Tried everything to get my phone a new battery and working. Didnt help the phone and didnt charge me anything. I had to go buy new one. I really appreciate their time and effort.

The good - The employees were nice and knowledgeable. The price was as quoted on line when I made the appointment, Overall the repair was good .The bad - When checking on line, I was offered a $10 dollar discount to book on line. Sounds good huh? There was a 9:30 appointment available so I scheduled that. I arrived about 9:15 and was greeted by nice salespeople. I was told that there were a couple of items ahead of mine so it would be after lunch before it would be ready. I called around 2 PM and was told it would be a little longer, OK, so we missed a little after lunch. I finally got my phone at 5:30.My question and issue is, why bother making an appointment if it means nothing. I could have walked in and gotten the same service. Offering appointments makes it seem like you will get service at that time. Not just give a time to drop it off. Oh well, I did get the $10 discount and they got my email so they could send this survey.

The website allows you to make an appointment so I thought this would make it faster. But there is only one employee working on Sundays. I could have gotten my screen fixed at the mall in 30 min. After 3 hours it was not done. When the manager was called, compensation was made. The employee went above and beyond to make up for it. After the repair was complete for the screen, now the home button does not work and it did prior to repair. Not sure what will happen next, but dont make an appointment online and dont try to get phone repair on a Sunday.

I am very pleased with my service! This was the best price in the area and it was ready on time. Will definitely use their services again. Also loved the discounted price on additional services.

I had such a great experience getting my screen replaced today. I walked in without an appointment and left my phone and came back in an hour and it was fixed. Great service and great people!

They did a great job repairing my phone. However, their phones and registers were down, and I wasn’t able to pay when my service was ready. I had to return later in the day to pay for the service. Also, staff were very open about their personal lives and about their frustrations with their technical difficulties. I had to stand and wait while the technician talked on the phone to management when I arrived. I did receive a discount for my difficulties, though. And I must say that the staff members were friendly.

Everything was nice I just feel like to prices is the only thing thats not wassup...so like a couple months ago I cracked my phone an he screen was black couldnt do nothing to it so I went up to them an they fixed it..so my total came out to be like 80-90 but I go again to get my phone fix which was in more shape then last time an my total came out to be like 112 ...so I personally feel it shouldnt been that high to say it was in better condition then last time..other than that everything is good

Jeremy and Josh were fantastic! Josh made my phone look like new. Very friendly and fast service. Hopefully I won’t need a another new screen or battery soon but i’d i do, i’d go back to see them.

Didn’t know they would go through my iphone closing apps and opening my camera before replacing my screen. I know these things might need to be checked before repair but the lady could have said something beforehand. Screen is ok but definitely can tell it’s a cheap replacement. Screen has a yellowish tint at any angle. Better than a cracked one I guess.. Had a rude guy in there as well that would not help any other customers, even though there was a slow moving line.
