If this review was just based on pedicures, I would give this place 5 stars. I think the name should be changed to “Pedicure Bar”, as this is a great place to get a relaxing pedicure and have a drink. The shop is gorgeous and just has a nice set up to it BUT…I have tried this place three times for my nails, and every time I was somehow very disappointed and threw money down the drain. I showed them an inspirational picture, it was nothing like that at all. I came back because they were so horribly done, and had them cut down and reshaped. Each time the color was chipping and fading.The very last time I went I had the clear SNS dip and I absolutely loved it, until about four days later when my nails started to fall apart. The three times that I went were all in one month. I am not a high maintenance person so going to the nail shop every week because my nails are falling apart is NOT a fun time for me. I don’t know if the products are cheap or what, but I won’t return for my nails. It’s hard to mess up a pedicure, but even harder to find a great nail tech with good product. Good luck.

This place is the best in SETX. Grab a free drink from the bar sit back and relax. Great service and professional. Little known fact is that every nail station has a vacuum pulling air out of the building. A true gem.

I was in there Memorial Day weekend and as my toenails grew I noticed a fungus under my big toe on my left foot. I just filed off the polish on the rest of my toes and there is a fungus on the other big toe. Have never had a fungus in all the years I have gotten my nails done. I will never go to this salon again. I chose this place on a rec from someone else as I was just in town for the weekend. Bad impression.

I didnt get service, but my sister and her friend did(I was there). And they said it was good and the also served them drink. Super cool.

Clean and nice looking salon. My nail tech was very nice and did a great job. The front desk attendant did not do a good job of managing the time and appointments. Many walked in for their appointment and they were told they had to wait due to many walk ins. That was very frustrating for them as they were told to come back in an hour.

I made an appointment for me and my friend for 2 pedicures and we both wanted acrylic nails. I made my appointment on a Wednesday and the Friday that we got there they were packed! We were seated in the pedicure chairs and the water was turned on we set there for a good 45 minutes before someone came to do our toes.. By that time the water was freezing and no one had even talked to us since we were seated. As I am sitting there getting my toes done I notice that nail techs are working on other woman that had just got there instead of the people that made an appointment. The woman that did our toes did an amazing job but when we were seated to get our nails done things went down hill. We showed our nail lady’s our inspiration pictures and we told them it was for our prom. My friends nail tech hurt her finger so bad to the point where it was sore 3 days later! She also told me that she felt uncomfortable because she could tell her nail tech was talking bad about her to the other nail tech next to her. My nails were NOTHING like my inspiration picture and I was extremely upset with the way they turned out considering I had prom the next day and I spent well over $100. As we were checking out she could Find my ticket and decided to charge me a random amount. When I asked for a receipt she gave me a piece of paper that she wrote “nails $55 pedicure $40” What makes me extremely upset is I go here constantly and I always have had a great experience this time it was horrible enough that I will not be going back. I’m not sure if it was because they could tell we were high school students and didn’t care or if it was because we made an appointment and they wanted to make sure to pack as many people in as they could. I will not spend my money at a place who is going to judge high school students. I hope y’all enjoy your tips but don’t look for me to come back. You should never judge a high school student especially because this certain high school student owns two business and doesn’t mind over paying for your nails when I can go to a nail salon down the street and pay $30. I highly do NOT recommend the nail bar to anyone and if you are looking at going here do NOT .

I come here for pedicures. Ming always does a good job. The complimentary drinks will definitely have you buzzing. Staff is friendly.

Good. Wish it was a more intimate experience and better for groups or mommas and kiddos to interact. Its your basic nail place only they give you a drink when you first get there. I got shellac on my toes ($47) and a basic manicure ($20) with French ($5).

OMG, Ive been in Texas for a year now. Ive been getting my nails and feet done since high school, so I know amazing technicians. Sophie is the only Tech in Southeast Texas that can do a ballerina coffin shape without having too much or too little acrylic. She takes her time, listens, friendly, and I guess Ill share her with you guys lol. I wont be going anywhere else. Thanks Sophie.

Owner and staff are very professional and courteous. The nail techs are proficient and I never feel as if they are in a rush to get to their next client. I love the ambiance and tranquility of the salon. Highly recommend this salon.

If I could more than five stars, I would! Amazing service, we were seated as soon as we walked in. All the employees were so nice and went out of their way to make sure you were comfortable. Definitely will be my new go-to nail salon.

I got a $40 pedi. The nail tech painted 4 coats of polish on my nails back to back. They should know that will never dry properly. I watched them dip the neighboring womens nails directly into the sns powder container ( very unsanitary, this is how fungi is spread). My toe nail polish has splotches and is on skin in some places and not on the nail at all in others. I wanted my toes done for a funeral. I am deeply saddened and disappointed that I waisted $40 and 27 minutes here.

I love it here!!! My fave is Shirls!! So sweet and she does my nails and toes PERFECTECTLY!!! Like I dont even have to say anything b/c she just knows. They are always available and I have never had to wait long for any service. I like my nails nice and simple. The color selection is everything and the fact that they have the matching polish just warms my heart. They are super clean there too. I usually go right when they open and they are serious about sanitation and cleaning. I have seen them do it several times. I am a very picky person when it comes to my nails and toes. Do not play w/these babies. LOL!!!

This nail salon allows customers to make appointments, but does not take them seriously—they treat you like a walk in and make you wait even if you have an appointment. They do not appear to value customers’ time.

I had the dip powder done today. I absolutely LOVED the whole experience. I have been going to a different well known place and have been disappointed the last few times so I decided to try a new place. SOOOOOO glad I did! Malaysa did my nails and she really listened to what I wanted and was very personable and fun. I came in with a photo idea of what i wanted and she helped me with my indecisiveness to be able to communicate my modifications. She did not rush through it either. I will definitely be going back and recommending as well!!!!!

My friends and I went there yesterday and had a wonderful experience. We called ahead and set up an appointment and we were seated as soon as we walked in the door. The staff was AMAZING and so friendly. Nail bar is definitely the best by far in Beaumont. I highly recommend.

First time going was February 15th. Atmosphere is very relaxing. The mimosas are absolutely delicious. The staff is exceptional! Ive been going to Tran for awhile now . She never does me wrong!! Highly recommended Tran for your nail work. Check them out you wont regret it.

Nice place. Very comfortable pedicure chairs and relaxing environment. Just opened so never know how many people to expect so make an appt if can. Complimentary drinks.Only negative is charging $1 to use credit card. As a business, they need to take the fee out of their money as a business expense. Or give discounts to cash payers. I’ll just take $1 out of tip in future.

A friend and I went on our lunch break. It was quiet and slow, which was great for us. We just heard about this place and had to try it out. We LOVED it. We have already talked about going back. They were all so nice and very personable. Very nice, clean, and beautiful place.

Ive been going to this place since the first few days it opened. They started out understaffed, but despite other reviews, I think they tried their best to accommodate. They have been slowly adding more staff, and every time Ive gone in they are pretty attentive to what I needed. Ive been in a few times now and every time, they have done a good job.

I had great expectations for this place and per recommendations, I was excited to try it! Unfortunately, they were understaffed and with it being a Saturday, many customers come in. I am patient, but the customer service was very lacking and the atmosphere made everyone feel rushed and like an inconvenience. My nails were rushed and not what i would consider great, especially since i regularly get my nails done. I came in hopeful but left pretty dissatisfied, and unfortunately first impressions are crucial for a new business that’s only been open for a few weeks.

This place is new and is clean and very relaxing. No loud television just spa like music with beautiful photos on the tv screen. The massage chairs are new and very comfortable. I chose THE NAIL BAR pedi which was so relaxing and turn out great. Also the shellac mani which was also perfect. I made an appointment and had no wait. All of the staff was friendly and extremely accommodating. Can’t say enough good about this place. i will definitely be back. Thanks Paige.

Long have a funky attitude. They not welcoming. Nobody was offered anything to drink. Only 4 nail techs so wait is long. Should have stuck with my regular nail salon EPIQUE !!! Yall go there I love that place. Just wanted to try nail bar out since they are new.

Blatantly disregards stay at home orders by servicing the mayor and retaliates against employees that make their shady business known. This place isn’t as upscale as it portrays itself to be. Just another chop shop like all the rest.

Well for one I felt rushed the whole time not enough people working. And two I asked for a pedi and a mani I didn’t get a mani at all they just did the powder dip on my nails and they did a terrible pedi. Worst of all they charged me for the manicure I didn’t get! And over priced for all of that. Won’t be back.

This was my first time here and just had a shellac fill and it cost me $47, pricing is not displayed anywhere and I guess I should of asked but where I normally go it only costs $25 but I wasn’t expecting nearly double don’t get me wrong she did an awesome job but I think their prices are high . Also I never even got offered a bottle of water I saw all of the other customers getting one but never offered . There’s a bar there too and I wasnt asked about that either . Disappointed:(

The salon its self is really nice and clean . But the nail tech I had was very unprofessional and rough . She scrape the dead skin off my feet so hard made a blister ( small cut ) . I always leave a nice tip but not this time.

Had the worst experiance quality wise. My toes look messy, I had my nails taken off and she put me through pain and she filed down my nails almost the the skin of my nail beds in most areas and didnt file enough in othrrs and I still have powder on my nails. I paid a lot of money hete and it was not worth it. I wish it would let me upload photos, I dont see the option to do that.
