Without the story- my new iPhone 12 got LAUNCHED across a parking lot and both screens (front and back) were shattered into a million pieces. The speaker barely worked on it anymore, a camera lens was busted, and the battery was draining FAST and would completely shut down at 20%My job requires me to use my phone about 18 hours out of the day, and I dont have the time to send it in for my warranty to fix it.A friend convinced me that they could fix it very easily- and they couldnt have been more wrong, they did a lot more damage than good and even broke the magnet that my charger required.Darren called and told me that he can fix EVERYTHING wrong with the phone, but in order to use the wireless charger Id need to send the phone in through the warranty because it was impossible to fix.I picked up my phone the same day I dropped it off and it looks and performs like its completely brand new- not only that but Darren was also able to fix the magnet, so that my phone can attach to the charger.The customer service is excellent, their attention to detail is Excellent, pricing is incredibly fair and they are FAST.The ONLY place I will trust with my electronics from now on.

This place was great! Brought an iPhone 11 Pro Max with the back glass shattered. Eric replaced the back glass for $129, which was the lowest price I could find. He was very professional and the work was done well. I will definitely be a return customer just based on Eric’s customer service. Definitely recommend, 10/10.

We came here after a recommendation from our local Verizon store. Eric helped us and wow was he super nice and helpful. We got there right before closing and he took his time helping us and answering all of our questions. He even offered to stay late to get our Ipad done for us. We decided that we could pick it up the next day but about an hour later he called us to let us know it was ready. The store was closed but he let us come back to pick it up. Talk about quick and friendly service. We recommend this place to anyone who needs repairs. We drove about 45 mins to get there and it was well worth the drive. Friday I called to check on getting the battery in my iPhone 7 replaced. They told me to bring it in and they’d need it for about an hour. First thing was they wanted to know what was my complaint with the phone. He looked in my settings to see what the condition of my battery was. He said it’s borderline on whether it needs to be replaced. He gave me options. It wasn’t about making money, it was about what was in my best interest. Right away I knew this was quality business. I came back in an hour. Phone was ready and he had replaced a screw that was missing and tightened two that had vibrated loose. It was like the phone had been serviced in addition to replacing the battery. I was charged the original quoted price for the battery. I wish more businesses were run like this These guys should be in business for a long time. And I’m back to charging my phone once per day.

I’m pretty sure I’m reviewing the right place... I was referred to this place by a friend of a friend and brought here by said friend. I brought my son’s iPhone 6 that was severely cracked and on a whim I decided to fix my screen which was also cracked. A little back story: I’ve had my iPhone 8 for a couple years now and spilled chocolate milk on it when I’d had it for only a couple months. The sound on my phone has been terrible ever since! Imagine walking around and using a phone for years with terrible sound. It sucks but you kinda get used to it. Anyway. I cracked the screen not too long ago (maybe a month or two). Now to present time. They fixed my screen and now all of a sudden I CAN HEAR! It’s glorious! It’s a bit shocking to me every time I hear sounds coming from my phone. I don’t know what you guys did, but thank you!! Well worth the price (which was very reasonable!)

Got my phone repaired twice in the same week due to technical issues from fixology and the screen still wont work right . Complete waste of time and money now I need a new I phone because I just dont want to deal with waiting days for them to mess it up again . Theres a big chance theyre just winging the repairs

I was searching the internet high and low looking for a solution, even spoke with two different Verizon representatives and an Apple representative and none of it was solving my issue. I found this spot right down the street, and he helped me within 30 minutes to restore my IPhone and recover the old settings. This place was the service I was looking for and I am extremely thankful and glad I found it.Definitely taking my IPhone here if I ever experience any more issues.

I went to get my phone repaired 2 days ago, he said that it would take an hour, istg it was only 20 minutes I got it back it was in the best condition, last time I got it repaired in a place in Texas and they did a horrible job the screen had a weird blob on it and the corner of the screen wasn’t fully intact. Brought in my iPad 5 gen because I thought the charging portal may be broken. But thanks to the wonderful young man, he found the problem and removed a broken piece of the charging cable. It was not easy to remove but he did it will great care and skill. Then he even cleaned the portal for me. When I pulled out my debit card he told me to put it away as there was no charge. He was happy to help and said it was a blessing. This young man is not even 21 yet, but he and two friends both younger than 26, have started this business and hope to make it successful.This is one small company we should all support! You will not be disappointed.

This place was great! We were camping at Joshua Tree and my kid cracked the screen on her iPhone 6 Plus. This place was close by and had great reviews so wed thought wed check it out so get her phone fixed quick before we got to Anaheim/Disneyland. We got there on a (Oct 6th) Sunday afternoon and the worker fixed her phone in about 15 minutes for about $70. They even have a pool table to keep you entertained while theyre working on your phone. They offered a discount on a new screen protector, but were out of stock for the particular one we needed at the time. Definitely recommend this place.

Ive been to the indoor repair shops at the mall and they were pushy with a high price for a repair.I also went to the one at banning by the barbershop and the guy was extremely rude.. I finally went to Fixology and the owner helped me out. Such great customer service and reasonable price! They spent a couple hours trying to figure out how to get through to one of my iphones and while being there they were friendly, kind and funny. They are young but really smart and reliable. Heard about fixoligy from a friend. Took two iPhones in for repair. In and out in no time. Josh was very professional and great at what he does. Will refer friends and will be back.

I ordered a factory replacement glass with fixology and was promised to have my part in 3-5 days. I ordered this part Monday because I needed to repair the back glass to receive my switcher credit from AT&T which would expire Saturday a total of $400. They said worse case scenario would be Saturday because I ordered it on Monday. They required 50% deposit at the time of the order. Fast forward to Saturday 2:30 PM no call for my glass. I called to find out where my part is and the guy tells me oh it looks like there was a delay in the shipping it wont come until tomorrow. My trade in switcher credit was expiring that day and I had communicated this to them on Monday. Knowing how important it was for me to get my glass they fully ignored that and just told me its not thier fault its the shippers fault and there is nothing they can do. I expressed my discontent and asked for a refund at that point the fix was useless. Get this, I get a call from the owner himself Mr. Big shot Sunday while Im trying to watch football and instead of apologizing for screwing me up bigtime $400 screw up, he tells me hey I dont appreciate how you talked to my technician I would have done something for you yesterday but I didnt like that, and its not our fault anyway its Fed Exs fault, and I promise you it didnt cost you $400. Woah really dude call me a liar too on top of it?? Push the blame on some one else? Its your business Mr Big shot not Fed Exs. I didnt use foul language or raise my voice I just told the technician man I needed this today to get my credit I want a refund now. I dont need this tomorrow. Mr Big shot said well I didnt like your tone. I said dude, put yourself in my shoes you just lost $400 because of your poor service how would your tone be? Saturday the technician should have called Mr Big Shot to see how they can help me the paying customer who is always right! They actually should have called me earlier during the week knowing the circumstances and said my product was on delay. This is what happens when mommy opens a business for you and you let stuff get to your head. You need to grow up Mr Big Shot and do the right thing for your customers. By the way this is the first review I have ever written in my life because I couldnt believe the nerve of Mr Big Shot and how they handled this. Unbelievable!!!Im editing this review because the lack of accountability and retaliation. The Owner who I referenced as Mr Big Shot replied with lies about how I did business as a banker and mentioned where I work. Thats what happens when you let a kid run a business who hasnt matured. I would have my manager approve fees waived for him all the time.He never apologized for the mistake and retaliation on his part and has the notion he doesnt need to build long term relationships or the need for repeat customers. Treat everyone as you expect to be treated and your business can and will exceed expectations. Oh and by the way Im no longer with Wells Fargo because I quit after they got sued for fraudulent activity. Everyone who did business with me knows I keep the customer first and always did what was right. I went to Chase as a Private Banker and you dont get to that level unless you are the best at what you do, and provide top notch customer service. You look like an idiot retaliating like that and it shows how immature you are. You never treat customers like this. Your little brother wouldnt have been so terrible at baseball if you spent some time with him like I did showing him how to hold and swing the bat. My son will attest to this in fact he got his first hit the day I showed him how to hit. Way to go dude your awsome!
