If you are trying to ship anything on the ups poster listed as restricted you are going to have a problem. With that said, the lady at the counter was very nice and helpful. The manager of this location interpreters the restricted sign as being prohibited from being shipped at all. I had to call a 1-800 number which then got transfered to customer service, then back to 1-800, then back to customer service. The people on the phone were ignorant on the subject as well. They were basically robots reading from a script of what UPS states on their website. Over an hour later I was eventually able to ship two items that were on the restricted list. Thank you again to the lady at the counter. She was very helpful, she is the reason for the two stars.

Supposed ti get important package on a Thursday didnt get it. Said in was wrong address and undeliverable. They even repeated my address as the right one when called. Gave description of house and vehicles that are always there. Still no package on friday. Completely incompetent company!Had to completely rearrange meetings because bo package. I will just have to go get it myself.

Had a package shipped via UPS, but by a merchant mistake to be delivered to Post Office which UPS does not deliver to, it had to be held as non deliverable. I made arrangements to pick up locally at Beaumont office. I had about a 15 minute wait and no problems once I was waited on. Great Service .

One of my packages were cut open. I was instructed to take out a bottle of Tylenol.The cashier then attempted to cut open my others packages before I said, Dont open anymore of my packages, were done here.She didnt want to retape the package which she cut open.Bad experience, Im going to take a brake from UPS for a while.

Bonus if they slap a blank delivery slip on your door and mark it as “attempted delivery” when they didn’t even pull the package out the truck! Truly world class service! (Both incidents were on separate occasions)

I have been waiting a week for my package and kept getting incorrect updates of when my package was to be delivered. UPS said it will be delivered on Saturday then on Friday and then when my package didn’t arrive on the weekend like they say I call and find out they don’t even deliver on Saturdays. My package sat in Beaumont, Tx over the weekend where it was supposed to be delivered and Monday two days before Christmas it was shipped to Indiana. When I call to complain and ask what is happening I got a terrible operator who says too bad there’s nothing we can do you just have to wait. The updates via email or text do not work and I can’t even report a claim because it hasn’t been delivered. If I can could give UPS 0 stars I would. There’s is always a problem when UPS is involved with my mail.

You guys always deliver late. Im talking 5pm or later. I dont like waiting on my packages. USPS delivers by noon at the latest. You guys disappoint me. And whenever I see a package being delivered by UPS I know what to expect. And I know Ill be disappointed in the delivery time

Very rude and inconsiderate. Lied about delivering my package and refused to do another same day delivery. I was told if I wanted the package I would have to go their facility for will-call. WhenI challenged this I was hung up on. Very unprofessional and completely incompetent.

Sent a Christmas present from Delaware to Beaumont eight days before Christmas. It very efficiently arrived in two days at the Beaumont UPS facility, scanned in at 3:36 a.m. -- and hasnt been seen since -- and was never sent out for delivery!!!! Yes, recipients address was outside (of course!!) and INSIDE the box!!! Had always relied upon UPS, but my trust is now G-O-N-E!!!

We have been in business for 36 plus years and rely on UPS to deliver to our customers and to receive our inventory. We have had several drivers during the years and have had significant interaction with the people at the Beaumont Terminal. At the volume we ship and receive we have had glitches, and some have been frustrating. However, the UPS team in Beaumont are the best. These guys are over top in service and support. Five Stars to you guys only because there are not Six.

They’re ok. I’ve only dropped off packages and they gave me a receipt and took the package fast. Some are young kids that don’t have much customer service experience. So, I’ve seen them give customers attitude and a “I don’t care” reaction.

Was told my package would be returned to the facility ASAP due to THEIR mistake then an hour later get a call saying I would have to wait until later tonight when he returns! Very crazy. Great service, great prices! UPS has mailboxes, if you dont want to use your home address some places want ship to PO Boxes, with UPS you actually get and address to use! Its Great for businesses and personal!!!

This particular location is great. The lady at the counter is awesome and great at handling customer issues even after Harvey hit and being backed up. However the 800 number and the local location doesnt have a synchronized system. The 800 number that is listed on here and on the UPS website said that my package was in Beaumont and could be picked up. However the local location told me that my package wasnt physically there and that it was in Houston (was told this 9/8/17) then in DFW (was told this 9/11/17) but it has a scan from 9/8/17 that my package arrived in Beaumont. Might want to get a system that is synced since the only number listed to call is the 800 number.

Was unable to return an item. Lady was very nice informed me Id have to go to another location. Gave up. Driving in Beaumont is not my cup it tea.

I understand this is a delivery company and business is fast paced but the way Your drivers fly inside trailer parks is uncalled for and dangerous to the general public. Tell the to SLOW DOWN

Very unorganized.....I went 3 days in a row to pick up a package and each day the story was different..... they even tried to use the storm as an excuse which was pitiful especially when the first delivery attempt was made after the storm. They really need to take their time with customers and be more helpful instead of saying what they think will get them out the door....

Use Amazon quite a bit so have had extensive dealings with UPS. Problems just started last month. Ordered Greenberg Turkey was supposed to be delivered the 21st. Waited all day and was a no show.Got an e-mailing tried to deliver and no one was home. Would deliverthe next day. Next day no show and an e- mail saying it had been delivered. Extensive search for missing turkey. Found at a neighborshouse. Another delivery for next day also left at a neighbors house. Didnot get but 50-60 deliveries from them last year. Don’t understand whythey can’t find my house number when it’s on the front door.

Official UPS ours are 9am - 12pm but this place chooses to create its own. Continuous delays in service....they are always changing my address to an older address Ive not lived at in years!! The address on my packages is correct and when they cant find it they just stick the old one on there and deliver it there and they just dont seem to care because it keeps happening even though Ive reported it numerous times!

My package didnt come on the day it was suppose to come. I called ups. The say this delivery man says he came and i was home all day. They said i could pick it up from the guy on his truck if i could find him in some neighborhood. When i went looking for him he couldnt find package. So i had to go to the store. The said they were just about to send the package back. How? After one so called attempt? I was very upset.

Young lady who was at service counter was very nice and helpful. Drove to Beaumont office account truck drove by a couple of times and never stopped to deliver my product.

WORST driver ever came to my place of employment today to deliver 2 packages. He was fidgety and acted as if it were a bother for him to wait on the appropriate employee to sign his handheld . He then refused the packages and snatched them up all while telling me he didnt have time for this. Refused to give his name so I took down his license plate number. Horrible experience , website now says our zip code are not affected. That is not true, I made my order depending on it, of parishable items. guess what ? No package! very, very disorganized! Customer service basically said I dont know , I am in a call center, Will never use UPS again. It is bad when USPS is so much better than UPS!

This place sucks! I shipped a package on 10/18/16 which was suppose to reach the receiver on 10/19/16 however that corrected/incorrect the address and it never reached the person.It had food in there that spoiled and was very stinky.They were 2-3 miles away from the hotel and there is only 1 Red Roof Inn in Beaumont.I will never in my life ship to this place again EVER!!

Packages arrived 9-14. still sitting on a truck not offloaded, today 9-15 I was told there on the truck for delivery. customer service says there not even in the area.
