Worst customer service possible. Waited over an hour just to get my account number so I could switch. The staff is horribly rude and that is why we are switching. not to mention if you buy an unlocked device through Samsung or Apple, even when they sell it, it will not work on their network. You have to buy their over priced items or nothing! any other carrier you can buy an unlocked device and it works. Will never use them again even if they are the last carrier on earth.

Went in to pay bill at the Kiosk. No need to sign in right? Never have but, all the sudden an elderly lady started yelling at me I had better sign in. The employees allowed this to go on and I was embarrassed as a son, father, and respect I would have never yelled or intimidated her at all. Then I paid over $400 on my bill and not showed up yet

Needed to exchange a broken piece of equipment. Wasn’t looking to upgrade, downgrade, stop or add any services. Had my ID with the same address as the account, my name was the userID and the email and I had a hard copy of the bill with the account number. They refused to exchange the equipment, after waiting 37 minutes in line, because my husband was the primary on the account. Went to Orange Spectrum and had zero problems. Will NEVER go here again. Very unhelpful and no critical thinking skills.

DO NOT GO HEAR WITHOUT CALLING THE 1-800 NUMBER FIRST. AFTER WAITING 1.5 HOURS I WAS TOLD I MUST CALL THE NUMBER FIRST BEFORE BEING ABLE TO COME IN THE STORE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHOULDVE TOLD ME THAT WHEN THE LADY TOOK MY NAME AND TOLD ME IT WAS A 15 MINUTE WAIT VS 1.5 HOURS.

If you decide to have service with this company make sure you save every receipt!!! They messed up almost all my transactions and the last one they have been trying to bill me for their mistake!!!!!!! I returned anything that was theirs and explained to them in person that I refuse to pay for their mistake. I tried to get this problem resolved but everytime I tried to speak to someone hire up they would keep me on hold for almost 45mins and then hangup on me. This was a few years ago and ever since then I refused to do any business with this company. Even after all that they are still trying to bill me for their mistake. Again if you decide to use this company make sure you save everything from each transaction I would also go as far as getting the name of whomever you spoke to. This company is horrible with businesses and I would not recommend working with them.Not to mention I also posted for the port arthur location 3 years ago about this problem here I am again. Unprofessional people good luck if you choose this service.

My only negative remark.... 1 Handicap parking space isnt enough, parking spaces period are lacking. But staff is very well intentioned and get my vote to keep them working but send them to train phone personal asap

When spectrum was Time Warner Cable services was better then what it is now customer service you got through easier better service all the way around. I had TV service with Spectrum had nothing but problems. I had to go through 3 routers for my Internet service, And now my bill was just raise and they said because I was on a promotional thats why my bill was lower. If there was another service cheaper and better instead I would go to it in a heart beat.

Have been a customer of Time Warner/Spectrum for sometime. This review is based upon the following:1) Sent check as I always have on my services.2) Received phone call with threat of disconnection in two days if not paid.3) Called Spectrum and they stated that they received the check but that it wasnt processed when THEY posted as a debit to my bank. They admitted that my payment history was always prior to the due date and my credit showed as very good. Then admitted that there would be no problem and my service was not be disconnected as included on their phone threat. I was told to call the bank and see what happened with no detail of what return code they received (WHICH I KNOW THEY DO).4) They admitted that they processed the check electronically and it wasnt accepted.5) Researched with my bank and they never received any transactions.6) Same checking account and routing number used on over two years of transactions.7) Called Spectrum back and was told: Regardless of whether it was there problem there would be no further research as to where the check was and what actually happened.8) I am responsible for their error regardless of their actually receiving a check and processing it incorrectly.Over three hours of work for their error and lack of any procedures to correct the mistakes of their employees. Off loading their responsibility on their customers. SPEAKS VOLUMES TO THE CULTURE AND LACK OF RESPECT AND CARING FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. EVEN IF YOU ARE ONE OF THEIR BEST CUSTOMERS. THEY HAVE SPEND A FORTUNE SENDING ME REQUEST TO ADD SERVICES. THIS VALIDATES THE FACT THAT I AM ONE OF THEIR BEST CUSTOMERS. THEY FAILED AND IT IS ALL MY FAULT AND ON ME TO FIX IT.....THEREFORE MY RATING OF ONE ON THIS COMPANY IN ALL REGARDS.

Was great until changed to spectrum loyalty means nothing. They don’t work with you with payment arrangements, $260 a month and they don’t allow prorate anymore when service is out. Also if you are disconnected they charge you for upcoming bill just because you still have merchandise and don’t remove the charge after merchandise is returned.

Fast and friendly service. The customer service representatives were helpful and insightful. The building was clean and smelled nice. Easy in and out the parking was ample enough for 15 cars. My experience was quite nice as far as it goes for paying bills. Ive been in worse places to pay my bills. The spectrum pay center was a place Id go again and send my friend to to pay thier bill. Its a safe neighborhood.

Payment machine was down, and the csr was arguing with me about it. Then when I tried to make a payment, she was telling me that my bill was higher than what was on the paper. Saying I had added something when it was included in the package. On top of the fact that for the first week of service, we did not even have the equipment because FedEx delivered it to the wrong house.

I was pleasantly surprised with the helpful and easy service on the phone. Time Warner was terrible. This is much better. Internet speed was higher for lower cost and good service (at least over the phone).

In the late hours of Tuesday, August 29, 2017 our home in Port Arthur, Texas began to take in flood water as a result of Hurricane Harvey. From that date until October 20, 2017 we were without POWER OR Spectrum Services. Our Spectrum equipment was lost in the flood. The day before the flood hit(August 28, 2017) I paid Spectrum for September 2017 services because we did not know we would be without service for almost 2 months. The first week in September 2017, I contacted Spectrum to suspend our services since we were no longer living in our home and did not have equipment. Even though I was told we could suspend our services for 6-9 months we have continued to receive our regular bills from Spectrum. I paid for the month of September BUT DID NOT HAVE SERVICE until it was reconnected on October 20, 2017. Our home is still uninhabitable but we are now living on our driveway in a small travel trailer. Spectrum did not credit my account OR refund my September payment and each month they continue to bill my account. We have phoned numerous times to get things straightened out with Spectrum and each time we are told something different. We truly have more important matters at hand right now as we try to rebuild our home and our lives. SPECTRUM HAS BEEN JUST ONE MORE PROBLEM IN OUR FLOODED LIVES.

Poor Service. Went to turn in Equipment as instructed by corporate - and they couldnt cancel the account or scan in the equipment as returned. Had to issue a hand written receipt for the items - a separate one for each item. Then continue to bill for two extra months before corporate finally figured out we werent even a customer anymore. I am literally A-M-A-Z-E-D that these folks are even still in business.

I like this company, but they lie a lot. I record all my calls and write everything down in my call log book as well with names. They have no sense of loyalty, been with them since 92 when I got out of the Army. Price always increase for one reason or another. Looking into other options

I am a teacher and since Spectrum switched to cable boxes, my students cannot watch PBS or other educational shows when we have to stay inside for recess when it is raining. My students are so upset and so am I. I cannot put a cable box in my classroom and this is VERY frustrating. Some of my students cannot afford to have a TV at their house and this was their only exposure to Sid the science kid and other educational shows.

Place was packed the day I was there trying to get my equipment. Waited in line for about 20 minutes. As I was half way through the line some random lady that looked like she was wearing a flight attendant outfit came in and said that the parking spot I was in was not a parking spot at all. If there is a curb and lines for a parking spot, sure does look like a spot to me. Needless to say I moved my car and told her that they need to mark it or block it. Other than that the lady behind the counter was super nice and got me all fixed up.

Stay far away from this company. Customer service is a joke. You will be told what you want to hear and zero follow through. Their call center and agents are trained to lie. If there were a way to successfully sue for terrible customer service, wasting my time, charging me for a service that I never got to use.. I would. They will say they are gunna have someone out to your location then 3 days later you’re sitting there waiting, again, for the third day, missing work.. for no reason at all. No call and no show. Worst company ever!

Im only giving them a 2-star rating because the lady in the office tried her best to help me .The lady in the office tried to help me the best she could but Spectrum overall really not a very dependable company they told me that if I upgraded my internet service to high-speed internet that I could switch back to a lower speed if I wasnt impressed with it so I go to switch it back and they tell me they cant do that give me all kind of grief I am trying to fight it but they should not have Representatives on the phone telling you can do something if you cannot do it.

...they were switching over the cable boxes on the day I went in. I was there for my Mom, but pay her bill. They had officers outside, which kind of is a red flag, you know being prepared for angry people even before they get in. Felt like Beetlejuice waiting room and took my number with 60 other people in the lobby. Luckily, I needed one type of cable box because, by the time I got there, I watched a dozen or so people sit for over an hour and then get called up only to be told they didnt have that type of box available.I gave it two stars because apparently I needed my Mom or to be a person on the account to trade in the box, the lady who was waiting on me was nice, and she saw me updating account info online so I would be an eligible person..because I have all the account info...so, at least she was nice. However, it really sucks they are the only cable providers in Beaumont or else Id get my Mom something else. Theyre more expensive than Houston for a fraction of the service.

If I could give you 0 stars, I would. A flickering of the electricity, and no service going on for 3 hours now!!! Then when I call customer service, your automated system tells me, I am SOL. I dont expect youll reimburse me for the time my service has been off, but if I dont pay my bill, you have NO problem cutting me off. Terrible company. Nothing like handing over your money for shoddy service.

Staff were friendly and professional. Have to wait in a queue which is a line of Chairs along the wall. A security guard is present and helps explain how things work. In person seems the best way to order a location change, etc.

I have no problem with my services.........the staff at this location are horrible. While waiting my turn in line, I witnessed the rudest employee. She was very condescending when speaking and refused to help the customer. I asked her to check the notes on my account due to a billing problem. She refused and stated she did not lower bills. Thankfully the customer service help line were able to correct my problem.

Expensive and difficult to find someone on the phone who knows what they are talking about. The wait time is generally 5 minutes just to talk to a real person after going through a stupid automized phone prompting menu and then holding for the next available person. Cant wait for services to go fully individual and streaming is all we do. Dump the cable company for good! Satellite is no better. Terrible prices and nonexistent customer support or service.

Im a level headed, slow to anger, easy going business owner here in Beaumont. Dealing with this company has been extremely taxing. This is a nightmare of an internet provider. Terrible service they have lied and robbed me of so much money. There should be a class action law suit against them. After being a customer for over 10 years, I have had enough. The bills go up while the quality has gone down. After losing my internet service for a week, I was told the modem I have been leasing since the last rate hike, was out of date. I know it was my fault for not noticing on my bill. I could have bought several modems. Now that I cancelled my service, I just received a bill for $284.00 and they owe me credit. When I tried to sign on to see the bill, I have no access since I have no account???? Really.
