An agent at this location incorrectly set up my escrow despite me telling him the issue on more than one occasion. By time the issue was resolved it was too late. My escrow was short which resulted in my mortgage payment going up 400$. Very disappointed with the outcome of my business with this agency.

I came to April Tolbert’s agency following a huge problem: miscommunication with another agency had left me without coverage, coverage I needed following a storm and suddenly discovered wasn’t there. So I went hunting for a new carrier. Ms. Tolbert worked up appropriate coverage across all platforms—home, auto, windstorm, flood. Fortunately, I didn’t need insurance coverage for a while. Then the Big Freeze hit in February, 2021. I was ready with outside faucets covered, water left to drip inside per the experts. Remember, though, this was the BIG freeze! Even with all done right, a water pipe in the kitchen ceiling burst and I ended up with a not-so-lovely indoor waterfall over one side of the kitchen. Tolbert’s group and the Farmer’s Insurance adjustor were GREAT! Everything was handled professionally, quickly and with outstanding results. It reinforced how I already felt about my choice of agency and insurance. I highly recommend Ms. Tolbert and her staff.
