Corporate line told me I could pick up my package. Laughably rude manager (short white man wearing sports jacket and jeans) tells me that corporate doesn’t know what they’re talking about and doesn’t give me my package because I’m not allowed to have it. He says I have to sign for it at my house. The next business day they leave it on my front porch without a signature. I couldn’t come up with a funnier joke if I were Dave Chappelle. Anyway, thanks to that manager I’m never using FedEx again in my life, and I will always encourage others to support the public service or to prioritize a better private option, such as UPS.

Had the delivery claim twice that delivery was attempted after being home all day and I have cameras. No attempts were ever made. Rather than risk them trying to lie a 3rd time I changed shipping to a pick up location so they couldnt lie on delivery attempt. That worked. Ive only had problems with this particular fed ex facility yall need to hire drivers that actually care about their job. Or atleast take it seriously.

Stayed home to sign for my package. I live in a small apartment and I was on the computer all day which is right next to the front door so there is no way I did not hear them knock. The driver never knocked on the door and now they want me to come pick it up from a location about a 45 minute drive away or to deliver it on Monday and when I will not be here to sign for it. So basically if they do not feel like delivering you package they just wont.

Hello God bless. First time doing business in person with FedEx. Needed a personal item shipped, and that went smooth. Supervisor on duty female was polite and professional. Bought stuff online which shipped thru FedEx, now that still needs work. Thank you, be careful

I am on the second day of a delivery driver lying and falsely claiming to have attempted to deliver a package which is a cell phone that you have to sign for. Both days I have been here with door open and there has not been one attempt by a FedEx driver to deliver my package nor was a door tag left on my door. The outer FedEx management needs to investigate this location center it is the worst I have ever dealt with. I live on a small street in a small town yet for the last year they never managed to drop my package off at my door, always a neighbors.

Due to complications with the SHIPPER, I was not able to pick up my package. The FedEx staff was helpful and courteous. I have no complaints. And judging by how they helped customers ahead of me, they are also fast without sacrificing service. Thank you guys for your help. Keep up the good service.

Terrible customer service, wish my businesses zip wasn’t located around this FedEx. The one on college and the one by Best Buy are so much better in every way. Latasha Arseno was the person was the person working there that was so rude.

Dont even bother picking up your new cell phone that you missed delivery. They wont give it to you over the counter if you had to sign for the package/phone. Not even your ID would let that happen. I drove a long way for nothing. The company that you ordered your phone from restricts it being ONLY delivered to your home address. Save your gas and wait for the next delivery date.

My package that was at local ship center since Saturday still no delivery attempt Monday. Local exception no reason why. Original delivery date was Friday but due to some flooding it did not arrive at my local dc until Saturday. That is understandable. What is not understandable is that they wouldn’t let me pick it up on Monday and then not even trying to make an attempt. If they would just be honest and saw they were slammed and backed up I would have been more than happy to pick it up myself

Overnight shipped a package and 4 days later still hasnt got my package. I was needed my package before I left on a trip. FedEx claims they have tried delivering the package but I havent seen them.. Called customer service and they told me they would have it to me before i left on my trip. Still not here! This is why i like UPS, they will deliver on time!!!

Had a FedEx Express package scheduled for delivery on Monday. Monday afternoon the status updated and said they couldnt deliver because nobody was home. Absolute lie. Home all day with the front door open. Camera at gate recording, they never even pulled in the driveway. The website said they would attempt delivery the next day. Lied again. No delivery was attempted. Wasnt attempted on Wednesday either even though customer service guaranteed that it would be delivered by 10 pm. I called again on Thursday morning to check the status and was put on hold while the rep called the local warehouse. The rep then told me that the local warehouse was trying to locate my package and would call back in a half hour. Again....nothing. This place makes the Department of Motor Vehicles look like a well oiled machine. This isnt the first time this has happened. For some reason, FedEx Ground usually gets it right but the Express delivery never does. Horrible service. Pay for a premium service and the driver is too lazy to do their job.

FedEx is horrible! I have been waiting for over 2 days for a package. They cannot explain where my package is or when it might be delivered. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional business!!

So my delivery was supposed to be guaranteed to be delivered on Friday by 8pm. 8pm comes and goes, call up there, the facility closed at 7pm. Seriously, dont guarantee a certain time and then close an hour before that time. Next day, still no delivery. The lady on the phone was very hard to understand but apparently there was a road closed due to an accident, ok, I know the area, I know there are several other roads available. I understand maybe being delayed a day but now youre telling me it wont be until POSSIBLY Monday. Possibly? Maybe if you would have been open until at least 8pm, when the package was supposedly guaranteed by then I wouldve saved yall the trouble and me a head ache and just came and got my package

Went about 45 minutes early to pick up a package. Truck had not yet arrived, so I waited in the car. When the truck arrived, the counter person came outside to get me.Great service.

Since every attempt in making a complaint has been over looked I hope this helps someone in my shoes. They willingly know about over night deliveries not being delivered & no call being made to the customer in reference to the location, & continue as if the $5000 worth of medication means nothing to them since it was ruined!!! 1 tracking #, # case #s, 1 complaint #, & still nothing is being done.

Very slow service. Had to wait 20 minutes to drop off a package. Only one person working counter and that person disappeared for 15 minutes or more to find a package for another customer.

Place sucks. Bad customer service. Why are they in business?

By Far the worst shipping Company in Beaumont. They lie about trying to deliver and the People working the facility are very rude and Lie to try and save face.

Easy and reasonable prices to ship, they carry boxes for almost all sizes.

Confusing... UPS has many signs up but not all UPS places service the same items! Needs to specify are combine services! Inconvenienced by going into a UPS to be told youre at the wrong place, and find out you need to be on the opposite side of city.
