check. The sale price was correct, charging me the real sale price and not the regular store price. This occurance happens at other stores as well. The takeaway is watch what the cashier is charging you. It should not have to be this way, however it is.

Super knowledgeable employees, so helpful in every area. The adoption center is always clean. Groomers are the best. There are so many items to pamper our furry babies with from food and treats to toys and clothing. Also medicines for the times when they are a little bit under the weather or have an ouchie. Dont forget the birds, fish and reptiles. Petsmart also price matches.

Organized store, but the prices are offensive.

Had to go here for meal worms which they did not have. They did however have dead prepackaged crickets. A green anole that was emaciated. A brown anole that was emaciated. Which btw sales for over 6 dollars. I was almost inclined to buy them both and release them. The staff was almost non existent. I am not a fan of chain pet stores but this one is in really sad place and unfortunately its the animals that are suffering

PetSmart far exceeds Petco by miles. Petco is a sh!thole while PetSmart is a beautiful store stocked fully with anything and everything that your pet would need. The associates are helpful and the selection of products is pleasing. Unquestionably the best pet store in Beaumont. Check it out!

The staff really cares for the animals in their care and are more than happy to answer questions or help you out. I have exotic reptiles, and a few of the staff not only remember that, but showed me pictures of their own reptiles and ask about my pets when I stop in. They also have some more unique items that I havent seen in other shops in the area.

My family (dog included ) love going to this place! We like ordering in-store pickup which is awesome but our big boy likes to visit with the staff before leaving. Hes been going since he was a pup and even attended training there (which I highly recommend). They are all so welcoming and my big boy always gets a comp treat before leaving. Its expected now. Lol.

The store is clean and organized, which I greatly appreciated when I ran in for just a couple things on my first visit to this store. They have a great selection of pretty much anything you need for your pets. I do have to dock 1 star because the lady that checked me out was a little rude when I mentioned the sale item I purchased did not ring up the sale price. I will shop here again, but probably avoid her line.

Dog needed a flea bath and Petco had a wait of 4 days, went to PetSmart on Dowlen with every associate busy with pets and they still got my dog in for a appointment right then and there. Girls were so helpful and amazing and did a great job. My dog was very happy...

I was looking for cat food that did not include sodium as their first ingredient. I know it sounds odd, but there is a medical reason for that. The staff here helped me, two of them got on it. They were wonderful in assisting me and we found one brand and product that is exactly what I needed.
