The customer service is amazing. They are very transparent with everything and make sure your aware of excatly whats wrong with your car. I had the pleasure of meeting Felix himself and he was very kind and did amazing work. Definitely come here the next time your car needs fixing.

They done great work and was quite fast. The pricing was reasonable and still lower than the surrounding shops. They checked out the whole car and gave me suggestions on what I may need before my long trip. It is better to call ahead and have someone pick you up after dropping your car off if the work is major.

Rebuilt the rear end on my yukon for a fair price and quickly. Nice organized clean shop.

This place was really great! I highly recommend~ they worked with me to get my car in and out same day as I live about an hour away and my car had broken down in their area. They replaced my alternator and serpentine belt. They are very reasonably priced and super efficient. The girl at the front desk was very nice, helpful, and patient. I will definitely take my car to them again in the future!

Definitely a great place. I buy and sell vehicles on my spare time. And when I can’t fix something I take it to them. They’ve worked on at least four of my vehicles now and always done a great job. They do take a while to look at the vehicle diagnose it and fix it. But it’s worth it. They have fair prices and get the job done. And are very helpful. I brought my broken down truck to them and left it at the street, they towed it in for me since my towing vehicle couldn’t go in reverse anymore. They also gave me a quick jump start so I didn’t have to go through all the work of doing it with my other vehicle. Super sweet people and I love doing business with them

Great and fair prices. Ive only get oil changes and they are quick and efficient. One problem and thats why only four stars. The girl at the counter needs to learn people skills. Seems like its always a bad day for her. Never smiles or can converse with you. She needs to realize she is usually the first experience of Felix Auto and its not a good one.

Super fair, they always point me in the right direction. Ive known this guy for over 20+ years. They know cars, trucks, imports, German cars, hybrids, etc. I wont go anywhere else. I have taken over 12 cars/trucks here ...what can I say I love cars

We pulled off the freeway because our car overheated and Alejandro (?) checked our car, gave us some water and we were back on the road. We didn’t get it fixed because it was late in the day, but it was enough to get us home. He saved the day and we really appreciate it!

MARIO CAME TO MY HOME TO CORRECT A DEFECTIVE PART THAT HE INSTALLED. HE DID A GREAT JOB AND CLEAN EVERYTHING UP WHEN HE WAS DONE. I LIVE ABOUT AN HOUR AWAY FROM HIS SHOP. HE DIDNT CHARGE ME ANYTHING AND APOLOGIZED FOR THE PART. WHICH WASNT HIS FAULT BUT THE MANUFACTURER OF THE PART. THANKS FOR YOUR PRIDE AND HARD WORK.

Dont take your car here, they will tell you there is something wrong with your car even though there isnt. They charge ridiculous amount of money for labor. The owner doesnt even try to give best customer service....

They are abunch of crooks come here theyll tell you, you need a new radiator or entire new transmission if you dont know your stuff and theyll keep raising the estimate day by day they are dishonest and the owner wont look you in the eye. the secretary is rude in this hole in the wall shop. youve been warned.
