Went here because I couldnt get an appointment anywhere else. I had an appointment at 10:30 but didnt even sit in the chair to get my nails done until 11:40. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and was told I would be seen by 10:30. This place is extremely busy and I doesnt matter if you have an appointment its more of a first come, first serve type of place. The lady who did my nails did a good job. She gave me exactly what I had asked for and kept asking if they looked ok throughout the process. I got French tip with white and natural powder. The gentleman who always answers the phone and receives payment was rude. He didnt even confirm my total or speak to me. He just set the ticket down on the counter of how much it cost and waited for me to pay. I will have to see if the nails hold up to decide if I will return.

My daughter and I came here last minute today on a very busy Sunday, I was surprised and thankful they were able to fit us in especially since we both wanted a full set & complicated nail designs. It was a bit of a wait, which was expected and I appreciate that they were honest about the wait time. The two gentlemen there kept us updated every few minutes and offered us water several times. Amy was so sweet, quick and did an amazing job with our nails. Well definitely be going back 😊

The Red Persimmon Nails.I walked into this business.I looked at This women with her notebook. This women was refusing to look at me.I’m perplexed by this women behavior I’m not understanding her reluctance towards me.I continue to stand there waiting to be acknowledged again this women refuses to look directly at me.This women continued tolooked away not wanting to address me.A women walks into the salon, a few minutes after I walked into the salon again this woman with her notebook intentional over looks me and attends to the women that came in after me.The women with her notebook finally looks directly at me and says what did I want speaking to me with an attitude. I’m confused as to this woman behavior.I told this women I’d like a pedicure.Then to make things worse, this women said to me with a mean mean voice pointing at the finger nail polish rack “Go and pick out a color” again I couldn’t understand her attitude towards me.I told this women I’ll be right back.I had decided after this women went out of her way to treat me disrespectful and to embarrass me in front of her clientele that I didn’t want to be subjected to possible anything more.I came back into the salon, and again this women says to me a second time pointing at the nail rack, “Go and pick out a color” again with a very mean voice.I asked this women her name she told me her name is Amy.I told Amy I came back in to get her name so that I can give a honest and fair review.It’s unfortunate that anyone would have to be subjected to what I had to go through and I ask myself for what reason.I don’t want to think of the possible intentions as to why Amy chose today to treat me indifferently. I can give an honest review as to the circumstances to my ordeal and to Amy character.

First time customer , and was very pleased . A little wait time even with an appointment , but not unreasonable . Experience was very positive . Very good selection of services available . Would come back again . Jerry S.

2018Ive been here a few times for my acrylic gel set and way more times for eyebrow waxing and I couldnt have been happier. Besides the very first time 4 years ago when the lady did my nails wide thick and raised, werent files down. Ethan (I think is his name) does amazing work. Every time I went I ask for him personally. There is a wait usually and often I do feel I was forgotten, but amazing work once i get settled in.**update: went for my birthday July 2021**Not the best job theyve done. Had a really bad experience here, had to wait a long time to get seated . And when I did get seated , I then had to sit there for about 20 minutes to get a pedicure . I got acrylic on my toes and the lady seemed like she didnt know what she was doing! Kept telling her my toes were too long and she just continued to do her thing . My toe nails are now long and crooked.Not worth the $30 bucks I paid.

Me and my friend got our nails done for my birthday. The lady that did my manicure was very sweet and polite, but the lady that did my pedicure was pushy and when she messed up instead of redoing it she just decided to make a bigger mess. I did not get what I asked for I just ended up with a mess.

Every time I go here I get excellent customer service and absolutely gorgeous nails. Helen does my nails I do dip powder and she does an excellent job. Her artwork is awesome as I always get some designs on my ring finger! John is always very polite when I am coming in and leaving. If there is ever a problem it is taken care of immediately. I have been going here for years.John the owner is always a pleasure and always greets you with a warm welcome. I go for Pedicures and Manicures and have never had a bad experience. I use Helen who is so sweet and does an excellent job as do the other technicians.

Don’t bother making an appointment. Each time I’ve called to make an appointment I’ve had to wait more than an hour. I was left in a foot spa thirty minutes to keep me isolated and quiet because I was complaining with the customers. I walked out! Walk ins got in faster than I did. The last appointment yesterday I was told my nail person was called in to jury duty Really?!

I LOVE to go here for my nails! They treat you so good and make sure you’re happy with your results and if you’re not, they gladly fix any issue you have! I never have any problems with how my nails come out and am always happy at the end of the day!

I started coming here in January and I am here every 3 weeks. The staff is so friendly every time I come in for my acrylic fill manicures and pedicures. They always do such a great job! Got my nails done on Friday and they were lifting by Saturday, MY WEDDING DAY. So I couldn’t get a cute picture of our rings. These are terrible and I paid 33 and tipped 7 because they looked so nice at first. Do not recommend

First time going. Only got a pedicure. Lilly did a great job, didnt rush through it. Very detailed work. Her hygiene practice is in order. The business itself needs a deep cleaning of the waiting area and front inside ledges are filthy.

Ive been coming here since theyve opened and I love the atmosphere and the service! I recommend Ana for Pedicures! She really knowledgeable and sweet!! Prices are average and I havent had any issues since Ive been coming thus far!

Dont waste your time calling for an appointment. When you get there, you will have to wait 20-30 minutes anyway on a slow day. Walk-ins will get seated before you regardless of an appointment.

Tom did a great job on my gel manicure and was very nice, pedicure was amazing since my feet looked horrible going in. Hadnt had a pedicure for months due to having my baby, but they made my feet baby smooth. Will definitely come again. Very clean environment also. Kind of expensive depending on what you get, but they have a variety of options for mani and pedi.

Ive been going here on and off for about 5 years. Overall, Id really rather go else where. The manager, John, can be so rude and short with people and then flirty with others. There are times he seems mad that there are even customers. The wait can be almost an hour and he tells you that you should have made an appt, but the 3 appts that I have made, over the years, I still had to wait for over 30 mins....then watch him put one of his flirts in before me who didnt even have an appt! On most days they continue to speak their own language, across the room and laugh among themselves. This is so rude on so many levels. Most of the time their gel manicures and pedicures are good but they almost always make me bleed somewhere. I only go because they are the closest to my home.

I love this place! I have never had a bad experience. This will be my third time coming and i’m never dissapointed. The nails come out beautifully and out of all the places near Beamont that i’ve gone to I’d have to say they do dipped powder the best.
